I called these guys interested in a Kicker Hideaway 8. They were able to provide me one at a better price than I had found anywhere else.When I arrived, I immediately felt like these guys REALLY knew car audio. Not just that, but they also made me feel very welcomed, were clearly very knowledgeable, and they listened to my thoughts and answered my questions. It felt like they were treating me as a friend, not only as a customer.I was helped by Andy who was awesome. He suggested some worthy alternatives to what I was considering, but once he realized I was pretty set on what I wanted, he kept me on track. The sales person lied to me about everything and did a sloppy job for how much it totally cost me it’s not even close to the price of the radio and labor that’s provided. it’s a total rip off.the finance the way he explained it to me was a total lie, I end up paying the whole thing on the same day because it’s not what he said it is.he had told me a different things just to make the sale.It’s a bad business. 1. Only want you to use cash so they pay less fees on their merchant account.2. The price is always negotiable he said $240 for a basic viper alarm I was like okay thanks. And he said $200 lets do it. Within 3 seconds so if I would have said okay I would have to pay $240 when in reality price is less.3. Price from offerup are always different than what you get at the store.4. They took like 5 hours and never once told me it was going to take so long he said it takes like 1-2 hours and walked away.5. Once alarm was installed they never asked how sensitive I wanted the alarm now my car goes off with any movement way too sensitive.7. I asked if the locks would work he said guess what my technician can fix them just give him a tip like a $20 and he can fix. Usually we charge $60 but just give him a tip and we good.. I was like no thanks I dont have enough. 1 minute later guess what my technician already fixed it so dont worry.  If I would have said yea go and fix it I would have to pay $20 dollars more for something that was not broken from the 1st place.8. I didnt pay fro led lights and they changed my headlight bulbs which sure it would have been nice for free. But the only issue is that I drove home and they both came out 🤣🤦‍♂️. So I have to change to burnt fuses and pup my old bulbs back. 💡  So annoying.Overall I felt like I was mislead, robbed cause it was so confusing with pricing and the sales guy made me feel uncomfortable like I could not say no for an answer. And the whole felt rushed while looking at my options. Let me not talk about how ugly the wiring looks under my dash.

These guys just hooked up the Raptor with a full Focal Audio system. Truck sounds exactly like what I wished for and was done in a fair amount of time. Seriously might swing back by and get the Defender setup with these guys.These guys are busy so I would recommend preparing yourself with some time like a reasonable person would do and be patient. It is absolutely worth it.

DO NOT GO HERE! The installs are not worth what you pay. Recently had a head unit installed and had to go back to redo it because the factory controls didn’t work. They used the wrong wiring harness which was used when it was installed and charged me full price as if I bought it new. They sell refurbished and charge brand new prices.

The installation guys did a great job! The customer service was great until they began their scam process. Prices are not what they say! Incomplete job on window tint service (wanted all windows and sun strip) sun strip was not done after I had already paid. Supposedly had to wait for special LED bulbs for 3 days that were included with my deal, never got it in or installed. The guy John is a master of getting you to the shop, interesting you with a deal, and then changing things up after you have paid and go to pick up your vehicle. BEWARE!

This is a terrible place to come and get anything done. When I first arrived I was absolutely excited to be getting my RGB led lights for my car. When I arrived the guy said he didn’t have them to run to there 2nd location. So I went, brought it back for them to install and they sent me back to go pick something else up. While I was playing messenger between the two my car was not ready until after 4 hrs or so and the told me it would only be about an 1.5 hrs. Then I had to come back a week later after installation because it wasn’t done right. Manager had an attitude, did not greet me and I was playing chase with him since he kept bouncing from person to person not accomplishing anything. I rather have paid much more than to wasted my time and money here. I advise this location at palm avenue is bad! I would recommend Chula Vista instead. They know more about their products.

These guys are awesome! I came in as a referral and they have taken care of me every single time I’ve been back since. I had them install a 40inch light bar, off road fog lights, and upgraded headlights to my 2008 4Runner and was so impressed that I came back a few weeks later to have them install speakers and a new aftermarket grill. Pricing was incredibly far compared to big box stores and done either same day or next day with a loaner car. Literally couldn’t ask for a better experience!
