Store has nice selection of clothes and boots, even an upstairs. Prices can get a bit high, but it seems like there is something for everybody.They only take cash for rodeo tickets, not sure why, but was inconvenient.

It is the first time I visit the store and they have very nice clothes and shoes. I am not that style of western dress but I love the clothes and I bought clothes there for women and very nice boots for men.

Worst experience. Pre called store to check if boots were in stock, asked to put them on hold to drive 55 minutes to pick them up to only get home and have 2 RIGHT boots . Take your money across the street to Boot world where they don’t waste you time, gas and actually give you your boots correctly .

Ive been coming here for a long time because they do make good steel toe shoes; however, this time i had to return a pair because they didnt fit over the necessary protective equipment i need to wear and they refused an exchanged. I had wore them once, in an office, to try with the suit but because its been worn outside the store, they dont accept returns .... wow ....

I buy all my western boots here and western clothing. I would live to come shop here more often. I ordered the red boots and bought the silver belt. Very happy, it was my birthday present to myself.

The sales people here are top notch. All very respectful, check in often to help, and seem to really know about the products they sell unlike other retail establishments. Great Store. BUT - THE Awards Program is Rip Off - You acquire points you can use for discounts for every dollar spent ($250 for a discount). BUT, they are only good for sixty days. So you never reap the benefit unless you go on an expensive bi-monthly buying spree, over and over. Your points will disappear. BEST BET. Go, try on the shoes or clothes. Then go on Amazon and it will be cheaper there. I went in, found and tried on the boots, went to Amazon and found the same ones, in more colors, for $25 less. I will never shop boot barn again. Sorry. You lost me with the awards rip off program.

As Im sure you and every working man and women know its hard to find a great pair of boots. Although we didnt get any assistance with our purchase(up stairs) I managed to find the appropriate fit and comfort boot for work. With that said Im very happy with my purchase and will be going back when I need a new pair.

Very friendly staff, very large selection of cowboy boots. Great selection of clothes and a wide variety of blue jeans. Great selection of work boots and work jeans upstairs. Not wide selection of kids clothes. Also the parking lot is very small, so dont expect to fit your full size truck in it and quite often the parking lot is full.

Brittany was super helpful and answered all our questions. She was very sweet and patient with my grandchildren. They were all pretty cool there, but Brittany really stood out with us on multiple occasions.

Smaller selection than most but GREAT service and they work hard to find you discounts. Its a little bit sketchy to park if you miss the driveway since homeless people live out back of the 7/11 nextdoor (not because theyre homeless but because this particular group was aggressive). Late Saturday morning was a great time to go too, surprising to say the least. I totally thought it would be packed but there was only 3 of us there. Check it out :)

Great selection of boots Ariats are my favorite and usually in stock. Staff is friendly. Can be very pricey though..Some boots are over $700. I still highly recommend you check them out.

Great selection of boots! Almost too many to actually choose from. All of the cowboy boots are downstairs, but you can go upstairs to find the work boots. (They even have Georgia Boots!)Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place of you are looking for boots.

Sooo many selections it was hard to choose. Found a pair that I felt were made just for me. Great prices. Went to both the El Cajon and Kearney Mesa locations. The customer service was not the best in the El Cajon location, but walking through the door in the Kearney Mesa location, all my doubts were laid to rest. The store manager was amazing!!! If your looking for a pair of cowboy boots, this is the place to go, for sure!

I went in to get my gf a pair of dan post boots excesses of $300 a beatiful boot for a bday present after paying they placed my boots in a offbrand boot box they told me they dont have the box completly destroying the gift giving and reciving experience this is some shady crap id expect from a boot store in tj. Sum it up I had to give a danpost boot to my gf wraped. A arait box ....shady...
