This place fixed my front bumper damage from my recent collision flawlessly and timely. It looks good as new now. The representatives are very nice, professional, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone who needs their car worked on!

Everyone was incredibly helpful from start to finish! Another shop had quoted the repairs would take up to 2 weeks and Caliber Collision was able to get it done in 5 business days. I felt very welcomed and that everything was explained to me thoroughly, even though I personally am not very knowledgeable regarding cars. 10/10 would recommend!

As soon as the catalytic converter was available, they ordered and did all the repairs while I was at work! They were very flexible with me in terms of scheduling too, so I’m extra satisfied!

I took a damaged vehicle at the recommendation of my insurance company to this body shop. Upon receiving the work back and bring it home I noticed that there was an issue with the paint job completed by the body shop. It appears as if something happened at this body shop and that the paint job was completed to cover up whatever may have happened while it was at their facility.

Through my insurance company they repaired my car after its first ever accident! Right away I knew I was in great hands. They took great care of my car, assured me it would be back to normal in no time and they were spot on! The car was ready earlier than expected. I recently had a brake light issue and thought to call them for advice (just because they are always so polite and dependable) and of COURSE they dropped what they were doing to assist me in my problem. I cam to the North Park location to get a estimate for getting a scratch I received on my car. The Manager Lisa looked at my vehicle and was surprisingly aware of classic cars and told me about her families cars which made me feel very comfortable with her due to her appreciation of cars. She looked at me car and told me that my car had a paint transfer and that it was a very simple job to repair. She then had the area looking like it had previously in a short time and then told me when I was ready to pay her that the Repair was very simple and straight forward and I am happy to provide you with this service to brighten up your day Mrs.Schecter Wow! I came in and asked for a quote on a quick service, and despite the signs up saying services are by appointment only, they said they had the time to help me right away. 20 minutes later I was already on my way!!! The front desk staff went above and beyond and the mechanics were friendly and very knowledgeable. I’ll def be back!!

It was my first time ever getting into a car accident and I was completely unsure about what to do. My estimated wait time for my car was 7 business days and it was done in 5. I received text messages and calls throughout the week updating me on the status of my car. Great customer service and great work. My wifes car got shot up in the middle of the night. My insurance agent said it would probably take a month or longer to fix because the car is brand new and it would be hard to find parts. I took the car to Caliber Collision because they were pre-approved by my insurance company. The staff was very nice and made check-in easy. Enterprise picked me up from Caliber so getting a rental was easy too. Richard called a few days later to give me an update and tell me they found two bullets in the bodywork, which I picked up and gave to the police. Some of the parts were on national backorder but he called around and found them somewhere, not sure where. The car was done a week after I dropped it off. The car looks like nothing ever happened. They even detailed it for us. I paid my deductible to Caliber and took off with the car. Getting your new car get shot up sucks, and the staff were really sympathetic to our situation. Im VERY satisfied and would definitely use them again.

They were very busy but took the time to get my Truck in. They sent it to another one of their Shops in Poway. They were very quick in getting it there (same day on a flat bed Tow Truck) . took less than 5 days, They said I would get text message with pics to show progress...never got them... Its ok I hate when people look over my shoulder instead of letting me work my magic

Excellent service. Joe kept in constant contact with me when there were changes in my repairs. Right before picking up my car, I got held up at work. So, I called them to let them know that I was running late to drop off my rental and pick up my car. Joe stayed 15 minutes after closing to help me out and get me into my vehicle. I checked out the body work, and it looks seamless with the undamaged part of my vehicle. On top of all this, they even put in a trailer hitch that I had purchased online. These guys are great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They did a fantastic, wonderful, perfect job on my vehicle. However, the Customer Service Representative there made it so difficult to get my car back. I was going back and forth on the phone between him and my insurance for over an hour just to get the payment set before I could get my car. Shouldnt that have been his job? Shouldnt that have been decided before they even took my car?

I understand that were all busy. I guess Im used to being able to select an Auto Body shop and then stopping in for an estimate, but I was told when I stopped by that I have to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I must be in too much of a hurry, and Ill go elsewhere where they make me feel a bit more welcome and accommodate me when I stop by, even if I have to wait a little bit.

