They managed to squeeze me in the afternoon and changed 4 tires and did an alignment, But the best part is they were $300 cheaper than big Os quote without an alignment. Brandon took great care of me.

Clutch Replaced, Beyond Poor Customer Service; Ive never stepped foot in here again. I have a car that needed a clutch replaced. 5 times I was told a deadline by which the job would be done and each deadline they gave me it always exceeded that date. I even gave the shop the benefit of the doubt the last time. When they promised Friday it would be done, I said Monday would be fine. However, they promised Friday and failed to meet that deadline too.The day I actually picked up my car I had my father drive me (because my car was getting the work done) and when it came time to pay the bill I handed the mechanic my card. The mechanic proceeded to run the card, hand it back to me and then had the audacity to look at my father and attempt to shake *his* hand and thank him for *his* service. I was the client. I paid for the service. My father refused the handshake and said, Shes the one thats paying you.This place isnt worth the service.

Had them do an alignment of my Gambler 500 car and was so satisfied that I came back a few days later and had them align my daily. Well done fellas!

Murray location is a joke. I wouldnt recommend going there. I am a 37 year old woman who had to carry out her own tire and rim to her car because I wouldnt buy a tire from them. Great experience on this visit for my wifes car. Great tires and our sales man was awesome. But we came back the next time for our next purchase and it was a no go. BEWARE! Go ANYWHERE else! Ive been going here for years (god knows why) they have the WORST customer service, WORST service, WORST prices, WORST wait times! Last time I was here I was told I need 2 new tires even though I had just bought 4 new tires from here last month, after asking why I need 2 new tires they explained its because they forgot to do an alignment last time so it wore my tires down extremely fast. This clearly was not my fault as they admitted they forgot yet only offered me $20 off for the $600 alignment and tires. Fast forward to today. I go in bevause I had a flight tire I needed patched, they kept me waiting for over an hour even when Im the only customer there just to say they cant patch it and the reason it went flat is because the crack in my wheel had gotten worse. I asked what crack in my wheel no one ever told me about it, they continued to say oh well we didnt have a replacement last time so we didnt mention it. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

I just wanted to say that getting a flat tire on myfirst time in Salt Lake during Covid and firegeddon was pretty stressfull We got our tires in Oregon but these guys were awesome fixed me up lickety split and just were all around honest decent guys. They couldnt really lnow the level of relief they provided Highly recommend!

Brad has been very helpful. I have been in a few times for a couple different issues with my car. They have helped me tow my car, fix my fuel pump, get tires and of course oil changes. I never feel like Im being taken advantage of with Brads help. Thank you Brad and your mechanics.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would! I. I came in because my battery light would show up at random times... so I thought I should have a technician look at it. It. So it came on when I pulled up to Point S. They asked me dumb questions about it, instead of being good mechanics and coming out to look at it. Long story short, they took it in told me there was nothing wrong with the car, and that it was “possessed”. The next day it stopped in the middle of a busy intersection. If you care about your car don’t take it here.

Brandon is the man! Had another shop install spacers on my ford bronco and wanted to have it checked out to make sure it was installed properly. A friend told me to take it to Brandon he checked it out in no time told me what was wrong and corrected a couple things. Top it off he didnt charge me anything. This is the only place Ill be taking my car to from now on honest and friendly people !

The price was right for the new tires I got for my vehicle.Fernando helped me for the majority of the time and while I feel he did a good job with the tires it seemed as though he wanted to rush into the job before going over what we had talked about over the phone. I always feel that is helpful even if I have already agreed over a phone call. After the job was done, an explanation of how I could count on them for rotations and flat repairs was useful. I was not offered an extended warranty, which seemed kind of odd. I dont feel I would benefit from one anyways, but its always nice if they offer.

Wont recommend to anyone. I took a vehicle here for a pre-purchase inspection. They charged a fair price and it wasnt a big wait time. However after they gave me the thumbs up on the vehicle and briefed me on the minor issues I bought it based off theyre inspection. Less than two weeks later I took the vehicle to be serviced by a mechanic and found out many things that they failed to see. The radiator isnt the right one for this vehicle and the sensor on it is bad. The intercooler is damaged and slightly leaking. The front rotors were shot. The belly shield is missing leaving electrical wires open to the elements and road. The sub frame is bent causing my front left tire to be in the wrong position. This is only the major issues. Because of theyre lack of ability to inspect vehicles I will have to pay more than $3000 to have a reliable vehicle. Take your vehicles somewhere else.

