Too much loud music by homeless who were extremely rude when asked nicely by this disabled senior who was stuck waiting for a tow truck in the parking lot after shopping in the store.And the phone number to the store does not work.Loud blaring music is not OK!

Place is chill and helpful, would be nice if they had carts. $1 ice and chef boyardee and rame packs and lighters and 12 pack candles are ittt- Sometimes homeless people out front, but then again, im homeless, although i dont look it, so 😂

This is a great store. Its got a cozy small store feel, great products and a terrific staff not to mention the manager is a hottie.

Great place for values. I found several items there that needed for some time. It is always great to go there because of variety, value. Plus it is centrally located at 65 station with light rail and bus stops right there.

I went for some party bags... found sets of three, but I needed 40... so I kept searching, next isle over... looked some more... then I found some really nice ones ...BUT still sets of 3...So, next isle... I found a set of colored lunch bags, 10 to a set, that I was ready to settle on... when BOOM!*REAL party bags... COOL designs, sets of 25 each: for 99 cents

They were out of stock on a lot of products could not find more than half of what I would came there to look for. Simple things like a plunger or a tape measure. Every aisle had a bunch of baldness very disappointed

I went to dollar tree to buy a loaf of bread. When I packed my lunch I didnt see the mold till I ate it. The expiration date was incorrect and I went to return for a refund. The store manager was highly unprofessional telling me that she would not give me a refund for half a loaf of bread when I only used 2 slices till I knew it was contaminated. I believe the health and safety of customers should be upheld even if their store policy doesnt give refunds. l would have at least liked to seen an in store credit for the jeopardy of my safety when the packaging was wrong. This was highly unprofessional, in all my years working in grocery, I have never seen such carelessness and unprofessionalism from a store when it comes to health and safety of their customers. Especially during this covid-19 outbreak I would expect the health and safety of customers to be held to a higher degree.

Yes, I went to 2-different Dollar Trees in the same day. My neighborhood Dollar Tree on 65th & Folsom Blvd is the BOMB, they greet every customer, they always have everything Im looking for and its the best place for crafts, cleaning supplies and automotive.

Bigger location, has a lot of what you need. Plan to go back for some of the basic things we need for our kitchen.

Some Dollar Trees are better than others. Some are cleaner. Some more organized. Some with more variety. This one had it all. Staff are friendly and you feel comfortable buying what you didnt think you needed!

The store was nice and had a good selection. The cashier was very nice. There was only one cashier with a line of 8 people. There was a manager and 3 workers standing around while our sweet cashier worked like crazy

One of the very best dollar trees to go to! It is really big inside and has a ton of items at a really great price. They normally carry just about everything from food to dishes. Definitely the dollar tree to check out.

I was greeted upon entering the store. There were several baskets available at the front of the store. The 1st one I tried had locked wheels and wouldnt move far. Another basket had wobbly wheels. The 3rd basket was the charm, it rolled well, just had to remove trash from it. The store was huge, neat, clean and organized. I found everything I came in looking for including a small umbrella to block the sun on hot days. I saw no issues or problems while in the store and I walked down the majority of the aisles. Lines were short when I was ready to check out. The cashier was pleasant and greeted me with a smile. She did a great job of quickly checking me out. We had a nice brief conversation while she scanned and bagged my merchandise. Over all I had a good experience while there. Nice size parking lot that was busy and clean. The 65th street light rail station is right on the other side of the building. I definitely will go to this location again. I had an enjoyable shopping experience there.

This store is always so messy. Sometimes I go and a whole aisle is completely without product. It will only have about 5 items in it. I gave it 2 stars because the people that work here are nice.

Clean, low number of people inside

They often don’t have enough checkers so lines can get really backed up, but I don’t even care anymore when I saw today how good they are at their jobs. A creepy guy was coming up to all the women by themselves early in the morning and whispering to us and asking for rides, and the checker working was not having it. She was watching him, and when she saw him come up to me she was on it and kicked him out. She didn’t wait for him to keep coming up to more women before she took care of it. We think he stole some stuff, but I appreciate she was concerned with our safety first and foremost. I’d take long lines anytime over a sketchy guy stalking women. I appreciate that woman a ton.

