This guy tried all he could to give reasons why the 3 legit other places were not qualified to price match the cost of my contacts, as Walmart vision care was double the price than anywhere and yet they advertise price matching. I made sure they upheld their side and will never go back here as theyve misdiagnosed my vision and refused to give me their other discount of having 50 percent any of the frames. They said that they lost too much money with my contacts order! I tried hard to be nice and change the horrible mood the people in the front project the moment you walk in. Your eyes deserve better than getting them checked at the same place where you buy dog food, because the people treat you the same way as if they were selling dog food.

This was by far the best customer care EVER!From checking in, to my vision exam, to the finding and ordering my eye products.Fernando was so patient while checking me in and filling out my forms. Jesse was just as great while I picked out glasses and ordered them. As far as customer service goes, those guys are 100% awesome. Seriously more than I expected by far. Thanks guys

If I could give 0 stars I would. Husband made an appointment approximately 3 weeks ago. Upon arrival today they advise him they had cancelled his appointment a week ago due to overbooking. He looks in his email, I look in mine, there is no communication whatsoever from walmart at all. They proceed to tell him they only have 1 eye tech and just took their last walking so they will not be able to see him. He shows them no communication was ever sent and asks them to reconsider. They blatantly told him no and did not even offer an apology for their mistake nor did they offer to reschedule. Neither of us have ever had glasse before so this is a while new experience for us both. While I chose to be seen at an optometrist my experience was much more pleasant. Do not go here if you can avoid it. Most insurance you get a free exam. Go to a real optometrist get your prescription and purchase online to save some cash.

These guys are awesome! The whole staff Genuinely cares about you. Susy, Aaron, Shawn, and Melissa are great people to work with and with the best customer service! Definitely will tell my family and friends to come shop here before any where else! Thanks again guys!

When I called to make an appointment they got my insurance from me and said they would call me back to let me know if it was good. I never received a call. When I called to confirm my insurance was good, they said I was good to go for my appointment. When I got there for my appointment, they then proceed to tell me that they didn’t have my insurance go through and kept asking me who I spoke to saying my insurance was good. I told them I didn’t remember, but I had my card and gave them al my info. I then hear them talking about “if she has insurance” to other employees. I have insurance. This was upsetting because I have great insurance and the fact that they were talking about me while I was there saying I was basically lying about my insurance. They finally find it and give me the go that I can have my appointment.Then they told me they would call me when my glasses and contacts would be done and it would take about a week and a half. I never received a call. So I had to call. I waited in the phone for ten minutes where they finally told me they were ready. Why didn’t I receive a call?I go in today to pick up my glasses and contacts and they “can’t find it” and proceed to tel me it was under a different name.Very disappointed with the customer service. I never do reviews, but there were so many instances of rudeness or lack of knowledge on how to input insurance and find my items. Overall experience was poor.

Bad quality glasses and aful customer service..

I purchased glasses here. A few days ago, to my dismay, the arm broke. My daughter took mr there this morning. I was greeted by a lovely associate. Showed her my insurance information. I walked out of there 10 minutes later with a brand new pair! Thank you!!! I will order sunglasses next month!!

Terrible customer service when I went here to get my glasses fixed the lady working there was very rude and had an attitude even though I was being more than nice to her. I do not recommend going here if you can, go to another optical center unless you like being talked to any kind of way.

Went in to see if we could see the dr for a vision test bc my moms glasses broke, it was close to 6pm. The asst manager Susy told us that the dr was with the last patient and that we would have to make an apt bc the doctor was leaving at 6:30pm. We asked if we could ask the dr ourselves if my mom could be seen and Susy RUDELY replied I could ask but I already know the answer. Could have just said okay let me ask the doctor. Kept cutting us off when we were talking. Very rude. Would not recommend going there.

Dr. Cooperman is great. Have been using him for years. His staff have always been courteous.

I had good customer service here, very nice staff and neat pictures.
