I recently rented their water softening and RO system for our whole house and very pleased with customer service and installation. Dave did a good job explaining us about their system and follow ups with the installation process. We are planning to buy a system and this rental experience will help us make the discussion. So far happy with our experience and fingers crossed

We purchased one of their units in 2012 and needed to replace the unit just recently (10/21). We only had to wait several days for the replacement unit but hated every day without the wonderful soft water! The new unit was delivered and installed by both Joe T. and Latif who did an excellent installation and Joe T. remembered delivering the original unit back in 2012! Thank you for the service provided by Rayne both in the offices and in the field. Love their soft water systems!

We’ve used Rayne Water for three different houses now! They are affordable, helpful and have given us our reverse osmosis filter system as well as our soft water system. I chose them since they’ve been around for so many years here locally in San Diego. I knew I could rely on them to be around for a while.

We would like to thank Allison for her great customer and Tom for the professional, efficient and clean re-installation. We used Rayne for 30+ years and we made a mistake giving their large national competitor a try. It was a huge mistake: complex installation, horrible water flow (two simultaneous showers were impossible), and an unreadable contract agreement. Soft water should not mean soft flow out of the faucet.We now have excellent water flow along with our soft and dechlorinated water. Hopefully we will be around to use them for another 30+ years!

We are a local company called San Diego Medical Waste Services and have been using Rayne Water for 2 years. We think that this filtration system is the best on the market. Everyone raves about the taste of our water and it has saved us from having to buy expensive cases of bottled water for our employees. We had our unit serviced by Aldo today and he was great to deal with. His customer service was perfect.

Because Rayne water is provided at work (SDPD), I know and love the taste of the water. I chose Rayne Water to be my replacement to Sparklets water at my home! Great communication with the salesperson and appointment specialist! The water installation was seamless and done in a timely manner! The installer was professional and thorough! The Rayne RO system is superior to my old GE unit. The filters last longer, the water went from over 500 ppm to less than 30 ppm. The water tastes great and the installation took up less space under the sink. Highly recommend

Rayne Water was recommended to me by a friend who has also installed reverse osmosis in his home. My family is enjoying the great tasting water! There are many r.o. companies available and the proper installation is of utmost importance. Mark Hendricks, the service manager and his senior service technician Tom were excellent! The unit works perfectly without any noise - they are responsive to any questions or troubleshooting you may have (I wont go into detail the complications I initially had with the salesperson). They are the backbone of the company and that is why I choose Rayne Water.

Been with them for decades at our restaurant but they have failed to service us regularly so we had to terminate their service. Very disappointing as they used Covid 19 as an excuse and just stopped coming so when they sent the annual bill I said “no mas!” No one tried to retain our account; they just came in and took their equipment.

Just had Joe T come by my place of business to install our drinking water system. He was super knowledgable and efficient with his work. He left the workspace as clean as when he got here. Sean S was the salesperson. He was very pleasant to work with, provided a fair quote in a short period of time and scheduled the installation for only two days away. We had a fantastic experience w/Rayne. We worked with Donnie (sales) and Joe (installer) and were impressed by both of them. First contact was at the Del Mar Fair, where we scheduled a home visit. The person at the fair was helpful and friendly.Sales experience:Donnie came to our house for a home visit and was personable, courteous, knowledgeable, and didnt use any hard sell/pushy methods. He listened to our goals and concerns, and provided a clear summary of heres what we do, how we do it, and why we believe our system is the best balance of cost/benefit to meet your needs. Really a pleasant and informative experience.In contrast we also talked to the company that Costco offers, and from the moment the sales person arrived it felt like a focused sell effort, less interested in listening to our needs, and mostly focused on delivering a scripted sales pitch. Their eventual quote for a water softening system was over twice the cost of the Rayne system.Obviously we went w/the Rayne system. Water softening w/charcoal filtering.Install Experience:We had a complicated install due to limited space in our garage and difficulties due to the layout of our utility room where the drain needed to be located. Joe was our installer and he saved the day and worked out a great, simple install approach that managed all of our issues and allowed us to add the system w/the least amount of expense and complication. Just cant say enough about how Joe turned our install headache into an install success.Weve had the system in place for about three weeks now and its working without any issues or problems. Would choose Rayne again in a hearbeat.

