Just make sure EVERYTHING works when you buy a car from here. I would bring a scanner and scan all systems first. if you have car that has air suspension and its leaning to one side or anything seems off about it, its not because of there driveway that leans they need to fix it. I got duked here. My heater has never worked and paint is chipping off left and right all over the car after being covered and handwashed since Ive had it. This is a year of ownership. Thanks but no thanks VIP

Great experience and a great vehicle. I wanted to fly from Rhode Island to California to buy my vehicle and Sergio was more then willing to help. He overnighted me the documents, I sent them back, bought the plane ticket, picked up the car, and that was that. Vehicle was as described. They said they checked all the fluids for me, as I was about to go on a 3,000 mile trip back home. I verified this myself and sure enough everything was topped off. Highly recommended.I am just waiting for my title to come in from the CA DMV. It remains to be seen if there will be any issue there. I will update this review in due time.

Ive been meaning to write this review ever since I purchased my car from VIP Autos back in early December. I had a very positive experience here. I live all the way in middle Tennessee. I didnt even see my car in person. I bought a 2006 S500 and it was exactly as it was described. Paul and Sergio were extremely helpful through the whole process. They sent me my paperwork through FedEx. They included a return label so I can send back. Transfer of funds was seamless. Paul even recommended a very good carrier to transport the car all the way to Tennessee. They forgot my spare key which was also shipped back to me without a hassle. I recently purchased a 2008 Mercedes GL 450 from VIP Autos. I can’t speak more highly of this terrific business and the people running it. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and pleasant and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Zero pressure from start to finish. I helped purchase the vehicle for someone who lives out of state and, though it complicated the process for them, the staff coordinated all details of the purchase efficiently and with pleasure. The vehicle is great and it’s obvious that they only keep high-quality stuff on their lot. Most tellingly, however, my experience even after purchasing the vehicle has been excellent. For example, there were a few very minor issues that I noticed with the vehicle after purchase. I mentioned these to the staff and they immediately wanted to help correct each of the issues. They ordered the parts immediately and I drop the vehicle off when the parts arrived, they gave me a loaner car, and all issues were taken care of within 12 hours after dropping my car off. When I went to pick up my vehicle I offered to pay for the parts and their work but they refused payment, saying that they were happy to take care of the issues and appreciated my business. They really run their operation the right way. I would recommend them very highly to anyone.

Well; customer service is lack luster- they are selling a towing vehicle and refuse to answer specifics on the axle ratio. Word for word reply Your own due diligence is priceless in referring to acquiring information on their stock.In addition,.they added that I obviously dont trust them because I had my own mechanic inspect this overpriced vehicle that has been sitting on their lot for 140+ days.Incredible.

Drove 1.5 hours to sign purchase contract, when I read the contract, the negotiated miles where off by over 1,600 miles from the purchase agreement and was told that miles didn’t matter when negotiating a price. Ray was rude! Please read your purchase contacts carefully before buying from these people who claim they worked at a Lexus dealership for years!

I had a horrible experience at VIP Autos. I went in to test drive a vehicle and the next day they gave me a written offer for the car I was ready to purchase, so I sold my car, got financing for the newer one and headed straight to the dealership. On our way there they called and said they would not honor the written offer as if it was a “typo”. They were extremely rude, talked over me, wouldn’t meet in the middle and had horrible customer service. The written offer was still above asking price but I was willing to make the purchase until they went back on their offer, were rude and wouldn’t even meet halfway.

Great dealership. I live 500 or so miles away, and we did the entire purchase over the internet/phone. I was a bit skeptical at first, as I have never bought a used car without driving it, or seeing it in person. Chris was very helpful and walked the car with me and rated everything on a scale of 1-10. Everything came up 9-9.5, and he was right on! I even got cold feet the next day and called to back out, but he assured me I was getting a great car at a great deal. He told me that 5 people had called since I had put the down payment on it (to hold the vehicle), sounded like a typical sales pitch, but I knew he was right. This particular vehicle is hard to find, especially with low miles. I went ahead, with it. They got the vehicle ready for delivery, finished my paperwork quickly, and had it ready to be picked up. When I received the vehicle, it was everything Chris had said it was. They were very easy to deal with, no pressure, and very responsive to my communications. They know what they have and what they are selling, so there is no need for a hard sell. Highly recommended!

