Great service. Better to do your Rbfcu loan right there at the dealership, hassle free as opposed to going into Randolph brooks, getting approved immediately with a 1.95 interest rate and then waiting three or four days for Randolph Brooks to get around to funding the loan. That was the only hassle of the whole deal. And it wasnt almost park autos, it was RBFCU and I just feel it would have been quicker if I would have done it at the dealership.

So I am not one to enjoy car shopping, especially when you are forced to because of a nasty winter storm like Uri. and so it began, my car search just weeks after celebrating the love of my lifes turning past 200,000 and was still going strong. If I had to find another car, it better be as good or better because nothing could replace that vehicle .. . stress turns to distress, How are yous turn into Yeah Yeah Yeah just tell me the bottom price ....just sitting around waiting to hurry up at most dealerships and car lots... not this place. I was skeptical at first, like the way I always am - but this place really made me feel welcomed, no pressure, and they had flexibility which in turn gave me freedom to do my thing while checking out cars.. and again no pressure...and i found it, a more than suitable replacement - I could feel my old cars presence like the way Luke does Obi-Juan ... and approval was given...for the new companion from which to share new journeys and to sit in school zone traffic taking all the energy i can muster as not to yell obscenities out my new cars window to those that cant seem to get off their cell phone while driving.... Im home again. =)No really this was a great experience. Thank you!

I have nothing good to say about this dealership. I bought a 2005 PT CruiserBack in January 2019. Paid $5600. Plus shipping . Got the car was and very disappointed. Its now late March still have not been sent my title i have called .text. and email with no results Steve blocked my number did not want to deal with me. My temporary tags expired. No way to tag it. Horrible service. I was told on the phone that I had been approved by one their lenders. I went there ready to sign papers and drive home. When I arrived no one was on the sales floor. I sat down at the desk where we had negotiated the day before. The screen on the computer was turned on and it had all my info; price, tax, title, and fees. It even had how much they would make off the deal (about $2300). They finally came out, gave the keys for a test drive while they hammered out some fees with the lender. I got back from the test drive and they told me, We just need another 20 minutes to finalize these fees theyre trying to give you. So I went to the HEB across the street to wander around. Came back after about 20 minutes and was told Id still have to wait while they were getting me the best deal they could. Keep in mind everything was finalized on their system. Finally after 2 hours they come out of the back office telling me theyd need a larger down payment (I was already throwing down $1000 on and $8500 vehicle, they wanted 2000-2500). I said I didnt have the money and they told me to try and get it over the weekend and come back on Monday.Unforgivable.

Beware of this place- I called and text to make sure he had the car as advertised. I called, texted, as well as, used messenger. The owner knew I was driving from Austin. Right before heading out i called again and asked if he still had the car, he said, yes. Upon getting there it was a different car. I asked him about the car advertised he did not have it nor ever did. They insisted on showing the wrong car and saying it was the same one but it clearly wasnt.

Purchased in 2018 - In my opinion, I would probably not buy another car here.Editing Review - The car had a noticeable shake. They (Olmos Park) replaced a $100 part. The shaking was/is still there. The engine and transmission mount needs to be replace the cost is $1,600 and they REFUSED to fix the issue. The issue was there and noticeable when the car was purchased, which they said they would fix (purchased the car only because they said the shake would be fixed) but they did not follow through.

BEWARE of this car lot, bought a 2008 Audi A4 Quattro TT wasnt worth $8,400.00 after everything, tax tittle license inc.. on top of that we paid cash , our son was headed home from over seas. To Suprise my ARMY son we bought him this car , had it in storge for 1 month until he got home, he had to replace ,valve cover gasket ,turbo, $3,100. Plus oil leak, $322. and convertible top $4,700.00 , owner of Olmos said $200.00 that was a lie , if that my son got it done right at Audi of Austin dealership with life time warranty, After he drove it under 4000 miles my son was sent back to parts uknown out of the great U.S he asked me to take it back sence he was going back to defend our great country USA ,and try to sell or trade in for something for his sister sence he had over $7,000.00 In parts & labor ( also Army ) our daughter stationed in North Carolina shes Sp.Ops ,even after putting so much money in to this Audi , all the owner said he would give him , $3,600. Witch i thought was a joke that he gave me , the Car fax was all wrong $8,900 plus said in great condition hahhaha great condition.. dont think so (SCAM) My son had more than that just to get him fr Fort Hood to our house 1.5 hrs away. The owner says he gives money back to military, $150. Was a lie. Never saw when asked about it , Dont believe it. So we sold it for our son for a gift for a cash gift for his sister our daughter we put in difference $$. Dont go there he lies and makes you believe thats hes all about family and military family and respect. Not a bit . I understand making some off the top but being scr-@ed isnt one of them,, so no thank you I have a wife that I love, and 5 great kids all military. I rather get sc*!#ed by property taxes . So beware of these people.. sorry to all , this isnt a joke . Test drove a car that they were selling at lot that had problems with it BMW . Dont trust them. Sorry boss you no Im right . I visited Olmos Park Auto Group after viewing cars on CarGurus, and the Honda I wanted to test drive was rated as a good deal. I met Steve, a very nice and calm gentleman, who let me test drive the car on my own and supplied a free CarFax. I was not pressured in any way, and felt comfortable that this was the car for me. I asked if I could let my mechanic look at the vehicle, and he obliged. After Mr. Yang, who I trust completely, looked at the car, he let me know the car needed two minor maintenance needs. I went back to the dealer and spoke to Steve and Mike. Although the vehicle was sold as is, they said they would have their mechanic look at it. This was late Monday, early Wednesday they called and let me know my car was ready for pick up. When I walked in Steve handed me the key, said no charge and enjoy! Steve, Mike, Ofelia, and the nice gentleman who helped prep my car where all very kind, and I felt went above and beyond! I have already told a few people about this place, and when it’s time for another used vehicle, I will definitely be going back to Olmos Park Auto Group!