So far all I can speak about is the customer service and installation of our water filter/softener unit. We first met Dave Marinesi at the county fair and he gave us a brief overview of the units and offered to come to our house and elaborate further. He was very thorough and showed us with water tests how “hard” our water was. We were sold on the Guardian 1250 and Mark and Jeffrey finished the installation today. Mark and Jeffrey were very professional and the installation work they did was very clean. They both gave a thorough introduction to the unit and were very responsive to my questions. I am hoping for many years of trouble free service from the Guardian 1250 but it is reassuring to know if I have any issues that the customer service has been great so far. Thanks Dave, Mark, and Jeffrey!!!!

As people describe below, we have been customers for more than 15 years and due to properly delivery and installation of our monthly unit, we lost gallons of water. Rayne basically told me it was my job to let the installer know the problem even though I said I would not be at the property. No customer service to speak off. Time to start looking for a new company.

I worked with Dennis at Rayne water and he really helped us out with our water issues. First we got a softener, but I wasnt happy with it. He came out and tested the water and found that there is chlorine in our water, so we added a whole house filter. Its amazing! Its like night and day, our dishes are sparkling and our skin is softer. Highly recommended if you live in San Diego or Poway - the water quality is terrible so you need both a softener and a filter!

We had an AWESOME EXPERIENCE with Rayne Water Conditioning. Our sales rep was funny, knowledgeable, and honest. The installation went off without a hitch and now we have soft water. Who would ever think that soft water was so important? San Diego water is hard, it stains your clothes, your toilets, sinks, builds up in your washer. Dishes are super clean, we love the shower... and the softner helped to remove/balance the chlorine and chemicals that city water has. Thank you RAYNE WATER CONDITIONING for doing such a wonderful job.

Two stars are simply because my family and I love the water that we drink as a result of the system we lease from Rayne. Friends are always commenting that they love the drinking water at our house. Unfortunately, the customer service does not leave the same taste in your mouth. Tami is cordial enough at the point of processing payments; however, the elusive management team has been ridiculous and rude.We’ve been customers of Rayne for about 10 years and have moved twice within that time period. The first time we moved, we shared with the new owners about Rayne, their great product and reasonable fees and as a result, they decided not only to become customers, but to upgrade to the whole house system. As a convenience to Rayne, they asked that we leave our drinking system in place for the new owners, while they would install another system at our new residence— rather than take the old one out to reinstall, and still have to bring another out for the new client. I’m an easy going personality, so I agreed. We ended up going a week or so without drinking water as a result. In addition, at the top of every statement, Rayne offers a referral reward for every customer acquired. The $75 reward did not take effect for months and only came at my repeated behest... lame.We have recently moved again, and again we recommended the Rayne system. Again the new residents were sold, so in contacting Rayne about our move, I communicated the new client information so that they could move forward with that as well as asked if I could expect to go about the process as before... Eventually, that’s what happened. Our system was left behind for the new client, and we were out a drinking system for over a week in the hottest part of the summer waiting on an appointment for installation.All that to say, in the battle to receive the second referral reward, which is being flat out denied by “management” who I’ve tried to reach countless times and have been told “she” is “unavailable”, or I’m immediately being sent to voicemail— all during normal business hours, I’ve discovered that, outrageously, Rayne has assigned our ten year history account to the residents of our previous home, and put us in a new account with new terms, fees, etc... ON WHAT PLANET DOES THAT MAKE SENSE???!!! Apparently, it’s all so they could call ME a new customer and in that regard, there’s no way I could have ‘referred’ anyone- let alone someone who took over my account!! OUTRAGEOUS. SUCH A SHAME.Everything in me wishes this was a glowing review, because, as I’ve stated, I love the water, but at this time it seems like my only choice is The Culligan Man.

I have been a rayne customer for more than 25 years now and have paid more than $ 9000.00 in rent for your unit . Lately I had a leaking problem That ruined the floor under my sink. I called the Ruffner St. office to see if they would fix the damage and was told to basically to go to hell. That is no way to treat a long time customer. I will never do business with Rayne again.
