I havent been able to get there yet

Went by this place today (Sunday) and it was closed up tight Their hours on Google say open today and one of their two signs with hours says theyre open on Sunday. The other one has no hours listed for Sunday. Kinda sneaky, right? And, not cool if youre the one who drove all of the way there.Called while sitting in their parking lot and no answer either. Bad customer service.

I had a great experience at Florin Cell Phone Outlet. They fixed my phone swiftly with affordable prices. Also my girlfriend bought a phone and they gave her a screen protector for free. There very helpful offer allot of services. Also they have the BEST screen PROTECTORS FOR CELL PHNS!! Ive drop two Phns so many times all I replace is the screen protector of that cracks add nothing else does. Marketings materials surprisingly very kind people.

It i could give 0 stars, i would. This place is a joke. They took my phone for repair, installed wrong part, made me wait 1 week when they clearly told me it would take 2 days. On top of that they said they installed new battery, they did not, they charged me for it thou.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE.. BUNCH OF THIEVES.

Called them 5 times 3 of those times they hung up on me 2 they just let it ring. After they finally picked up they told me they couldn’t buy my phone and just hung up. Didn’t even wait for me to respond. Worst place. Don’t go.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!!I took my IPhone here to get the screen fixed and they messed up my battery! Smfh my battery wouldnt charge higher than 10% and they gave me a dam 5c which was a down grade. Now the 5c doesnt even work good it powers off on its own l. Plus this shop reeks of weed smoke like they smoke in the shop and they have puppies and dogs running around one puppy was chewing my shoe while I was waiting. Very unprofessional and they RUIN your devices! STAY AWAY!!

Phone number on door is disconnected . I arrived 10 min prior to time it stated it closed , it was locked up and patron from business next door said they left a few minutes earlier. How unprofessional.

Wow i just called this metro store location to bring my business to them but never mind..They dont even know how to answer the call to a customer.. The person who answered just said(Hello wait) to me and he just hung up on me. So this store its not for me.
