This is the worst store! They have no idea of customer service. Its all about up selling. They dont listen to their customers.I arrived at 9:30 (half an hour before they open) because you NEVER get out in less than 3 hours.When I entered the store I was asked what I needed. I told them a new phone. They gave me to a young clerk who was obviously new.I told him I didnt need anything fancy. Just something close to what I already had.The fist phone he showed me was $1000!!I explained again what I was looking for, but he still wasnt listening.The second phone was over $400. Ive been with Verizon for over 30 years, which SHOULD count for something.The manager came over and found a phone more in my price range....but of course they didnt have one in stock!!!They could order one and have it delivered in a couple of days, but I would have to come back to the store to have it set up.That didnt work for me...I didnt want to have to come back again.I asked if I could just purchase a new battery for my existing phone? But they dont sell batteries πŸ™„Finally found a phone....but they said they could NOT transfer information from my old phone to the new one!!!At that point I walked out. I called the Verizon store on Watt and Fair Oaks. Explained what had happened at Arden store. He told me to come in and they would take care of me.AND they did! The difference between the stores was incredible!Robert(Manager) and Myra the person who helped me looked at my account and informed me that I was eligible for a $350 credit toward a new phone! Arden store never bothered to look.I got my new phone and all of my information transferred from my old phone in less than an hour!!! If I hadnt found the store on Watt Ave. I would have left Verizon after 30 years!!!

Notwithstanding, the young gentleman who assisted me, Johan (so?) was knowledgeable, engaging, solicitous and very helpful. It is my sincere belief that he is not long for his current accommodations. Brandon was the best! I had issues with a phone that I bought from a reseller (lame). Brandon continued to troubleshoot until the complex issue was resolved. He kept me informed of all the steps he was taking. He had a calming effect on what started out as a stressful situation!

We were in this store on June 29th. We were asked to wait 1 hour. We agreed to wait. After about 40 minutes, we saw that a manager was already working with the man who came after us. In addition to the standard, sorry, we have not heard any other proposal or solution to the situation that has arisen. An employee with a tablet who must follow the line by his inaction showed us that we are not interested in Verizon. Today, June 30, we went to another store and we were asked to wait 40 minutes. We have 6 lines to T-Mobile and wanted to go to Verizon. Apparently you dont need new clients. Sorry. But the indifference that your employees show to the client is terrible.

This IS my go to Verizon store in Sacramento! Had trouble with Samsung phone - emails and Chrome crashing. Came in today (2nd visit) and Robert was SO helpful. I am older and not as quick with the phone and he has such patience and was able to download new apps and take care of the problem I had experienced for three days. If you ever need help or a new phone, THIS Verizon store on Arden Way is well worth the drive!

Very frustrated as I need to return the accessories that I purchased less than 2 weeks ago & I am getting the run around. I do not want to be charged for these items as I am not using ANY Of them!! I was told that no returns are being done at the stores by the representative who sold me my new IPHONE and told me I needed to speak to Verizon customer service. I called the CS line & spoke with a rep who stated this was NOT the CASE & that maybe the person I spoke with was mistaken or just did NOT want to do the refund. This is one of the worst Verizon stores in Sacramento area or maybe in the whole country. The solution specialist were very disrespectful to me, and worst than that was her manager. Her manager instead of answering our questions, he was almost attacking on us. Not only they didn’t solve my and my friend’s problems, but also they were giving us misleading information. If they see that you have accent, they become more rude to you as well. I hope the Verizon should seriously rethink about management of this store. I am an account holder who has six lines in my account, and we have been using Verizon for years. If the Verizon does not respect us as a costumer, why we should put ourselves under pressure. Their online support services are also really bad. If you call them for hours, they don’t pick up your phone. I don’t recommend to waste your time going to this store. I understand that COVID-19 changed most of normal businesses, but at least if someone comes to your store behave professionally, guide and respect people.

Walked up to start a new phone line and get a new iphone. Was very clear, I was okay with just about every upsell and didnt waist any time I communicating or making my decision. The sales gal took nearly an hour to get to the checkout when I was clearly ready to go with the purchase. After an hour or hour and 15 minutes. She said she didnt have the phone. I dont think we got to the register for an hour. Im in sales, this level of wasted time was unacceptable. I pretty clearly let her know I did have to go to another appointment and Im dumbfounded how after an hour we were barely getting to a register and someone else came in and bought the exact phone I wanted in under 15 Minutes. Leaving me late to my next meeting and phoneless. This is a terrible experience and has made me reconsider switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. I dont know how much more I could have been ready willing and able with credit card in hand. Well that was my experience, oh also they wouldnt let me into the door without knowing exactly what I wanted and Iater hearing the price it was not me than 10 minutes outside making that decision which was pretty easily the iphone. Bummer, lesson learned. Maybe a blessing in disguise?