Well they just remodeled the aisles, so there is more organization than before, items are gathered and grouped together, and its picked up a-lot more, not a-lot of clutter, because it used to be a mess! although that didnt keep me from going in. Still have balloons, some Dollar Trees dont, but I wish this store had fresh produce, more cold food items🎈💫🎈

It is official this is the best dollar store anywhere. Dont get me wrong its still a dollar store in the middle of the city by the light rail so some of the clientele is less than stellar. However the selection is beyond the great for a dollar store. This staff is what you expect not overly helpful but they also dont disappear. Their biggest downfall is that they never have enough cashiers for the volume that they get. It is usally one or two and the lines are very very long.

This store is bigger than most stores and has 2 Snack Zone asiles which I love! It is sometimes hard to find parking due to the gym next door and other surrounding businesses.

Idk what kind of people these people hire but the lady, colleen, working cashier early afternoon yesterday 11/12/2018 was beyond incompetent. The line was long and she was the only one there. No sense of urgency to open more registers. She seemed like she had her head in the clouds and had no idea what she was doing. I clearly had a divider put down to separate my stuff from the customer in front of me but she started scanning my stuff and stuffing it into the other customers bags. Please get some real cashiers who have common sense.

I came for butter and they only had margarine, which I wouldnt mind if it wasnt one molecule away from being plastic. Something I tried to avoid these days. I was a bit dismayed that I couldnt use the restroom anymore even though Ive been able to use the restroom (as a customer) in the past. Make sure youve taken care of your needs before you come here. Still, I had the opportunity to get a couple things I may not want to bother with later in the week, as the heat wave continues.

I can only give a 4 today as there was a problem with the machine that charged my credit card. It appears to have charged me two times. I went back to the store and the manager told me that this happens quiet often, but because it was all pending it should straighten itself out. If the problem is not resolved by Monday to come back in with the receipt and my credit card information and he will give me a number to call. So just be aware of this. The gal was wonderful. The manager pretty helpful. Thank you April.

I went into the store today and there is a male greeter at the door and I was in line for almost 11 minutes and he was very very rude To a couple of teens thatwere in there and we all just looked at him in aww! There is never enough check stands open only one and two of us asked them to open another one but they never did I think that store needs to really work on their customer service skills someone should send in a undercover boss because they are just rude

This particular Dollar Tree, on Folsom Boulevard, was really messy! The shopping carts had locked wheels and when it wouldnt move, I asked the cashier, who rudely said well the wheels are locked. She didnt offer any advice on how to unlock the wheels and there was no obvious way to unlock them. The store is not set up with similar items together, for example craft items are all over the place rather than together. The toy aisle was a mess, so it seems even though they allow people to go in and mess things up the employees also dont go in and straighten up the shelves. This was just an okay visit. There are other Dollar Trees that are better organized so that you can find what you want fairly quickly. Without a whole lot of trash or stuff in the aisles that you have to step around.

I think this is one of the best Dollar Trees cashiers and door greeter are very professional and polite. The place has almost everything I need when I go shop at Dollar tree I dont understand why you two women are bashing an elderly man at least hes working and trying to make an honest living a lot of Knuckleheads and bums go in there harassing the employees and customers. I witnessed a lot of rude customers and yeah the little guy could be rude too at least he has a backbone what is he getting paid minimum wage?? And Youre Expecting him to meet everyones expectations of what a good door greeter is LOL...Maybe they are getting rid of the trash by losing customers such as yourselves.

Its so old and dark, low ceilings. They need a major upgrade. But they had what I needed and the store clerk was nice and spoke to us.

I love all dollar trees but this one had no carts even though they were not that busy. There was also a ton of tripping hazards because boxes were in the Isle and things were knocked off the shelves.

Always great place to find deals.Usually keep up with stock. Grocery item are also available including some frozen and refrigerator items.

It was okay but there werent any carts available or carry baskets and the store didnt have many customers. Also there were many shelves that were bare. Other than that it was okay.