Please do your research!! We thought that everything was going to work out since the price was right and vehicle appeared okay for its purpose (point A to Point B). My husband drove less then a total of 8 miles a day this just does not make any sense. Lets start when we first off bought vehicle needed the tail light fixed before it would pass inspection. Did that and they needed the vehicle for a few hours for inspection at the time. Oh yes they would get the tag for us too. Did I mention we have had the vehicle 4 months? Well yes so now the vehicle is totally useless and my husband was almost killed in traffic as it complete stopped! Thank god for the gentleman who stopped to help. Oh yes rewind a bit the inspection and tag courtesy was the opposite of help. Whoever drove the vehicle took the toll and yes we were sent the bill 3 months later from TXtag. Owner asked me to text the bill to him so he could check it out. Really, like I am not going to do that after I paid it. It is the principal of customer service. As we tried to figure things out I was told my name was placed in the DMV incorrectly! So now I have to get a form to correct my information in the DMV system. This so called great vehicle that had one owner guess what? The motor is completely dead after 4 months. Thank you for your service and getting over on us. As is is not an excuse to deceive people as we were honest in the purpose of buying it. Not to mention the talk of serving Gods people and thanking us for our service as a current Active duty family. We did not contact them after the near death experience because of their previous customer service. Please do not make the same mistake we did. It was a horrible experience and, I am sure they would never rectify our situation because it is not about people.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Olmos Park Auto Group, and overall am very pleased with my buying experience. I had read some reviews about poor service, so was a little hesitant going in, but I was really interested in a specific vehicle they had listed so I gave them a shot. They let me take the vehicle out for a test drive by myself for long as I wanted while they worked on financing. Most places have a rep come with you and take you on a canned route. Letting me take it out for a spin by myself isnt something theyre likely to do if they trying to hide something. The financing process did take a bit longer than I had anticipated, however, so while I was waiting I reached out to USAA and got immediate approval for a loan, so I went back in with that approval and signed the paperwork. I actually was even able to negotiate the price down somewhat from the asking price as well. The evening of the purchase, however, while driving the vehicle check engine light came on. My initial thought was that ownership probably knew of the issue and had intentionally not disclosed this to me at purchase. I had it looked at separately and it turned out the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I drove back to Olmos Park the following day to discuss the issue with Steve. I fully expected him to basically say tough luck since I purchased the vehicle As Is. I did not tell him that I had the vehicle inspected, and knew what the issue was, just that the check engine light had come on. Steve surprised me by offering me a loaner car while his service department took a look at the vehicle. When I returned the next day, Steve had had his service department diagnose the problem and replace the catalytic converter at no charge. Steve had no obligation to do so, as I had already finalized the purchase, but he did the right thing and resolved the issue willingly. Everyone at Olmos was very friendly and helpful, and Im happy with my purchase.

Terrible business. The owner Steve is a snake. He is a liar which is not too surprising for a car dealer, but when you say something you should follow through with it instead of lying knowing youre not going to do it at the last minute. I would steer clear of buying a car here unless you want to get screwed. The trade in amounts he gives are bs and the prices he sells cars for are way above what theyre valued at. Hes just trying to make a fortune for himself and sell cars with issues. After driving my car off the lot, Ive had many problems. Wasnt worth what I paid and what I lost.

Stay away from here. They sell you cars that break down the minute you sign the paperwork and drive off the lot. They are extremely over priced and are very unprofessional. I tried trading in a vehicle they sold me after literally everything had broke down on it. I drove there from Houston three times only to never get anything done and also to sit there and have them ignore us for hours while they took care of everyone else.This dealership is a joke. The owner, Steve, is a rude jerk and is money hungry but pretends to be religious. The other salesman, Mike, is always on personal phone calls and they are rude as hell. The paperwork on their cars dont match the vin numbers. This place is a nightmare!!!!!!