Went here because my iPhone 12 pro drops phone calls. Sales associate Kevin tells me it’s a problem with iOS not Verizon. Then decides to lecture me on telecommunications, and tells me if a lot of iPhones are dropping calls, and that has to be an issue with Apple. He says he’ll change SIM cards, but he knows that won’t fix it. Kevin ends up changing the SIM card on the sidewalk. He’s confrontational, argumentative, and condescending.Verizon please teach your employee how to work in customer service.

I am very disappointed in my experience with this location. I came in with the hopes of switching carriers and opening a new business line.One employee was helping a couple set up their new purchase. The other 6 or so chit chatting at the front of the store. Not one greeted me or checked to see if I needed help as I roamed around the store. I was there for about 5-10 minutes. I was trying to be patient, maybe they are in a meeting. I will give them some time. Not one person walked by to ask if I needed assistance. As I walked out the group of β€˜sales’ employees stood by the door, a few turned and saw me leaving and none acknowledged me. Perhaps it was because I am a women of color, they may have made an assumption that I was just browsing. Too bad for them.

I came in to just buy a charger for my google pixel. The guy at the front door asked me what I was doing. He pointed me to the cases and told me someone would be with me shortly. Stood around for a bit, walked the whole store and noticed him and 2 other employees just chatting up front. I left immediately and will not be back.

Unhelpful, dishonest managment!We opened a group account with Buy one phone plus other free, i was told to pay both mobile in full and the free mobile payment will be credited back to you each month for 24 months. Since last 6 month there is no credit, they even charge me extra each month.I keep visiting their branch since then and each time they make a different excuse. They acknowledge that they received the full payment but then they keep saying the system is not allowing us to fix this, we will talk to our manager and call you back but they never do.

Five star goes to Danielle who constantly checked back with me to help the phone issue I had.I started asking help from this guy who did not have much idea to fix the problem and he asked another guy who did not seem to care much to help either and told me there is nothing much they can do about it,”either take it to apple store or claim insurance to get a new phone”.........after spending over 20mins for no results,but I was able to getting help from Danielle and she responsibly helped me to fix the problem.Made me really happy.And I felt like she is way better than Verizon or apple product itself, customer service personnel makes it all better.Thank you again, Danielle!!

I was told by the 800 number to go to this store to have my phone issue solved. I have always had a great experience with Verizon and expected no less when I went into the store. I was completely wrong though. The employees at this store treated me as an inconvenience the moment I walked in the door. I asked for help from Candy who was extremely rude and had an attitude. It was a simple accessory exchange and they refused me service. The manager Danielle was no better. I purchased the accessory at the Citrus Heights store and I can’t help but feel they didn’t want to serve me a because they weren’t going to be making any money off of me. Having received great customer service from John at the Citrus Heights store, it is well worth the drive to give Citrus Heights your business and not Arden.

The staff always greets you when you enter the store, and they say bye when you leave. They also answer questions and know their products and that is a big deal. My I-Phone literally split apart so they sent me a new one. It was NOT the same size as my old phone and did not fit in the cover they had sold me. I tried to call them at the store on Arden Way 4 times but could not get a real person on the phone so I called *611 and asked for a call back which they said would be in 10 minutes. Love, love, love, Lovina Nunes! My mom and I went in because my phone was broken and my moms was just simply dated. Lovina was extremely patient with us. She helped us preorder our new Galaxy Note 10+ phones. With a plan that fits our needs and budget.The manager there went to get our Samsung watches from the Auburn location. Thank you!!! I am a manager for a large company and I applaud a team that works well together to ensure all customers are satisfied. Im not tech savvy and quite frankly dont really care to learn, so I went in the following day and Sam helped me program my watch. Dishonest business practices - this location (its a franchise, so its not a Verizon problem) flat out refused my money to buy a new phone UNLESS I BOUGHT THEIR $200 warranty and accessories. The literally wouldnt let me give them $600...astonishing.Just wow. Stay far away.
