The employee that helped was a nice guy. But I dont like how we told him we want one line added and he added a second one. That i didnt find out until the end. He said it was free and will be free forever. But then I asked for a receipt of what I just paid for. He said ok. I asked what i paid for he said taxes. When we left he gave us a paper. When i looked at it. I was charged 2 activation fees and he charged us for a charger block. I thought came with the phone. Not once did he tell us we were getting charged for any of that. So the taxes were around 86 bucks but then i paid an extra 80 bucks without him telling me that it was for activation and a charger. That makes me want to cancle anything. Makes me feel like the he was dishonest. Wish makes the whole experience dishonest to me.

Rude employees, while I understand Covid regulations and totally agree to them, someone should at least say courteously to wait outside, not just get rejected with an angry face, we read the poster that said 4 persons at a time and since only 3 were inside I decided to step in but I was rejected saying the Max amount of people were inside but this was counting both employees then they were exceeding having 5 persons inside not just 4 as their regulation said, so someone wasn’t enforcing it properly. I just think there are better manners and looking at reviews this store lacks of courtesy.

They might seem nice But at the same time Get a hard copy of a receipt They never actually send it to your email And customer service takes 10-15 minutes to get to you

The employees are extremely slow and inefficient. I counted four employees walking around but no one was being helped, and the line wasnt moving at all.

Horrible customer service, I have had the worst experience here, Neko is just not supportive at all. He is so rude. An expert shouldn’t be saying “go ahead a cancel your plan and move to another ISP if you want.”

I recently moved from Verizon to T-mobile, but had some issues with my service, it was so slow and even couldn’t place a call or the voice was jarring while calling, so I went to Arden Mall T-mobile branch to find a solution for getting a better service, but the front desk runner (Neko) was so rude, and unprofessional, we couldn’t get help at all and he frankly said go a head and cancel your plane, but a special thanks to Manager for being helpful and nice.

They don’t know how to help and guide a customer T-Mobile company should train them

My iPhone was getting worst everyday but that was my fault. It took me so long to go in the store to get a new phone just because of other stores I been too. I was at the mall today and just decided to give it a shot. I was in there for literally no more than 45 minutes. I forgot the lady that was helping me but she was super kind throughout the whole process. Definitely great customer service and answered every single one of my questions. So far I’m enjoying my new phone!

Walking in and be greeted and taken care of by Andrew was the best experience. I literally had a great time as I was getting new service. Andrew was so helpful in making sure all my needs where met for a great price. He was patient and understanding (and Finny). If you want to start with T-Mobile be sure to go into the Adren mall location and talk to Andrew hes great and so is the rest of the staff.

I didnt even buy anything and they treated me (and others entering the store, employees and non) with genuine friendliness and the most positive of attitudes and welcomeness. I dont always feel at home inside cellular stores, yet I most certainly did here. Theyve got a wonderful (people) support system in place and it seems its in their nature to make you feel important, genuinely and like theyve been your friend forever.

Great experience! Julio helped me out with loads of information, allowing for me to make an educated choice between 2 similar phones. Karla was quick and helpful multi-tasking for me so I could make a meeting on time. Overall: kick ass store.

Daniel, Avi, and Jose were amazing!! I came into the store at 7:57 to upgrade my phone and Daniel was super pleasant. I had just came from the store on Howe Ave where they refused to service us because they were closing in 25 minutes and they couldnt transfer my pictures or contacts over within that time. The Arden Fair Mall welcomed us with open arms with two other people alreadt waiting to be serviced. Approximately 5 minutes later about 6 or 7 different families showed up! NOT ONE TIME DID THEY TURN ANYONE AWAY AND THEY CLOSE AT 9PM! They all stayed, never rushed, respected all customers, and transferred my contacts and pictures. These guys are straight up liars and cheaters! Came in on Black Friday and were told that they have a deal that you can open up a line for free by 2 different reps. We were very sceptical and asked tons of questions but they reassured us this was not going to change our monthly bill at all. So we went for it. Well monthly bill came and guess what, much higher! Came back to the store to sort this out and they just basically threw up their hands and said they cant do anything.

I thought everything was good about this store till recently i found out that the $200 rebate i was promised by a sales rep named Ben isnt happening. The phone i got through them was because of the rebate. I called customer service then i call this store back and they said that i was a day late on the deal even though the day i got it i was promised this I even remember it being advertised in there store and i have two people that were with me that remember it as well. Be careful going through them. They will screw you over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont ever go there! This one is a franchise with jokers who are unwilling make any effort for you. They said it would be impossible to recover data from my old phone and didnt want to try, something which on the real T-Mobile (3333 Arden way) store gladly tried.
