Dropped the car off to correct some cracks on my Carbon Fiber Hood, to repair some clear coat and also fix a few dents. Manny and his team did a AWESOME JOB! paint looks great price was good and over all i am happy with the results.

I decided to go with this place to have my car repainted based on the reviews. If it was just an issue with some overspray, or a few spots not as good, I would have given this place a 4 but wouldn’t have left a review. But it wasn’t just overspray, and the few spots they missed. First, it was the drip molding above the drives door. I noticed that it looked to be epoxied on. When I confronted them about it, they said that the clips break due to age. I understand but also told them when I dropped it off to let me know if there are any problems. Clips breaking and not having them on hand and not ordering them is a problem. They also said that the glue they used should come off should I want to fix it. I took a plastic putty knife to it, no budging. I’m going to need to order new drip moldings and carefully remove the residue with probably a Dremel. The next issue I noticed was my antenna had a silver ring around it from where the took vice grips to remove it. Just left it messed up. This leads me into another issue. Because they took vice grips and twisted it around, the antenna cable became twisted and taut around the base. Thanks guys. There is also a piece of trim on the interior drives door that was broken somehow. Now I’m trying to find a leak probably caused by them messing up a different piece of trim of gasket. I wish I was still in San Diego so I could have them properly fix this, but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone at all.

Fellas here are friendly and knowledgeable. My only concern, and the reason I moved on, was that they wanted to paint two entire panels for three pretty small push in dents. Im not a pro at all, but my opinion is that these can be done with the proper paintless dent repair skills. Ill keep looking.

I was initially concerned about the paint work to be done on my ‘06 Mercedes Benz with its unique paint code but I was stunned to see the paint matched to the original, she looked better, reborn like the first day off the lot. I picked my car up a few weeks ago, and let me tell you, I am still thrilled with how my car turned out.I cant lie, I was apprehensive at first because I was putting my baby in someone elses hands, but now, Im so thankful I went to West Coast Auto Body.After my roof was dented, I called Manny in hopes that they could take my car immediately ... they did.It was all gravy from there. It took about a week for them to fix the roof of my car, including a few other small things. They even went above and beyond and cleaned my headlights, which they didnt have to do. The whole process was super easy, and everyone there was really, really nice. Theyre helpful, and they legitimately want to get you back on your feet in no time.The next time I need any car repairs Ill definitely go to West Coast.

I took my 2010 Toyota Prius to West Coast auto body & paint in North Park, I got some body work done on the rear passenger side. I dealt with Manny specifically and he was awesome. He gave me a good estimate and even told me that he would have the car ready in 4 days and he did. Even when the work was done and I got ready to pay for the service he took the time to break down all the cost and showed me the difference between his estimate and the insurance appraisal. I expressed a concern that his estimate was little more than what I was comfortable paying and Manny took the time and care to address my concerns. I would recommend anyone in need of Bodywork to take their car to West Coast they are awesome. Be sure to get with Manny hes great!!!!!!

About 2 months ago I was a victim of a hit and run. I was really upset because 6 months prior to that a different person had hit my car. I had a few difficulties with the first incident that I did not want to go through the the same thing again. My best friend recommended me West Coast Body and Paint, I decided to give it a try and it was the BEST thing that I could have done. All the team members there are really nice and very professional. Manny was one of the associates who helped me n dealt with my insurance. It was sooooo nice to have someone with experience deal with the insurance company.After leaving my car for repairs I obviously needed a rental. West coast not only offered to call enterprise for me but also offered to drop me off so I didnt have to wait long.My car was fixed and ready to go in 4 days which is what I was told when I dropped off the car.I will definitely bring my car to West Coast of i am ever involve in this situation again. They say as you get older, fewer things in life surprise you. The thinking goes that you been around for awhile and have seen so much. Well, Im older and quite the opposite is true in my experiences with West Coast Auto Body & Paint. As an Uber/Lyft driver dings and dents are an occupational hazard. And every time Ive brought my car to these guys, they continually exceed my expectations. This time, I brought the car in for a hit and run that damaged the back passenger door and wheel well. Well, not only did the fix it to perfection, but they went out of their way and buffed out a couple of minor scratches. They didnt have to do it. I didnt ask for them to do it. But they did it. Because theyre classy that way. Also their pricing is always - and I do mean always - the lowest of all the estimates I receive. I received three estimates. The dealership wanted $3600, Darbys wanted $2600 and they came in just over $2000. And I would have gotten the same quality of work at the other two but they would have never gone the extra mile. I dont think of these guys as people who I hire to work on my car. I think of them as family. You should too.

Recently moved here from indiana. On the way a deer ran into my car and crushed the door. I bought a replacement door myself and brought in to be put on. Hi..they had my 2005 4runner because of a rear end hit and run..Need replacement parts...and paint...needed a new rearAxle....3 MONTHS later i got it back...new paint not polished..scratches on side rear window$8500 and almost $3000 in car rentals.
