Let me just say for a time when our regions ICU capacity is at a record low, the lovely employees here at family dollar dont seem to care about wearing a mask that actually covers either their mouth of their nose. There were also quite a few mask-less customers wandering freely within the premises because you should not be allowed to shop without fearing for your health and safety within this country. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted!

I appreciate my Family Dollar it is always clean and organized outside needs more attention though coming through the door a bit dirty but the customer service is always top notch!

I used to avoid Family Dollar like Im trying to avoid the Corona Virus. Its been a couple of years since I ventured into the dungeon of doom to shop.That place used to be the 3Ds.DARK DIRTY DEPRESSING and bonus D... DANGEROUS🤣The isles were filled with boxes of merchandise haphazardly placed so it would be almost impossible to push a cart or walk. It was like a real life version of PacMan but the ghosts werecrackheads.The prices are higher than the 99 cent store. I dont expect the items to be a dollar but the same 99 cent glass jar was 1.50 at Family Dollar.Why ?They sell household items but if there is a Walmart closer Id go there instead.Family Dollars merchandise isnt worth the price even though its cheap.Today I was pleasantly surprised.The store was bright,clean and the employees were polite and helpful.I had a great experience.I gave them a 3, because some of the brands they sell are weird. But if you need a hammer,some fake Lil Debbie cakes or a blender, Family Dollar is the place.

Very clean and well tended to location, with very helpful and friendly staff, even when they are clearly stressed. Staff werent wearing masks, which was a little eek, but otherwise 10/10 will shop again.

This place is so unorganized and disgusting. There are boxes of freight on the floor making it impossible to walk around or push a cart around. The employees are rude and unprofessional. While using my ATM card at checkout the cashier charged an additional $ 25 on my card. When I brought it to their attention they denied it happened. I had to file a dispute with my bank instead of them voiding the transaction which would have cleared everything up. They need new management fast!

I shop here every day but today will be my last!I walked in and went straight to the register to buy a charger and a car mount. Paid and proceeded to walk out. I guess I beeped and was told to hold on. The items I bought had sensors on them, the doorman instantly grabbed my hand and the items and attempted to take them! I asked what he was doing and he said there are sensors on the item! Well duh .. he took them out my hand and stood at the door to make sure I didn’t steal anything! So I snatched the items back and walked out, so angry because I aloud them to treat me this way. My girl then told them they were disrespectful and the way he handled the situation wasn’t cool! To make matters worse the so called manager on duty walked to my car and said this is new company policy because of recent thefts and if you don’t like it, don’t come back!Okay that’s fine! I won’t!

Has good deals but not the best shopping experience. I found lots of good deals on household and storage. The merchandise is a bit scattered and sometimes hard to find the price. Checkout took longer than it should have. There were a couple of clerks casually chatting and waiting for another clerk for me to checkout. Also I was charged the 10 cents bagging fee even though I didnt use any bags. No biggie but worth noting.

This store needs sooooo much improvement. This stores aisles always have boxes of stock needing to be shelved. They really need to hire more workers that can focus on organizing and stocking there shelves. And cashiers handle the customers purchases.

I really like this store. They have good household items, and I can always seem to find a good pair of leggings that I like here. The store clerks are always friendly and they speak to you when you come in and as they check you out at the register which is think is important.

Kind of dirty. Like if Kmart and Dollar Tree had an ugly baby that liked to play in the mud. Decent prices on the products they carry, which are quite few, and generally of low quality. I do feel sorry for the staff. They have all the enthusiasm of a prisoner bound for solitary, but its hard to blame them when they work in such a poorly lit, poorly organized collection of products that appear to have been salvaged from the scrapyard.

Its a decent location. Some prices are better here than the dollar tree. They have alot to choose from. From clothes to food to furniture to pets.

Well you know Family Dollar is a dollar store but it doesnt have to look like it. Staff was nice even though there was no one on the floor. It was dirty, there is stuff all over the floor Im talking trash , stock was not kept organized it was look like was just all thrown up on the stove it was not a good thing I wont go back there

Me and my wife went there today loss 20$ in the store one the workers told to talk to a lady that was working next to her and told me to ask her to go look at. The cameras she she cant let me go back there but I didnt ask her to go back there I ask her to look for me she switch my words and said I ask to go back there but I didnt I know customer cant go in the back so that y I ask to but she was being very rude to and racist to me.

The store is under new management and is really starting to look up. The store is neat and they have started cleaning the outside. Nice job and thanks for the improvements.

My first time shopping at Family dollar and will be my last the cashier was soooo rude and unprofessional I walked out feeling some type of way. Obviously customer service is not important if the staff can mistreat and talk to customers side ways. Its worth paying extra in a place that makes you feel good shopping in their establishment. Hint hint (Walgreens)

I love this place I wish I could get more coupons on the sale days and it would really be a bargain lol but no seriously its reasonable and they have very helpful​people working there and friendly.

The cashier, Tymothie, was very rude. First he stood with his back to the register while I stood there waiting, when I finally said excuse me he rudely replied, hold on Im bleeding so Im like oh ok, then he continued yeah, I dont wanna touch yall dirty ass money with cuts on my fingers....So then he rings me up and shorts me $10. I told him that I gave him a 20 and not a 10 and he just held up the last $10 bill in his drawer with a blank stare. I had to get them to run the cameras in order to get my correct change. The cashier, TYMOTHIE never apologized.

Me and my sister went in and bought candy and we were very nice, and then we had went outside since after we were taking a lyft and then a lady repeatedly stared us down and rolled her eyes the whole time and made fun of me and my sister

Well the store itself is not that bad. But I do not think their operation is much to be desired, if one is coming to your neighborhood, protest it. They just built this one just 1 block from my home. It is already and eyesore. Trash all over the front of the store, the landscaping is already overgrown with weeds, they are letting the grass just die, it is brown, this place is a eyesore.

On 01/10/17 I called the store due to a closed sign in the window at 1:40 pm. The store manager Armando answered the phone and I then asked how long will the store be closed. He informed me that he doesnt know and it could be until tomorrow. I then informed him that the store being closed is a real inconvenience for the regular customers who shop there. He didnt reassure me as a customer that the problem is being resolved instead he hung the phone up in my face. As a customer I feel, that he didnt seem concerned about my comment nor do I feel he satisfied me as a customer. Being that he is the store manager I feel he demonstrated poor customer service and Iam reconsidering doing business with your company in the near future. I understand that we all have rough days but the professionalism that he just demonstrated for your company was unacceptable I hope that you address this concern accordingly.Sincerely,Gloria Robertson

This is serious, i wish the destrict menager or the store owner will read this. This store mananger is so freaking rude, i couldnt believe this. I give you below zero for the service for the store manager, she like out of temper from somewhere and blow it to costumer. You just cant get let people who using thier personal issue to handle with comtomer. This lack is leading your store lossing the costumer . I swear wont never ever went to this store again.

It not a dollar store LOL. Lots of people first go in thinking it a dollar store but it not. It s store where the prices is set at the dollar amount. For example $2.00 not $1.99. Store kind off messy and sometimes staff are rude our unhelpful.

The store used to be a nice store with the previous manager but it has become a messy store there is always piles of boxes blocking the hallways in general is a mess.
