Horrible customer service its very hard to get a hold of the office and sometimes they’re closed when they’re supposed to be open they also try to make you run your credit just to test drive a vehicle which is outrageous because if the vehicle doesn’t run right then they’ve added a hard inquiry to your credit for nothing don’t waste your time or money buying here Avis and enterprise car sales is a better option and easy approval on great operating vehicles you can test drive without credit checks

I went to this car lot because I had previously bought a truck from them. I was looking for a second vehicle and knew they might have what I was looking for. I visited this lot 3 days in a row. The first day, a nice gentle came out and assisted me right away, I asked for the guy that had sold me my last vehicle, he was no longer there. I test drove the vehicle, I liked it, voiced my concerns to the salesman and asked him to look into fixing the issues. Next day, I returned and no one ever came out to assist me, I called salesman and he stated he was no longer working there. I returned the next day and same thing, no one ever came out as I walked around the lot! Why cant you guys keep employees? Why is no one there to assist customers. Please fix that! I was disappointed! I really liked that SUV!Tried again to visit today 6/2/2021... Same old story, no one to assist. A lady was even carrying in a white box of paperwork as I was entering the lot. I looked at the BMW and Rover for minutes, inside and out and still no one came out! You guys need a bell or something to hear people walking into the lot. You missed a cash sale, and return customer... Twice! I wont return!!! Please do better

Man I got to say I was turned down everywhere and this place helped me out with a vehicle that was way more then I expected as in very nice I didnt even think I had a chance telling my self why am I even coming dont think it will work but I did have the right amount of money down and was still being turned away but Jorge made it happen for me I will now tell everyone to go to Jorge for a vehicle hes the best yall no joke

I’ve came by this lot twice to try and check out a vehicle they had on their lot both times there hours showed they should’ve been open and no one was there when I was finally able to catch them I was told because of the cost of the vehicle I needed to be approved for it before I could even test drive it which is outrageous I will absolutely not be doing business with these guys or recommending anyone to do business here due to the lack of professionalism and proper customer service

Horrible customer service given by deceitful employees. Their cars look great when all you do is simply eye them, but once you test drive them you will realize the cars are in horrible condition and they will claim that the issues are “simply a faulty sensor brought upon by the mechanic who worked on the car” when in reality it’s not only a sensor issue but a transmission issue. When an employee realized that we knew how bad of a condition that the car was in they rudely approached us and after we decided to leave the employee watched us through the glass doors. The people who sell these cars will lie to you and sell you a poorly running vehicle because they simply do not care. I will never purchase a vehicle from this car lot and I will advise others not to as well. Worst dealership experience that I have had to date.Response: A car engine can be revved without “red lining” and causing damage. My boyfriend* is a mechanic, he helped build his family’s mechanic shop up from the ground, and he learned from his father who had been a mechanic at a dealership for more than 25+ years. If it would have hurt the car then he wouldn’t have done it, he knew that reviving it wouldn’t have caused any damage. After leaving your dealership we went to a new dealership and the car we were looking at was digitally diagnosed in front of us. Theres characteristics of a good dealership and characteristics of a bad one. And from other reviews I’ve read, you’ve done this before to other people and you are a bad dealership.

I had read the reviews and there are mixed reviews about the dealership I am the kind of person that likes to give a chance I took the chance and I am very happy with my purchase its been dependable and just as I expected the transaction was smooth and I drove it 4 hours back home very happy with my purchase

I got my dream Range Rover for my 10 year wedding anniversary. Purchased it on April 4th...by May 8th it was being towed because of a blown engine. When we purchased the vehicle, Jorge made me feel like he wanted to help me. When i spoke to the warranty company they stated i neglected my vehicle so no one was liable to help pay for a NEW engine! I have a reciept that I took the range for an oil change because Accumotors stated they didnt have a mechanic to do any of the service to it. I feel lied to and definitely taken advantage. The mechanic they referred me to, opened up a false claim on my vehicle and when I tried to get Jorge to contact the mechanic for me, he stated the mechanic from Rockets garage had been deported! Jorge stated he would have the owner of Rockets contact me and he never did. Im disgusted at how this dealership operates. Beware!!!!! And please dont respond to this review Accumotors because you obviously havent even attempted to make this right. Not even a PHONE CALL to help clear up things with the warranty company for me like you said you would. If you do reply, please at least own up to your deceit and an APOLOGY would be nice. To this day I havent even recieved a license plate for that lemon of a Range Rover!!! Merry Christmas!

Fill out application on Thursday. They ran my credit on Friday putting 3 hard inquiries on my score they never called back. I called told me they cant get in contact with the finance company. I called back hours later the salesman told me he would call me back in 10 minutes no word back. I call again on Saturday no one answers the phone. Im not sure if this is a legitimate business looking at the reviews I dont believe Im getting the same type of treatment

I was searching for a used Mercedes Benz and stopped at Accumotors. I wasn’t getting approved anywhere because my credit wasn’t that great. The service that was provided helping me get financed was great. Justin, my salesman helped me every step of the way. He was patient with me. I was having a hard time accessing my bank statement online and he said no problem he can take me to the bank to get one. They approved me when 3 other places said they could but didn’t. I had purchased a vehicle from these guys and not even a week after driving all sorts of problems arose. They made me wait for hours before I got to see the car after telling me to meet them at a specific time(guessing they were clearing all the codes from the ecu). The vehicle runs but if I hadnt put thousands of dollars into repairing it, it would have likely been damaged beyond repair. They sell for less than book value because they know its going to have problems after you sign papers and drive off. My vehicle still has problems. BUYER BEWARE!!

