They took over Palomar Mountain spring water and immediately everything was screwed up. Over billing, not delivering and their customer service says they will fix it and nothing gets done. Went from great with Palomar to the absolute worst.

Poor service. Ive been a customer for 1 month and am already receiving terrible service - two scheduled water deliveries were confirmed by customer service over the phone yet no one showed up either time. Cutting my losses and moving on.

I agree with Georges review completely.......the cost of my water has doubled in our first year....3 seperate increases. I called and got a coupon for $10 off, and then 4 days later got a letter indicating my cost was increasing by $2 per bottle again.....coincidence? The water itself tastes good, but like George Im tired of the games these companies play.....

Unsustainable and potentially polluting business practices. If you want to purchase a 5 gal bottle of water from Arrowhead you would have to have it delivered to you through a delivery service provided by a third party affiliate. This service charges $12 for the 5 gal on top of the delivery service fees. The water cost alone without the delivery service is twice as much as if you were to purchase the same amount of water (in a different package) from Target or Walmart. So Arrowhead makes impossible for you to purchase 5 gal bottles from them; then they make it cheaper for you to buy 17 oz bottles than the 5 gal ones, way to go Arrowhead ! Go ahead and incentivize plastic consumption. The irony is your business solely rely on the eco system your business practices is helping to destroy. This is a great Company. I have never had any of the problems these reviewers claim to have.....absolute nonsense !!!!!! The reason I am dropping them is because they keep playing with the price.....always trying to jack it up.....like spectrum....the biggest game player of them all!!!!

They keep changing the dates without notice or approval. Wont credit account. Wont do a free dispenser cleaning for the trouble. DONT DO IT.

Nothing but problems, cant reach them at all- run u around...they dont answer the phone- bring wrong bottles- confused and disorganized...My cooler keeps breaking...

Never came, never called, water never showed up. Then they lied and said they came but no one was home. I was home the entire time of the delivery window 2-5pm
