He always calls to tell me the diagnosis before he fixes anything, he has never changed his final price from the original quote, he gives me options for how to fix the problem, he has never tried pressure sales or any tactics to try & make me fix more than is needed, & they have a quick turnaround time. I took my car here to get a couple issues fixed. I paid a large bill and it took a week and a half longer than expected to get back. Once I got my car back it was immediately obvious that they damaged my car. There was a new sound in the back and my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. It was as if they didn’t test drive it or check their work. I brought it back to give them the chance to fix the issues they caused. However, they refused and just blamed me and my car. He continuously tried diverting my attention from the damage he caused by saying my car was just old. I had no problems with weird sounds in my car or having any bad lights pop up on my dashboard prior to bringing my car. Please do not bring your car here. They will harm you car and not take responsibility.

I tried to get my truck in becauseMY engine light. Came on.The secutary was very rude.Now they wont fix...lwill bad mouth till the day I DIE...dont go to this SHOP.very poor.servise.

Its hard to find an honest mechanic but this is one. Dont pay extra for the brand name places either as the prices are either at or below those places and the work will be done right. Anything I cant do myself (which is getting to be a good amount with how hard they make working on newer cars now) we get done here.

These mechanics are predatory. They will cause new issues and ask for more and more money to fix them. They use scare tactics to emotionally manipulate you. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Please do not support this scam business.