These guys are absolutely fantastic--would recommend all day long to anyone. I bought a Mercedes ML350 from them, I took it to Mercedes dealership for a full inspection (understanding it was used) to be checked up. It came back with a few minor problems, but other than that they said the car was beautiful and in good shape. I took it back to VIP and they honored the warranty 100% and got it fixed up in top shape within a few day. They were very professional, persistent in giving me updates on the car, and initially sold me the car at a very fair price. These guys are awesome. Highly recommended.

I went to VIP to help a friend drop off a 2005 BMW X5 (from VIP) for some minor repairs and we wound up buying 2 vehicles (2005 SL500 and a2007 Volvo C7 convertible. They lie!! I went to make a deal and purchase one of their cars, with a trade in I had. My trade in (black Mercedes) was found out to have frame damage. I was told they could only give me 2k for it and they would have to whole sale because they do not sell damaged cars there. I made the deal at a big loss. BEHOLD a month later my (bad) trade in is on there lot for asking price of upwards of 9k. I have had a few issues with the car I purchased also and for the major issue, I was told it was not a real issue and given a bit of attitude in return for asking them for help. SO they called after this review and were concerned and said anything they could do to help, I asked how I got haggled over my trade in and they made big excuse of why They were going to sell it for WAY over what I was told it was worth. When I told them the car I bought from you is broken down, they said drive it over and we will look at it. I told them how can I drive over if my car is not running. He said will talk to manager and get back to you. NEVER got a call back.

The guys at VIP Autos San Diego are the absolute best in the business! Not only do they have the best selection of mint condition, low mileage, mostly luxury or very popular autos. They make sure they also are the lowest mileage vehicles they can find. And then they do a complete inspection and touch up any little paint dings that might be there as well as only purchasing vehicles to sale that have totally clean Car Faxes.I love the 2006 MINI I purchased! It only had 56,000 miles on it and is a total dream! Chris also spent over 4 hours getting me financed as I had a car accident and had to go on disability which pretty much ruined my credit, but Chris didnt give up and finally got it done for me.This is the absolute best experience buying a car I have ever had and will always go back to VIP when I need a new car.

Dont be surprised if you make a deal, and an appointment with these guys to purchase a car at 1pm, and they sell the car two hours earlier. Let alone without even calling you to see if you still wanted to purchase the car. In other words running your credit for no reason and waiting about two hours to get approved. Very unprofessional salesmen, I called for pricing, they said to call be but never did. I called again a few times and got the same message, well call back, but never call. Im buying a car not asking for a free car, these people are un-professional and the car they listed is way more than the appraised value from carfax and kbb. I asked them why, they said they got from auction and wanted to make money?

After looking for a BMW vehicle and having lots of choices and places to choose from i found VIP AUTO IN Miramar . i just recently purchased a 2006 BMW let me tell you the experience was very easy and good. also after driving out that same day i did notice couple dents and scrapes on drivers side. right away i called eric my sales person he informed ray one of there office managers. let me tell you right away they took care of it. when having all these choices where to purchase a used car what makes the difference is the service and commiment to your customer. Shady dealership, high Interest Loan, I went from 12% to 16%. No bank pay off/ loan info when car was purchased. Sold Me An Extended Warranty Auto Contract for 1,750.$, I never asked for. Said I was Approved. Then needed more Down Payment when I got to the dealership.

I purchased a 2009 Volvo S80 in April. Issues discovered on the test drive (horn, radio, headlamp) were repaired immediately. Although I was frustrated that Ray refused to negotiate (not one dollar less!), I now know why. The asking price was already a very good one. After 5,000 miles the vehicle is running superbly and I get happier every day with the purchase.
