The purchasing process was somewhat stressful, however the contact sale representative was great. I have to reserve judgment on the administrator having not meet them. They were not forthcoming about loan options as a result I had to be firm on my time and amount of monthly obligations. They did present a satisfactory offer, but it took 5 hours. The first service was at no cost to me. That staff and Technicians were great. Speedy service and forthcoming with information. Stay true to your needs and they will adjust to your reasonable expectations. Thank you Robert Staack.

Steve helped me quite a bit, I feel if you take your car to a parts store to be scanned , dont let them clear the codes . Come to find out its common practice. It does not help the tech. When you take the car in for an issue to Kia . Keep up the good work Kia.

FIVE stars for Les Payton and Power Kia!! Finding a Telluride with the specs we wanted and at a price we found reasonable was extremely difficult and painful before we drove to Salem from Hillsboro. Working with Les was easy and fun! I never thought I’d say that about buying a car. Les listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. He spent two hours with us on the lot knowing there would be no sale that day (all 2021 Tellurides were spoken for) and possibly not for months until the car we wanted was available. He was very transparent and never pressured us into buying a different car that was on the lot. What luck that 5 days later, a buyer would back out and Les would text us early in the morning to say that a Telluride with the EXACT spec setup we wanted was available if we could get there quickly (there were several interested parties). We’ve put 1400 miles on the car in less than 3 weeks and we are IN LOVE. We finally have our dream car thanks to Les!Les, thanks for taking care of our family, for making this car buying experience the least stressful as possible, and for being such a good dude. :) We’ll definitely be recommending Les to anyone that is looking for a car and we’ll be going back to him when we are ready to replace our 2nd vehicle.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed, my wipers replaced, and my brakes done. Apparently, there was a miscommunication (which I get, totally happens) and they weren’t sure if they were doing my brakes. But instead of just asking me if we were doing my brakes- because I was sitting in the waiting room the whole time- they just didn’t do them! So I waited almost 3 HOURS for an oil change and wipers. And now I have to go back to get my brakes done and who knows how long that will take…I really do understand that mistakes happen and normally, it wouldn’t be that big of a deal. But what turned this experience into such a bad one was the lack of communication. I just want to be informed of what’s happening (or isn’t happening) and consulted instead of having my decisions made for me. At one point, I was asked if they were, in fact, going to do my brakes- how should I know! I’m in the waiting room! Plus, the appointment that I booked online clearly said in writing to do the brakes. I just assumed they would actually get done!This was a terrible experience, but I’m sure it was not the norm. Many people were in and out very quickly while I was there so probably take this with a grain of salt. I just really needed to post this because this experience was not okay and I think it’s important that someone other than the woman whom I cried at while she rung me up knows about this and works to fix the problem.

Jim was excellent, I highly recommend seeing him if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. He is a straight shooter and will do everything he can to make sure you are satisfied in your vehicle buying experience. Can’t say enough good about the experience I had. Another gentleman I had the pleasure of dealing with was named Alex, he went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of and satisfactory.

Andrew was upfront about the entire process, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with! One of the best things was the respect for our time. We went in for a test drive in May and explained our timeframe to acquire a new car (late summer). He was great about checking in to see if a similar model on the lot was of interest. When the exact make and model of the car we selected became available, I basically agreed to buy it via text message while out to dinner, had a couple of calls the next day to go over warranty and pricing, and Andrew delivered it to my door the day after that! We had a great overview of the features, signed the papers and that was it! Look Andrew up if you are in the market for a new car - you won’t regret it! Andrew unlocked the mystery of how to go about getting a very popular model, set expectations for the process and timeframe, and showed me the numbers. There are so many amazing features that my current 2008 car just doesn’t have. I feel like I went to run a quick errand and came out buying tons of things I didn’t know I needed. And of course I love them all! The experience was very easy and did not take up as much time as I anticipated, which was a plus. I would definitely recommend Eric and the Power Kia finance team..

Les Payton (our salesman) absolutely ROCKS!! Not only was he super helpful, but he went to two separate locations to get us COLD bottled water while we chose our vehicle. He also bought us both LUNCH at La Hacienda Real since we were both hungry and were choosing a car over lunch. Update:I called Shane as he requested and the service department will be doing my front breaks for free. I appriciate the committment to customer service and the time that Shane took to ensure my problem was looked into properly.I bought a car here in April. Recently, I took it in for an oil change and found out that the front break pad are almost completely worn and the back break pads are not much better.I have had this car for less than 6 months. They knew full well when they sold me this $14,000 car that I would have to come in and spend a bunch to have my breaks redone.I will be taking my business elsewhere since Kia is obviously scamming people.

Big shout out to Power Kia. They got me into a car even though I have no so good credit. Andrew Roeser and Eric were able to get me into a 2019 Kia Soul . It was a lot of work but they managed to pull it off. If youre looking to buy a car go to Power Kia.

Transparent and honest communication throughout.

Went in to get an appointment for the big fluids change, they had an opening right then, got free ride home, said it would take about 2 hours, got pH call about an 1 1/2 later was done, they came and picked me up, paid bill and was out of there. Really nice people, great service.

Service department is terrible I would recommend going somewhere else. After having warranty work done on our car I opened the hood and found nuts and bolts laying about un-installed. The car developed a clunk and a vibration immediately after this work was done took it back in and Kia said they couldnt feel the vibration or the clunk. Totally incompetent. And good luck getting through on the phone, nobody returns messages, nobody answers the phone, Ive been trying for 2 days to find out whats going on with my car and Im unable to
