I went today with my boyfriend and this girl helped out she has black hair maybe Hispanic? But my issue is we went in there to look for work boots today for him we were actually going to buy a pair that was around $150, but she started acting pretty flirty and way too friendly. She noticed I was uncomfortable and kept it up kind of ignoring me but really chatting up my boyfriend.Now I’m a pretty confident person but my boyfriend even noticed in the store and said he felt uncomfortable that’s why he told her he didn’t wanna buy anything. Super unprofessional and weird experience. We won’t be back.

They dont cover steel toe. Even though is a factory defect. Composite toe is the material they are using instead of steel toe to make the boot lighter. That material Does not withstand a lot of bending this is my 3 set of boots (keen) with normal usage. Beside the staff is very unfriendly. I liked it better when they were all girls in there. Just lost a customer. And Im replacing boots every 9 months.

Went to this place and they were visually harassing me following me all around like I was there to steal the man was rude and kept trying to sell me and my dad insoles. Staff just rude never going back

Great selection on ESD Footwear

So I started working at UPS about a month ago and I came here first to get the boots that we’re required to wear. They have a spectacular selection of non-slip, oil-resistant, steel toed boots and a wide variety of them too. But not only that, the customer service is beyond awesome. I bought my boots and then forgot my wallet at the counter and they called me up to remind me that I left it there lol. REALLY appreciate that guys!

The manager Erica was very helpful. They also have a stretching service if you have bunions.

This is my go to for work boots. There is a wide selection and the staff there are very friendly and helpful. In fact, this is the only place that has measured my feet for correct fit. A nice touch.

Was there looking to get a pair of boots and was trying to decide between a few pairs of boots when one of the workers kept telling me they were closing and making it feel like they were kicking me out at 430 when it was supposed to be open till 5 but on the bright side is i know never to come to this place again.

On December 4th, my family and I had a horrible experience at this store. We were in the area and my husband asked to find the nearest Boot World so we can purchase boots for our daughter and I. We had an issue where my daughter had to urgently use the restroom but we were told they had no restroom available which is understandable however when we went back into the store, the employees did not bother to acknowledge us no nonetheless ask us for assistance. I noticed how two of the employees were helping one customer and going out of their way for him and yet no one asked if we need any assistance. After 20 minutes of looking for boots and not knowing if I was getting the correct size an employee finally came over to assist but was very rude. My family and I are very upset and we feel the employees need efficient training on how to greet customers and assisting customers as well. I have worked retail before and as an employee we were trained to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner which is what these employees are strongly lacking. We left the store and purchased our Ugg boots elsewhere. These group of employees did not apologize for their actions when we mentioned how upset we were and one of the employees spoke to us in a degrading manner. We absolutely never want to step into the store again nor do we want others to go through what my family and I went through that day.

Not cheap, good customer service, good selection. The steel toe boots i purchased for my husband were good quality and i went back and purchased a different pair for myself. Found a pair wide enough for my huge feet. Happy. Prices are high.

What a great place, the largest selection of safety toe shoes Ive ever seen. The staff, nice kind young lady from NH, was very thorough and patient with me. I would highly reccomend this place to anyone looking for boots, especially safety toe boots and shoes.

I was there today after spending over an hour on a transit bus.Staff were snobby....not helpful in anyway....all 3 staff spent all of thier time in the back talking....when I asked about 2 items....they didnt seem to care about service to the clients.3 other patrons walked in and walked out after 4-5 minutes cause they werent served....staff was in the back out of site.I tried on 2 pairs of shoes and walked out after 15 minutes of 🤮

Good place to get work specific shoes with friendly staff

I had a great experience here. Walked in knowing what boots I wanted, they had them in stock and gave them to me free! (with company voucher). My wife on the other hand had a bad experience. They said they had a list of shoes for her company that she can get. The problem was 75% of the shoes on the list were NOT ALLOWED at her company. Dont know if it was a disconnect between the store and her company, but they could of found out instead of just pointing to the list in defense.

Sales staff was very helpful. On day after X Mas they were out of lots of sizes of Uggs. So had to return, rather than exchange, the ones I brought earlier.

This is a really good place to get UGG boots! The associate helping me was super nice. I found a really cute pair of UGG W Kesey boots here. Ill be back to shop some more :)
