I was referred by a friend so i called them and they tell you to text them with questions, so I did and they never replied and when i called the salesman acted like he couldnt hear me (android works fine never a issue) AND HANGS UP ON ME!! Not at all interested in taking my business to them anymore

I bought an android auto sterio and we couldnt figure out why it wouldnt connect. Well it was my fault for not updating the brand new phone that I have. I drove up in the afternoon without an appointment. My powered sub blew and my main sub had been out of commission for a while. Skip willingly did a quick diagnostic for free. He was honest and guided me towards the proper solution instead of just saying everything needs to be replaced. He also did me a solid for the rockford fosgate punch.

These guys are great. They know what theyre doing, and they dont beat around the bush when you come in with questions or a problem.I made the mistake of going to best buy because I didnt know of any other place in town that did car audio. Big mistake. $280 wasted there for an amp I didnt need. $45 plus labor for a simple fuse here, and Im a happy customer.DEFINITELY go here if you need anything done on your car thats not mechanical. Their prices are extremely fair, and theyre great people.
