Location is understaffed . 2 times they gave me wrong paint.First time they gave total different color. Second time shade given was way lighter than what we asked for.Every batch is different. Then wont take back finding excuses like dirt on container or sticker little chipped. Come On ! Its a recycled paint to start with .He is reluctant to call customer back for his credit card info for refund. He says he dont have time to do that .With some haggle he returned the money.May be its a understaffed location or they hired warehouse worker to do the sales also.But its not worth the waste of time.He even tried to hire my painter which he refused . No wonder he was angry and did not want to change / refund paint for him.My guess is that name is misleading also - Amazon Paint.

This place is a complete joke!! The Warehouse is ran by incompetant and unprofessional employees. What they need is a human resource person on every site because management is so unprofessional. You cannot tell me that you will keep an employee after he threatens another member of your staff just because you know that person personally. The manager should not have employees that they know or have history with. That in itself is conflict of interest. This business has no guidelines or rule books but they let people go according to their personal agendas. I would not recomend doing business or working for this company.
