I knew better than to get my filters here, but I was in a hurry. $140 for oil change and 2 filters seems a bit high. Still, as I said, I just wanted it done so I made the choice.Im actually rating them down for not wearing masks when close to the customer and allowing people in the waiting area to go mask free as well. I had to wait outside in the heat. No wonder our COVID19 rates keep increasing.

Literally turned around when I saw y’all weren’t wearing masks.There is a pandemic happening. We had a spike over the weekend, and there is around 300-400+ CASES A DAY. So inconsiderate.I loved this place, always had nice people and were always willing to work with me. I’m in need of an oil change and maybe need to change my filters. But I may just take my business elsewhere and never go back again all together because the message I’m getting is y’all don’t care what’s happening right now. How many people are dying and getting sick, and in turn have serious long-term health issues because they caught coronavirus. Y’all are part of the problem.The sad thing is so many auto places are like that right now.

Their price was $20 less than Jiffy Lube and I didnt feel like I was getting taken. They also were very fast.

Great excellent fantastic I called a real person young man he answered the phone he gave me prices they were $10 better than jiffy lube so I came on over. To my delight they were friendly they were excellent and they wereScott the owner is a real nice guy and hes there working hard not sitting at home collecting a check.I highly recommend this place for a lube oil and filter and I would dress them with whatever they give you as far as advice.

Had an emissions test and was charged $45 buck. It took them 3 min. After price checking other places I found the average price is $30. Wont be ever going back there again.

This is a family run business. I bought a used as-is vehicle. Scott got my car on the road for me and was super helpful. I’m thankful to this family because my wallet is tight and I just need a car to last into the next year. I will only come here when I need car servicing.

Not only did these guys quote and charge me 50% of the other two shops I called in the area, but they had me in and out of there in 15 minutes. No BS, not sales attempts, just got me in, got me out, and gave me a fair price.

The mechanics know their worth and get paid for their skill level. I cant sing their praises enough! The owner works very hard and is extremely precise and accurate. He will try to find cheaper parts to save you money. The quality, care and intelligence are astonishing. I also never felt cared for by a mechanic he called to check on my car and is having me go back in for another scan!

Dont take your car here for any repair. They dont know what they are doing. Mine wouldnt start. Scott said they could fix it. Started out with the first repair - $1300.00. Still wouldnt start. He towed it back, told me i would get credit for part put in that didnt fix it. Second day went to pick up the car. He put another part on - $350.00 and no credit for first part that didnt fix it. took it home. wouldnt start later in the day. Took it in to a dealer. They did a full diagnostic, determined what was wrong. Had to fly a part in overnight. Nest day, all fixed. Bill at dealer came to $90.00. Lesson learned.

Im from Texas I came in to have my transmission fluid changed. It was slipping and I was hopping that would help. They were very nice and changed my transmission fluid. They did a great job, and checked everything before I left. It is not slipping anymore and is running great! Im so glad I chose them.

Used to go here a lot. Got along okay with everyone, especially the owner. Once I started taking my wifes car here I started to get a little suspicious. They ended up charging her more for a break booster than what they quoted, and they took longer to fix it. Also, now that Utah no longer requires a Safety inspection for vehicle registration, you would think it would be cheaper. Nope. They charge more now. It used to be $30 for emissions, now they charge $50. Oil changes are $40, and they either tell you that you need to replace the air filter or cabin air filter every time you go in for an oil change. Dont let them replace either because you can get them cheaper literally anywhere else and install them yourself. They charge $40 for a cabin air filter that originally only cost $25. I just replaced mine myself in December with one that lasts longer than the ones they put in, and they said it needed to be replaced. I literally watched the guy go in the back with the filter, come out, go back to my car, and then come over to me showing me a dirty air filter that did not look like the one I put in myself. They also seemed sad that I replaced my engine air filter with a K&N filter that can be cleaned instead of being replaced. They might get it done fast but they do pull off those little scams all the time. One other thing is, you cant read a damn thing they write on the work receipt. Dont trust these guys anymore.

Discovered this shop about 2 years ago and have numerous opportunities to use them for everything from simple oil changes to major repairs ac service and inspections. I have found them to be extremely honest and straightforward.When another mechanic had almost convinced my wife that she needed a costly transmission repair they checked it out and were adamant that NOTHING was wrong. They were right because that was a year and a half ago and many more miles and still no need for transmission repair.If you want an honest mechanic at fair prices this is the auto shop you want to go to.

Scott at Quick Lube has gotten all my emissions test business - thats four vehicles a year for many years. Ive had other work done there too, and sometimes the cost is whats posted, other times Ive been surprised because it was more than what we agreed to, but I paid anyway. Today, I asked the owner if hed match a competitors coupon because Ive been a long time costumer and I wanted to give him my business rather than go the competitor. He said he would for a $10 processing fee. So really, the answer was No. I had him do the work anyway and when I returned to pick it up, the owner ridiculed me in front of his staff and others in the shop because of my statement that I was a long time customer which in his mind must have meant that I should I give him all my vehicle business. But since there was a Walmart oil change sticker in the windshield he said thats not loyalty. Seems he confused my being a long time customer with loyalty. Wow, really? And in front of the rest of the shop? Poor judgement and poor customer service. It seems he doesnt care to keep my business. No problem...Good bye, Scott.

