Black Mountain Collision did the most beautiful job customizing and full painting my 1992 Acura NSX and for a great price after I shopped 4 other 5 star rated body shops.

Mario and his team are absolutely top notch. He explained the process capabilities and the result is fantastic. My only regret is my own in that keeping a black car tidy is a very busy affair!!!!! Attentive to concerns open to feedback and simply an OUTSTANDING execution on the work. Thanks Mario. This is no garage queen so will be coming back from time to time for touch ups!

Did not fully deploy parking brake on my Mazda MX5, car rolled down the driveway and caused some damage to the front. I choose this shop based on the great reviews and the close proximity to my area. Their work was fantastic and quick. I have been getting daily notifications from the shop about the progress of the repair which is definitely great and gives me an idea of how they are going about doing the work. They also polished my headlights which have been fading badly prior to my accident at no extra cost. Fantastic service, would highly recommend.

Mario was prompt, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to email him pictures of the damage and he gave me a great estimate and stuck to it. I dreaded getting work done and he quickly eased my mind. I was really happy when I didnt have to leave my car overnight! The quote was 1/3 the price of Caliber Collision and easier to obtain. I plan to go back to Black Mountain Collision for any of my future auto body work!

I brought my 2010 Honda Ridgeline here for body repairs and got a great result. I had gotten really high estimates in LA, but decided to try again here when I saw this place had a lot of great reviews for repairs on older cars. The estimate was a very reasonable price, they got Honda to price match an after-market bumper cover, they called the rental car shuttle for me, and finished on budget and two days early. They even replaced a light bulb that was out for no extra charge. Highly recommend!

I got bumper, light, wheel repairs. They did great job and it took only four days including ordering parts. Mario managed everything well.

We got two estimates, one for full replacement, one for repairing the existing section that got scratched up that was $300 less. We went with the cheaper option and they did a fantastic job! My son is an auto body technician in Orange County and he approved both estimates and he also was happy with the repair job. Highly recommended for their efficiency, availability, and friendly service.

Explained the repair perfectly, everything was done in about a week, managed all of the insurance processing, and the end result was an amazing repair that you cant even tell anything happened. Will bring any future body repairs here next time.

Brought our Volkswagen Golf in for some scratch and dent repair. This is the third time we have used them. Always friendly, professional and upfront with the pricing. Each time the repair has been perfect and the car looks new! Also especially appreciate that all three times their estimate of when the car would be finished was correct and we did not have to wait extra days to get our car back. I highly recommend them.

Black Mountain Collision exceeded every expectation I had. We were looking to have a repair and touch up paint done on our refrigerator size gun safe that got scratched up when moving it. We called around to multiple collision shops that were not willing to help us. As soon as I spoke with Mario on the phone, he immediately said it would not be a problem and to bring it in. We were given a very reasonable price and told it would be done in a few days. I was called a day early and the safe was already done! You would never know there were any dings or flaws with the gun safe. It looks brand new and could not have asked for a better job. When picking it up, we had multiple workers stop what they were doing and run over to assist with loading the safe into the trailer. Amazing business, great customer service, reasonable price, would leave more stars if allowed! Cant thank this shop enough for the amazing work they did!!

Working with these folks was a delightful experience.The cost was about $300 LESS than the cost quoted by a local auto dealer to install 2 replacement outside mirrors. Black Mountain Collision was able to start the work at the scheduled appointment time and finish it in less than one hour. I have already got a quote for an additional job from them and it is my intention to use these folks for any future work on my cars that is the type they specialize in. FIVE STARS for sure!!!!!

After being rear-ended, took my Lexus to Black Mountain Collision. They did a great job of repairing my rear bumper and even touched up other scratches with their leftover paint. Great price. Fast service. Very responsive. I highly recommend.

Recommend from a friend. Took care of calling the insurance and adjusting the price since they had to replace my fender since it wasnt repairable. They also called the rental company to come pick me up. Washed my whole car after as well.Also sanded and repainted my spoiler at a good rate. Both were quality work.

Overall experience was average I think.Pros: They were able to get a tow truck out to me without me paying for it (they billed insurance directly) upfront. Staff is respectful and straightforward. Paid for Uber home as I lived less than 2 miles away. Car was clean when returned.Neutral: Price. only reason why I dont complain about it is because I didnt pay for it. Insurance did. Timeframe: they took a little longer than expected but I always expect that going in when repairing a car. Got old headlamp back as requested.Cons: They ordered the wrong part and had to wait an extra day for the correct part. Was promised follow up calls multiple times and didnt get a couple. I had to be proactive and call them. I understand they get busy but dont promise to call by a deadline if you cant meet it.Worst of all I got my car back on empty. it had over half a tank of gas. either they were driving the car excessively or emptied out the gas tank. They could have at least returned the car with almost the same amount of gas it hadwhen they got it.I rate 3 stars as average. 4 stars if they did extra. 5 stars if they went above and beyond.They did fix the car as promised but took a lot of time without really keeping the owner in the loop and gas tank was on empty when returned. If my car would have been returned with almost the same amount of gas they could have gotten 4 stars. If they had ordered the right part in the first place and returned it with same gas level it could have been 5 stars.Overall I cant really recommend it if you need your car ASAP or if youre paranoid about others joyriding your car. if you dont car about that and just want your car fixed then this place is acceptable.

Brought my 2003 Camry in to replace drivers side door. Not only was the work completed earlier than estimated, the car looks better than it did before the accident. Since the car is an older model. I anticipated that matching the paint for the new door to the back panel would be difficult. You cannot tell that the car was in an accident. The cost was very reasonable, even on the low side. The staff is professional and easy to work with with. I would highly recommend this shop.

Visited them for getting a dent and bumper repair. The guy who inspected the car seemed very sharp and easy to talk with. Their estimates were towards the cheapest in the market and their facility was over crowded with cars.