We booked an appointment. Fernando greeted us on time. He examined the damage, but offered to clean and buff it first before doing the estimate. The damage was actually superficial that came off when he cleaned and buffed it. He didnt charge us. We have been satisfied customers before with real body work. I will go back again.

My experience at Caliber Collision in North Park went as well as could given the circumstances. The first thing I noticed was the cool headedness of the staff. Its easy to misread the calmness as a lack of concern on service providers part (especially when dealing with the aftermath of an accident), but I can say with confidence this was not the case. I was helped by Catherine and Adrian and I couldnt have been happier with their support.

Farmers recommended this Caliber Collision in NP. They repaired my bumper quickly and the workers were polite and patient in explaining the repair process to me. They even buffed out a few minor scratches on my car, excellent to work with overall

These guys are crooks. I called and booked an appointment to fix the glass in my side mirror on my 2005 Toyota solara. The side mirror is still attached to the car it was just for the mirror itself. I was told I couldnt get a quote on the phone and would have to come in. Whatever. I came in. The guy looked at my car. He said that as there was a small crack on the side mirror that he would potentially have to replace the whole side mirror as it may accidentally break off when he replaces the mirror (?!). The mirror is on GOOD so I thought, hey, the chance of that is pretty much zero unless this guy takes it off purposefully. Then I sat for 30 minutes while the guy figured out the quote (I mean, how long does it take to figure out how much it costs to replace the glass in a mirror?)He came back with $100-$400!!!I told him that was ridiculous. He told me parts alone would likely be $300 to replay the side mirror on a 2005 TOYOTA SOLARA.Clearly the guy thought as I was a young woman, I would have more money than sense. No way buddy.I went somewhere else down the road where theyre actually honest and got a quote for $60.This place is full of crooks who are here to waste your time.

THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR!! I was not treated like a customer at all. They were rude, disrespectful, and lacked communication. I had to call to get updates of my vehicle. This place was recomended by my insurance and i accepted to avoid problems and to get my car fixed sooner. Well this place gave me more problems with my car then when it was dropped off. I was paying in cash and told only card, check, or money order was accepted and was never informed in the beginning. Do not recommend this place and even an employer, Ivan, used bad language on the phone with me!! So upset with their service and even left the office crying! When i went to pick up my car the battery was dead!! Poor service once again!

I was sent there by Farmers Insurance. I called to get information and ask questions about the process and about the negative reviews to give them a chance to clarify for me, that negative reviews happen but arent always legitimate. Kat answered the phone. Instead of clearing up my minor doubts about the negative reviews, she confirmed that yes, they are rude and customer service is last on the agenda. I highly recommend finding another place to take your vehicle.

I work for an insurance company and recommend shops to people very frequently. While attempting to set up repairs for a customer at this shop, they were very rude and not helpful what so ever. Ive never known a shop to turn away business and try to pawn us off on another location. Steer clear.

On recommendation from USAA I did business here. I tried to avoid conflict and just wasnt able to. A small job of replacing the rear window and lift gate ($2500) should easily be accomplished in four days but wasnt. Before I took the car in I gave them time to have the parts in stock as to avoid delay. When the car wasnt done in the four days there remedy wasnt, can we give you a ride somewhere, can we get you a rental car etc. it was it will be done tomorrow. I show up the next day and not done, more time needed. Then surely there will be a kind remedy, but no. How about we can stay late if you need or lock the keys in it and Ill use my spare. Just a place that I told up front that if it wouldnt be done in four days I would go somewhere else and it wasnt so I will.

Depressing atmosphere, miserable receptionist, VERY PUSHY and abrasive estimator who was borderline insulting. Avoid this place at all costs. Ownership should be ashamed.

I asked the employee for estimates and timelines after looking at the damage. The employee was not able to provide either. In addition, the person I scheduled the appointment with was not available for the appointment.

Made an appointment, and when I showed, they said they werent ready for me and for me to come later. Look elsewhere.
