Great prices. Easy in and out. Unfortunately closes an hour earlier than other stores in the area and and at times not well stocked with desired items.

They have a fair selection of many things. Unfortunately even hair ties are behind glass and a hassle to buy. Also at least 2 older men seem to live their days begging in that parking lot. Nonetheless its a convenient and cheap shop for the neighborhood.

Trashy looking outside. A guy in the parking lot trying to mumble rap to music, another man asking for money, just not the welcome I wanted. Once inside it was a cluttered mess. The layout was horrible. I would not reccomend this establishment.

Dollar General is the place to go when you dont want to wait in Long roast restore lines they do not have fresh produce but they have everything else including household items such as laundry detergent and dryer sheets household cleaning items along with a great assortment of snacks dairy products frozen food then ice cream of course!

I feel like a criminal when I shop here. Lots of the items are locked up and some isles are blocked off/ dead end. 😕

Panhandlers outside door, walk in and the store has sections blocked turning it into a maze. Shelfs are jumbled and cold drink coolers empty and just slightly colder then room temperature.

The store is dirty outside But inside is nice and the staff is friendly

A smaller store with very tight aisles. Only a handful of true dollar items, mainly an outlet store for seconds or rejected products. Very nice staff , many things not priced, so you have to bring it to counter to verify. Need lights outside at night, always pitch black in their parking lot. Have cold milk and frozen food.

Like the store but the area is not a good area to be in. Theres always a person in front of the door or in the parking lot asking for money or for help with food or anything. But we like the store and the price of things are reasonable.

This store with no other stores nearby seems to do alright. With no real competition nearby ,,(discount food) . Why is it called Dollar General, when most items are more. A 99,can store it is not. Neat and clean with a priority on merchandise security. Overall not what I wanted

ALL the workers are very friendly and helpful! You can find almost anything for your house and the prices are nice. They even started carrying African American hair care products, make-up and eyelashes 😊

Most ghetto dollar general in sac. Lots of drug addicts and homeless people in the parking lot living in there cars etc. I wont be returning and wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. Management should clean up there lit ifvthey want more business

Dollar store is a dollar store what else can you say.

Clean and organized store, with baskets easy to access in the front of the store. Employees greet you and are friendly and great knowledge of the stores items and there location in the store. Cashiers were friendly and smiled when addressing customers.

Only Excellent & knowledgeable staff work here. Great Dreyers Ice Cream & Milk low cost or discounted prices sales/specials weekly. Hours are 8am-8pm except holidays they may & often do close early.

I realize theft is a reality, but I really hated that everything is locked up. The store itself is dark and the aisles are thin, stuff on the floor and used to block aisles. Will not be returning any time soon.

Convenient location.good Prices.not like the99 cent store (which is no longer 99 cents or less they have items for$1.99,$2.99, even $7.99.) alot of food items. ate at or almost at peek freshness probably a good idea to purches those at a different store.

Its a good store low prices, good items, & convenient for the neighborhood. I like the place, I just have a problem with not letting us take the baskets out, & the long lines and waiting due to short of staff. So its always a waiting period, or an disagreement because people be mad.

The staff was surprisingly friendly. They have a good selection of supplies. It could have been cleaner, but even that want too bad. I left that store saying, I like this store.

I mean it is hood fosho! But Ive never had problems there with the people inside or outside. Its convenient cuz its close to the house instead of driving all the way to Walmart.

Small & Busy, but not usually overcrowded. Avoid using a cart if possible. New products semi-regularly. More food/drinks than youd expect. & obviously everything is insanely cheap. Service is ok. Check out is ez.Floor isnt entirely level, but has very few puddles & no black ice at all