I have PTSD and severe anxiety you can only imagine how difficult it is to be out in public and especially with men. I am surprisingly am able to sit down and my anxiety is not to high! I showed up here very close to their closing time and I was happily welcome to get my oil change and emissions done. They have been very friendly as well providing quick service. They are a great place and I will definitely come back here again

Untrustworthy, about the same price the dealer charges and the amounts always change. Still does paper receipts so you can’t really tell how much or if he changed the price. He loves to add extra charges. Would go elsewhere

Scott, the owner, was INCREDIBLY helpful. The brakes on my vehicle needed a new vacuum and booster. I called him on a Saturday evening at 6pm and he met me the next day, Sunday, at the shop to make sure that I would have the vehicle ready for work by Monday morning. Turns out he couldnt get the parts ordered on Sunday, BUT he let me use one of his extra cars on Monday while my vehicle was getting worked on so that I could still get into work. I would recommend Quick Lube to ANYBODY. Thanks Scott!

Sneaky, lying, no good, thieving crooks!! My mother has been paying an extra 29$ for a grease job on her truck for the last few years. Shes not feeling well so I did the oil change in the driveway for her, because I trust lube shops about as much as I trust politicians. There is not a SINGLE GREASE FITTING on the entire vehicle. When confronted they could not give an answer to justify the flat out theft of an elderly womans money. They are lucky I dont feel like going back to prison

Twice now Ive used this place for car repairs and they have been fast, efficient, professional, and very reasonably priced.

Quick Lube has been my auto maintenance shop for nearly 15 years. I am impressed that they figured out my engine light problem while the Accura dealer as well several other auto shops threw their towels. The cost of fixing problems is also lowest.

I went to Quick Lube for a simple oil change, as I was told they were not a hard sell kind of place. Of course they pulled my air filter, and of course told me, this is what we call trashed. Very unprofessional. They then recommended I have two belts replaced, but I refused due to time constraints. They guaranteed the belts would snap as soon as I drove off, and said there is no hope for your car. I have never been treated so poorly, I was in tears. Ive since had my mechanic look at the belts, and was told they are in good condition. After I left Quick Lube, I drove to Lake Powell for the weekend...... obviously my belts didnt snap. I do not recommend this company due to their bullying sales tactics and dishonesty.

Spent $160 on an oil change and emissions test?!I brought my car in for the emissions test. My wife brought hers in for an oil change. Scott, the owner, convinced my wife she needed two air filters after I left. This seems to be a common scheme this guy pulls on all of customers, based on what Im reading from the other Google reviews.Wont be returning to this place again.

Since moving here to the valley, I knew what I wanted in a service place for my car. I found these guys and have had nothing but the best service!

Dad took the car in the morning and I went to see if the car was done in the afternoon. The guy that worked there was so rude and disrespectful! I asked him a simple question: ‘’how much is it for a new brake master cylinder?’’ He said do you want me to get the job done or not? All I asked was how much a part was... he ended up not fixing the car.

Worst experience ever I would not recommend anyone​ go there, unless you want it messed up.. had a transmission rebuilt there and it still leaks fluid , Took it back several times only for it not to be fixed still leaks . I went there today and it was a joke. For the 2 years I have been taking my car there and never had a problem oil changes have been fair priced. Well today they out synthetic in my car and have never done that before, he said thats what my car calls for. My question is why didnt they ever do it before! Second my filters were dirty so he said I had to change them. At first I told him no I can do it for cheaper, then he consistsntly harassed me about it and said he would do it for a deal. Come to find out he lied to me and I could have done them for cheaper after he reassured me it was the cheapest prices. U will never go back there, I honestly dont feel that I can trust that company, or the guys who work there!

Came in to get an oil change and their service was great and the team was very fast.

Called them and explained that my transmission was taking a long time to shift from 1st to 2nd. It was also shifting sporadically when I was up to speed but pressed the throttle in almost to the floor to pass people, and when going up hills. They said it might need to be rebuilt or replaced, over the phone, but wanted me to come in so they could look at it for free. I brought it in the next day and they found out right away it was a quart low and there was battery acid all over the transmission computer. They filled it up and cleaned off the transmission computer and test drove it. They said it seemed fine after that and asked that I keep an eye on it. If it did have problems later, they would recommend replacing the transmission computer and even said a used one would run about $200. Im surprised they didnt automatically try to sell me on a new one or even rebuilding the transmission. When a mechanic does that, you know you can trust them. Ive already recommended them to a few friends and family and I highly recommend going in there to anyone that reads this. I was surprised they knew as much as they did about my Suzuki SX4s transmission (AWD too and no longer sold in America). They told me that being a quart low would cause issues because it doesnt hold much transmission fluid. I looked online for the capacity for my crossover and saw that it only holds about 4 quarts of transmission fluid. Being down that much will for sure cause this kind of issue. After I got it back, I test drove the hell out of it and its working way better than it did before. Im glad I brought it here and will do so in the future for any other issues!