Such rude employees. I walked in and I stood there for 10 minutes before the people behind the desk finished their conversation and asked what I needed. And when they took my car back, it came back out with the engine light on. They truly don’t know what they are doing. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!

Called this morning to see about getting a Level kit installed (I attempted and failed!). Brandon got me in today and did an excellent job! Very fair pricing as well. Felt like they did a great job and treated me very fair. Its always nice to feel like you get small/home town service these days.

First experience with the Tire Zone and it was nothing short of exceptional! From the customer service to the actual work being done on my car! Everything was smooth, quick, and accurate! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone! Great prices and great service! Those qualities are hard to find these days! If you need tires or service performed on your vehicle, definitely give them a call before anyone else!

The guys at Tire Factory gave me a quote over the phone for new adjustable struts and even said they could complete the work the same day (it was a Saturday). They did a terrific job and the price was actually a little lower than the phone estimate. The work was completed in the timeline they provided and the work left my Ram levelled out beautifully. Tire Zone was also roughly 90 dollars less than other local shops for the same product.

They are a good group of people, very helpful and knowledgeable. I always give them a hard time, but at the end of the day they are professionals. Clay is a great dude!

They’ve always helped me with my cars. I would drive from bluffdale for their service. When I just called to get some help the guy who answered was not helpful at all! He wasn’t patient with me either. I don’t know if he was new or not but definitely not the experience I’m use to. I will drive to a different, closer shop now because of that. Sad because I always tell people they do great. Maybe somethings changed the past few months?! Not the same tire zone I’ve had experience with. 👎🏽

Fast, knowledgeable and friendly, I had some questions about tires for my utility trailer. They took the time to explain the different types, ratings and why a 6 ply was more than adequate for the trailer I owned. Then the cost was $10 less a tire than everywhere else that I had checked. First trip here was great. looks like a home town shop but thats what I like because i like nice one-on-one people and thats just how I was treated, with respect. second visit here was for a flat tire (recently filled up to make the trip to have it repaired). I arrived at 5:47 pm and they would not repair the flat due to the fact that quote they would be closing soon. rubbish.

I brought my car here multiple times with various reasons. Every single time the service was terrible. They dont seem to know what they are doing. I wanted them to fix the oil and coolant leak in my car. After the fix in couple of days car drained almost completely. I needed to bring the car back 3 more times for them to understand what is wrong. Of course every single time they ask more and more money.After this I also wanted to fix the ABS problem. They replaced the ABS module and within a month, ABS stopped working again. It was so frustrating to spend a big fraction of the cost of the car on repairs and coming back to square one.I dont recommend this place for any kind of car repairs if you dont want to waste your time and money.

I called in earlier to check on some prices of tires (since they dont have any prices online) and they told me over the phone exactly how much I was spending including mounting, tax and everything. Recently, I had a major fix on my car. Matt was able to diagnose what the problem was and it was looking to be pretty pricey. Matt was able to do some research and found parts that fit, that were of same quality as if they were from the Infiniti dealership, and was able to save me over $400 on this repair. Talk about customer service! I requested a tire quote through the web site and had a response within an hour. I called the next day and they got me in and out in an hour. From the email quote to the front office...everyone was friendly and helpful! Ill be recommending them for sure!

Good.... they promised 2 hours and when I called three hours later they hadnt even started it, and then asked me where the tires were.. someone had watched where I set them for them, but I had to tell him again... and was almost late for work at 6PM. The place could use a complete cleaning, as grease smudges were on all the walls , I suppose they are use to it....

Had a slow leak in a tire, purchased at another Point S store 18 months ago. We had run over a tiny drill bit, part of which was imbedded in the tire. 30 minutes, no appointment, out of there. And NO CHARGE for the repair. Showroom and waiting area are immaculate, and the staff exceptional.
