She is so on her A Game with all the latest eye care trends and product options. And Lynn (Owner) has a heart of service and her enthusiasm to help find the right glasses is contagious and priceless. Today for the first time I visited Site for Sore Eyes and let me just say I had the best experience possible. They were the only office that could get me in as soon as possible and completed the examination, contacts fitting, and I had the ability to choose/order glasses/contacts all in ONE visit (other places were booked out and required TWO different visits). All of the ladies were very welcoming, helpful, and provided exceptional customer service. I love this place! I left feeling happy and excited about my new glasses, contacts, and the customer service received.

Couldnt be happier. I broke my glasses today and as anybody with glasses knows, thats a problem. I can see ok but, need them to read and while have a backup it was back home. I came into the store where Bob and Lisa took a look, offered me solutions for a repair and more. When I asked if I could just buy a frame today Bob helped me find a good set and was able to fit my lenses into the new frame. It was awesome, frames look good and all done in like 15 or 20 minutes. A truly great experience, excellent customer service and a recommendation from me going forward. Thanks to you both!

I had a great experience in the past when I purchased my glasses approximately 1 year ago. However, I had an additional wonderful experience this past Saturday when I significantly bent the nose pieces of my glasses. Showing up 2 minutes before closing, I received excellent help without any hesitation. I will be back for another pair. Thank you.

Wonderful customer service! Anesthetically pleasing, cute, cleanly, and comfy. I had to do a double take when I first walked in, because I thought I was going into a salon walking in! They were all sweet to my little one who had to tag along today. I got in quick, the necessary tests were also quick and done with ease. The optometrist was professional, informative, helpful and friendly as well. Special thank you to Brianna for making the experience in picking my special pairs of glasses’ fun, pleasantly honest, patient, and also for allowing my daughter to be apart of the process.I had lots of options to pick from in choosing my optometrist, and I was immediately drawn to the creativity of calling this facility, “Site for Sore Eyes.” My thought was it sounds modern, and it was in the best of ways!I am excited to get my pair of customized frames and its upgrades that will make me excited to wear my glasses for every occasion! :)Highly recommend from a happy patient & customer!

Doctor was fantastic. First person helping me was fantastic..the second..not so much. After I politely voiced displeasure over the ridiculous price they quoted me just for lenses, she told me to go to Costco. That was enough for me and I wont be back.

I regret going into this store. Weeks of second guessing and excuses, and I ended up with different frames than I originally paid for.

I went to Walmart to get new prescription for glasses and contacts. 2 months later, I decided to drop into this Site for Sore Eyes store to browse their glasses collection. Huyen, the optometrist there, was amazing. She helped me pick out the right frame for my face, gave me a huge discount, and I walked out of there with free contacts for a month. When I sent her the prescription prescribed to me by the optometrist at Walmart, she found a mistake in it and notified me right away!