I went to look at a car. As soon as I picked a car to test drive lucio explained to me that the alternator was going out. He said the part was already orders and it would get fixed as soon as the part came. He honored his word and replaced the bad alternator. He also went above and beyond and replaced the battery. He was awesome and I will definitely recommend anyone to go see him. He was polite, and honest. You don’t hear off to many honest used car salesmen. Thank you Lucio.

Before buying a car frm here please make sure you do your research and take the vehicle to get checked out before buying. They are not honest and won’t tell you the bad stuff about the vehicle, but yet they are quick to tell u the good’ if there is any’.... Justin sold me a Range Rover and lied about a few things about the vehicle.. They will say anything just to try in seal their Cars/trucks and SUV’s.. Justin was not customer driven.

Let me preface this by saying I did not purchase from this dealership. I went to look at a CLA45 and it was not on the lot at opening. Having worked at dealerships, I know this means it is most likely being driven by an employee. Very poor form to allow one of the most desirable vehicles to be used as someone’s daily driver. I have a few tips from my time in sales:1. Be on time. I arrived at the dealership at 09:55 and waited until 10:00 to check the doors. It was locked. The sales associate finally showed at approx 10:10. Value your customers time or you will have no customers. While I was waiting for someone to show up, a delivery vehicle came in and was searching for someone to drop parts to, but no one was there to accept the parts.2. The initial introduction means EVERYTHING in sales. When I walked in, the afore mentioned sales associate, wearing a pair of dark sunglasses indoors, greeted me. While not impolite in in the interaction, I don’t trust someone who doesn’t look me eye to eye and at the very least it’s common courtesy to remove your sunglasses when dealing with customers.3. If you are selling a product, have it available for customers. He had to run around and check on the location of the car. He then came back and told me it would be 20-30 minutes until the car arrived. He asked if I wanted to hang out or grab breakfast or something. Not a good sales tactic.4. Don’t use your best products for personal use. The mileage increases and wear and tear accumulates. When I drove lot cars I drove them hard. I am not saying this is the case, but in sales perception means a lot. Always keep your best product available and up front.I’m not angry about my experience, but I don’t think I would go back based on my perception that their desires as employees trump their commitment to customer service.

****Buyers beware****Nice cars, but I cant trust someone that lies, my son and husband went and they had agreed on a price $9K and everything was ready to go..so the next day when we go to sign Matt says that they have to go with another finance company and now the price has gone up by $3k because the finance company appraised the vehicle at the new price, but since when does the financing company determine what the dealer sells a car for, but that wasn’t true what the saw was that we got approved by the new lender for more money, so they want to increase the price of the car...The next day we still try to get the car so my husband goes the next day and Matt tells him that there are 2 different prices for the car which is ridiculous..My husband tells him aren’t they the dealership and they are the ones who set the price.. Matt starts to say uh uh, and comes out with you don’t know how it works and that’s when my husband tells him to explain how it works Matt can’t even explain it to him and just starting saying uh uh so my husband tells him not to hurt himself thinking of other lies and walked out. It’s sad that greed caused this dealership to lose a sale..Today Matt calls my husband to see if we are still interested... and my husband told him you know what messed up the deal greed and Matt tells him I’m just doing what I’m told so apparently it runs from the top trying to take advantage of the situation...we were trying to get our son a dependable car cause his broke down and he needed a car to go to college and work and this was going to be his first financed car and he is trying to build his credit...it’s sad that they tried to take advantage of a 20 year old student for a profit... There is no integrity or morals in this company. Thank God my husband is not someone that you can take as advantage of. It’s not right and I wouldn’t like anyone else getting taken advantage of. I was searching for my 16 year old daughters first vehicle. I was able to find a 2010 Ford Fusion Select at Accumotors. Edgar, our salesman, did an incredible job to make sure the vehicle was make ready for the day we picked it up and surprised my daughter. He even went through the extra effort of purchasing a giant red bow and hid the car temporary in their garage while we pretended to search for a vehicle in their lot with my daughter. Edgar than asked if we wanted to see a vehicle that just came in and was parked in the garage. We waited outside and he opened the door and unveiled her new Ford Fusion! I can tell you how incredible it felt to have people like Edgar make this just a special moment for my family and I. Highly recommend these guys, they have fantastic vehicle options to chose from as well!!

I don’t know where to begin with the amazing staff from Accumotors! I found a car I wanted thru carguru and drove from Houston to check out the car. When we arrived, Ramon approached us with a pleasant attitude. He answered all our questions about the vehicle including showing us the carfax. He was in no way pushy about the sale and respected our comments and thoughts. Long story short, we hit some problems financially and Jorge and Ramon were very patient with us. They offered many options to accommodate us. They understood our situation. They treated us like family. Not only that, they kept their word in everything they told us.
