I have bought 3 cars from them in the past 10 yrs and am so happy with their service. I wouldnt go anywhere else in the future. All the staff are super friendly and polite. They are always professional and flexible with getting the car you like. If you are friendly and dont have a bad attitude, I see no reason for anyone not have pleasant experience with them. 5 STAR for sure.

Just another used car lot with a fancy presentation and unsurprising use of misleading sales agent names that quite possibly have been chosen deliberately so as to hide the origins of the individuals you will be investing time, money, and highly sensitive personal information with. This place reminds me a lot of West Coast Auto Finance except to their credit and superiority, they dont have the audacity to blame their failure to satisfy the customer on the customer like this owner Allen does. My suggestion? Go elsewhere! Try a reputable multi million dollar branded dealership where at least youll have a viable recourse and not get slandered on here for giving an unfavorable (but very likely merited) review.

I was extremely nervous but he remained very patient and made sure I was completely informed. I am very grateful for the outstanding customer service I received at Xclusive Motors. I have recommended him to friends and family who are looking to buy a luxury car.

Buyer beware of this dealer. PLEASE do your homework first if you find a vehicle that seems to good to be true. I understand that some customers may have a lawsuit pending against them, so that was a BIG RED FLAG for me. They claim to take pride in the quality of their used auction vehicles but I found many things wrong with the vehicle. So DONT buy a vehicle if they do not offer a warranty OR even offer an extended warranty for the vehicle.

I had a great experience working with Chris at Xclusive Motors for purchasing a midsize luxury SUV. I had been busy with work and had my wife talked to Chris since we found a vehicle that we both liked after a couple of visits. He was very patience with the questions and concerns regarding the SUV. She relayed the answers back to me and we went in to make the purchase.Xclusive Motors takes very good care of their cars. They chose the type of vehicles which would sell themselves. The prices are good compared with other dealers. Chris is very nice and easy to talk to. You will not feel pressured at all. Its a refreshing experience when it comes to buying a car.

Amazing service! On March 10, 2017, after looking a few 528i in LA/OC area, I took the 100 mile drive, with my sister, to San Diego to look at a few more BMWs on my list. Oz was my salesman and contact for a week prior and finally got to meet him. Oz was great. The car was waiting when I arrived. I test drove the car and afterwards felt no pressure like other car salespersons. I think he knew the car would sell itself. Oz walked away to give me time to think about the 528i. After about 30 minutes, to clear my mind, I left to look at another car at another location and in 2 hours called Xclusive to prepare paperwork for the car. Allen was the finance manager and the owner. Allen was super! After working with him on the price there wasnt really much he could after the price was dropped $2,000 a couple of days earlier. I left home after evening in my new used 2010 528i.The day after I had the car looked at by my brother-in-law David. David found a fuel leak which was a safety concern. I contact Allen immediately and Allen reassured me that it would be looked at and taken care of. A few days later I took the drive back to San Diego and in a few hours Allen had his professional mechanic replace the fuel pump. I could not have asked for better customer service from a car dealer. All of the premium cars at Xclusive are in amazing conditions. Far much better condition in the 5 BMWs that Ive seen before visiting Xclusive. I highly recommend Xclusive for their premium selection and most importantly customer service. I hardly ever post any feedback but this here is well deserved! Thank you Xclusive, I would definitely come back to Xclusive for my next vehicle.

I was a little apprehensive at first considering there was some concerns. Chis really took care of my concerns and kept me in the loop. I ended up with a great car which is extremely clean inside and out. Alan was extremely professional and friendly when it came to the paperwork and Oz was a non pressuring sales front man, very pleasant! Its a small staff so have a little patience. My 2007 Clk 350 in comparison to other locations was reasonably priced and much better condition. Other places were over price and their conditions were unacceptable! Xclusive Motors is very concerned with the quality of their reputation and they show it through the quality of their cars and care for the customer. I recommend when looking for a car to give Xclusive Motors a shot.

I purchased the Mercedes S550Which seems to be a nice car plus and I purchased the extended warranty the car turned out to be a lemon and the warranty company seems to be fraudulent My fourth month to check engine came on Turned out to be a cam problem should have been covered by the warranty but the company came up with a bogus claim saying the would not cover because I purchase after market tires this had nothing to do with the issues and the tires purchase was the same tires on the car on the 6 month the transmission went out the car has only been driven 5000mile After. Getting the run around from xclusive and the warranty company it was determined that they would not pay for it End up being a total of $7300 I. had to spend on this car Currently I’ve been waiting three weeks for a refund check from the warranty company and there have been no communication from Xclusive

Customer service was great, BMW was Super clean and excellently priced. The owner knows how to buy cars.

I checked out this dealer as an alternative to the BMW dealer down the street as they had a similar car for much less the price. Which kudos to them for having some decent stock. Unfortunately though, they stocked the lot with second hand auction cars no one else wants and try to have their clueless mechanic fix the cars up. All you end up getting is a second rate car that is still overpriced. You would think earning 5,000 dollars on an auction bought mark up was good enough for them, but no they still try to zing you with higher than normal finance rates and way over priced warranty rates. Pay close attention to their double speak, they dont back up their words.

My husband and I first time to buy a used car. This used car xclusive motor are dishonest and crooked. Dont buy the extended warranty, dont trust their mechanic Bob, he will alter the parts and run for a while. We had a nightmare experienced in our volvo. Cost of repairs was $10.000 is not even worth it fixing it. Thats what the mechanic in volvo told us because the cost of repairs are more than what the car worth. They are nice but the most dishonest people. Before buying the car take it to your own mechanic do not rely on their own mechanic. I will not recommend this people.

Chis & Allen were great and respectful of us in working within our financial budget.. The Black Altima Coupe we purchased on our very first visit was in decent condition though there was no 2nd key set that came with it. Overall they seem to sell high end cars and their Showroom was beautiful, even though the low end cars seem to have cone from car auctions..

I was assured my vehicle had had an entire inspection and along with an oil change among other services. Eight weeks later I had to spend 2600 dollars on an oil leak which apparently had been going on for quite a while. Everything I had to pay for should have been cought in any inspection.would not trus this dealer again.

This is a very outstanding dealership. I was treated like family and ended up getting financed when no one else could get me approved.
