Wow wow wow, this place was on point and this was my first time there. I was in search for water dispenser and as soon as i walked in I was sold on the first one displayed. The lady who worked there saw my interest in the dispenser and immediately came to help. She was beyond what i am use to with great friendly attitude and happy to help me finish the purchase that i didnt even know how much all the items cost( and it didnt matter because she helped us get in and out so swiftly that we ended up at In N Out right after) lol for real though. The lady made the process so awesome that i had to send the vibes back.

Very friendly staff,, and efficient. Great system whereby that they take the water bottles at the door, you pay while they fill them, and hand them back. Very fast.Water is better tasting i feel, than some other stores.

LOVE this place! We don’t get our water anywhere else now!!My husband and I have been customers ever since he was diagnosed with cancer in August 2018 (he is cancer free as of December 2018 thank you Jesus!!). We found out how important alkaline diet and water is for health- ESP when fighting something like cancer! So we cancelled our Palomar water service, started buying alkaline from OB and have never looked back!! Having the best and healthiest drinking water is a non negotiable for us now!The water is delicious and they have all the charts of when the water was checked last etc etc so you can verify it all. You can even do a mix of alkaline & purified water.The staff here is SO incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful!!I can’t recommend this water store enough!!

We’ve been going to the O.B. Water Store for years and it is the BEST TASTING WATER AROUND!!! The owner and the staff are always so helpful and nice and their water is just second to none... We honestly can’t go back to drinking any other water and their prices are SUPER reasonable!!!

Extremely clean and pleasant on the inside, with simple and easy-to-use fill machines on the outside of the building. Staff was helpful.As of the time of this review, their filtered water was $.50/gallon - twice as much as some of the grocery store machines weve found, but the water is certainly much better. A great resource for travelers near Sea World, Mission Bay Park and Fiesta Island.

Staff was helpful and assisted is in getting the right items that we needed. She also assisted us in filling our new water jugs and showed us exactly how the process worked. Water tastes good too.

Best water in town !We like the John Ellis ( Living water) Tastes amazing and makes the coolest ice cubes with spikes! The prices they charge are less than can be purchased anywhere. An awesome deal for the best water in the world!Everyone who works there are super helpful and friendly.

Yeah. I arrived at 6:31pm. The girl inside the locked door tried to indicate that she could not help me because running late was trouble. To who? Her boss? Her ride? Her b/f? Whatever. If your business cant allow a customer to rinse 2 bottles just after closing... I guess I will spend my money elsewhere. When will employers and employees realize the customer is what a business thrives on or dies on. Hard to help out the little guy if he sends you away through a locked glass door.

I like that they offer the best water filtration available, there are three options:- 8 step osmosis- alkalized water- living waterI buy the cheap stuff but Ive heard that living water is excellent for people who are athletes, or ill.. they are usually the ones who can tell the difference between the different waters.BUY LOCAL!

I have tried many different water stores in San Diego and the OB Water store has the best tasting water in all of San Diego. I also like the fact they sell real alkaline water not that fake imitation many stores sell.

Best water Ive found in San Diego. I went to two other places only because I was in a different location. One the water just didnt taste right. The other store was was OK. Neither as good as OB Water Store.

Bottle cleaning station, many taps, and only $0.50 a gallon for purified water. They have a self service station outside if you need water after closing.
