The ice cream is good and they are quick.

I ordered a medium ice cream cup and she had the audacity to give me a single scoop. I did not know that you had to say double scoop. And she should have clarified that a medium is not a measurement for amount. It is not my fault that I do not know proper ice cream terminology. I then asked for sprinkles and she gave me about 20 single grains of sprinkle, if I can accurately estimate how many sprinkles are on my ice cream, that is an immediate signal that there was not enough. And she was wearing her fugly togo uniform, which ruins the ice cream ordering experience.

Good. Nice employees, nice radio choice, nice ice cream. But today I noticed... A buncha dead bugs. Right by the ice cream.

Went there today, but was very disappointed! Ordered a 2 scoop, ice cream Sunday with caramel topping. Portion was so small that I went back to the girl who made it and told her, it was supposed to have 2 scoops of ice cream. I held it up so she could see that it only looked like 1 small scoop. She replied, I promise you, I put 2 scoops it there. Disappointed but not wanting to make a fuss, it started eating it anyways. However I then wondered, did she even put any caramel on it. I used pralines and cream ice cream which has caramel in it, but seriously I wasnt able to detect any extra caramel. This isnt a splurge that I take often, so I was very disappointed! Come to think, it didnt even have any nuts on top. Now I am feeling ripped off too!

I ordered a cake for my sons birthday party and in their catalog they didnt have the theme we wanted but their cake lady made it work! She listened to my ideas and made it so beautiful and professional.i provided the toys for decor. But she nailed the rest My guest were very pleased. Thank you!

This location has a togos and baskin-robins; what more could you ask for?!Turns out my favorite employee quit due to being harassed by the new manager, so I wont be going back. Also, be careful in womans restroom...the toilet isnt bolted to floor so it rocks, and tank lid doesnt fit so it might fall on you.😲

Whoever was working tonight doesnt know how to make sandwiches OR listen to instructions. NO tomato and NO onion doesnt mean cover the whole thing with tomatoes and onions. Come on. You make sandwiches. Make them right.

Love buying Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream quarts, its so yummy good. & I order that after ordering hot pastrami at Togos which they share their business with Baskin-Robbins in same room. A great, fulfilling, tastey, lunch or dinner, then a yummy, refreshing dessert.

Togos / Baskin-Robins food is great. Has improved since Pretzelrami (I think thats right) has come out. Sure youre gonna pay top dollar($12-14) for a good combo but its worth it. Have patience because it takes a little time to make. If youre spending $25 or more for food for yourself than you must be getting extra meat and cheese. $12-14 yes $25 or more? No

Icecream sandwich with cookies is really good.

This place still sucks. They say they stock chocolate fudge, but every time we go they are out. Counter person tried to just serve me regular chocolate as though I wouldnt notice. If you want a FULL service baskin Robbins stay away from this Togo combo joke of a 31 flavors.

We ordered brownie Sundays, on menu described 2 scoops of ice cream and employee only gave us one scoop when I asked him about it he said he used bigger scoop and that he was the only one working and had to move on to next person. We have been to other locations and have always gotten two scoops.