At our last visit we couldnt have had a worse experience. First of all they were extremely condescending to us. They tried to insist that they change the air filters, both inside and out for an inflated cost. When we declined they left the inside filter on our car floor and didnt put the cap back on (left it in our glove box). They were incredibly rude. In addition, we recently had the oil changed with a different company and when they went to remove the plug it was screwed on so tight and the bolt stripped that we had to replace the oil pan altogether. Go somewhere else. They were pathetic.

I went in for an oil change and they did that just fine, but they also replaced the air filter without asking and then charged 18 extra dollars. So unprofessional. I wont be going back.

Mediocre work at a mediocre price. Nothing more, nothing less.The heater core on my truck was clogged so bad last winter that I couldn’t even defrost my windshield, so I brought it in to these guys for replacement. I had been there before for other odd jobs like a radiator replacement and water pump replacement and felt they did fine work, so I didn’t give it a second thought. Usually I do most repairs myself, but on this vehicle, accessing the heater core requires removing the entire dash and steering column; about an 8 hour job according to the service manual. While they were working in the area, I asked them to change the A/C evaporator so that I would know it was new, clean, and in good working order.When I picked up my truck, the heat was fantastic, which was a relief since I had spent something like $1400-1600 on this job. On the way home, however, I realized that there were about 15 random screws on the driver and passenger floorboards. Turns out that during reassembly, they missed a few things: the steering column wasn’t properly bolted to the dashboard subframe and now has about 1/2” of up-down travel with light pressure and because of this, the steering wheel rattles when going over bumps; the passenger grab handle on the A-arm is loose and moves about 2/3” when pulling yourself into the truck; the entire dash is about 1/2” lower on the left compared to the right; there are numerous interior trim screws missing so some parts of the dash buzz at certain RPM’s (though they don’t visibly move); etc.Additionally, despite my request and willingness to pay for the parts and labor, they failed to replace the A/C evaporator because “it looked fine.” As you may or may not know, dust collects on evaporators over time and can sometimes clog the water drain tube in the drip pan under it. This can lead to mold growth and that infamous air conditioning musty stink. That happened in my truck this summer and it could have been avoided if they had done the work that I requested. I’m sure as heck not going to shell out another $1400-1600 again to access and replace the evaporator though, so I’m stuck with smelly A/C and regular air freshener purchases.I’m currently replacing the clockspring on the truck for unrelated reasons and am reminded of my experience with this shop every time go to remove a screw and find that it’s already missing because they never put it back. Same story when I replaced the A/C condenser fan a couple months ago: they didn’t replace all of the mounting bolts after getting my new radiator put in and I was left to prioritize which components to secure and which to leave as they were.Quick Lube does some things well and generally for a good price, but their attention to detail is abysmal. Between the greasy fingerprints on my truck, the lazy work, and the lack of reliable follow through, I’ve since switched to a new mechanic and am much more satisfied.If you just need a radiator hose replaced or maybe an emissions test, go for it. Otherwise, find someone who cares about the quality of their work.

IF you want cheep, dont stop here. They do great work at a fair price. My last mechanic retired and I have been looking for a new one. I found them. The Key is communication. Scott is knowledgable and fair. GIve them a chance to be your mechanic.B

They charged a fair price but I dropped my car off at 9:30 and after being told it was a 3 hour job it wasnt done until 4:00. Not only that, they put in a part without telling me and charged me for it. And took down my personal credit card information. I will never be returning.UPDATE: I got my water pump and timing belt replaced on this visit. A couple months later my car over heated and when I took it in I was also told my timing belt was off by a few notches. Both things that happened as a result of the work done in this shop. Save yourself.

We recently had a clutch replaced with them as well as several other items. For a new CV axle, air filter, new rear main seal, new clutch, plus new transmission fluid they still came in well under what another 5 star rated shop wanted for doing JUST the clutch. Ive been coming here since I got my first car 12 years ago and they have always been honest and fair. There are some other complaints here about how they replace air filters without asking, not only have they ALWAYS asked me before replacing the filter they always show me the dirty filter as well. The cost of the new filter is usually what you would pay at autozone for a new filter anyways and they never charge for the work. Most places charge you double what a typical replacement part actually costs. A new CV axle at autozone will run $100-$120 these guys only charged me $98. My only complaint is that their billing system is horribly outdated and is mostly done with Scott writing things down sloppily on paper so you have to be sure you ask if you are not sure what is being done.

Got my light bulb changed at this shop and the tech touched the bulb all over with his bare greasy hands (even I know better than to touch a bulb with bare hands) so of course after about a week the bulb failed. Never going back...

Have been here a few times and I must say that in my experience this is a dishonest shop. They try to upcharge for many things, whether your car needs it or not.

Took my car in for a repair and the bill came back double of what was quoted. Then oil started leaking from where the repair was made and they denied any wrong doing. Dishonest repair shop. Ill never go there again.
