This is not good store the girls work inside dress like they work at strip club poor services dont go there fraud

This store is scam I purchase phone they said two month warranty I pay still standing at the counter my friend decided don’t want the phone they will not return the phone even I did not put my foot out the store with merchandise manager or owner was so unprofessional scam scam fraud

This place unprofessional rude I will not shop there or advise anyone to go there

Worst place EVER!!! They have kids working there like slaves! Don’t properly fix the phones! I reluctantly went a second time to have damage repair done and they had my phone over two weeks with poor communication and to finally tell me they couldn’t fix the phone.

I purchased a blue tooth speaker and 2 chargers for myself and my girlfriend. I know that Metro is just across the street, but I wanted to support a small business , rather than a huge corporation. Well., one of the chargers stopped working the next day, so I took it back and exchanged it for a different charger. The sales girl was not very happy about switching the charger, even though it had been less than 30 hours. Now, as far as the Bluetooth speaker, the sales girl assured me this was extremely loud, this was not the case. When I told her it wasnt very loud, she replied Well, they are all pretty much the same. ???? Well, the next day, the other charger stopped working, actually, it would not even charge. So,once again I had to go back to the store. This time I did not even want to exchange for anything else and she refused to give me a refund. I had to wait for 2 days for the owner to come in. This was horrible service. They acted like I had inconvenienced them! Never again will I go back to that store. Oh, and a side note, the charger that we exchanged the first one for , stopped working a week ago. It has been only 2 months. Their products are garbage, dont waste your money!William Miller.

We bought a used phone from them which the worker there said was unlocked for my carrier. Well after hours of trying to activate the phone at my carrier dealer we found out the phone was locked. So next day we took it back and got a refund on the phone for an unlocked one. We tried activating that. And found out it had a bad imei number. So either the phone was reported lost or stolen. My father took it back and asked for our money back. She duped my father and gave 10.20 less from the total she owed us for the return. So not only does this store sell stolen or to put it nicer defective devices, they steal your money too. Bad business here. Thats my experience.

I do not live in Sacramento, but while I was there I needed to fix my phone screen as it had multiple cracks in the glass screen. I called ahead and asked about prices and figured I was getting a good deal. Unfortunately, I was very wrong. Within two weeks of repairing my screen, my phone stopped turning on. I took it to a local place to be repaired and learned that I had been swindled into paying for a very cheap screen that was not assembled properly and resulted in screen failure. As it was, they initially wanted to charge me $70 when I had been told on the phone that it would only cost $60. Their products are clearly of very cheap quality and do not last. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

After being run over by several cars, my Galaxy S8 needed both the back and screen replaced. The lovely people at Zeledon fixed my phone good as new in less than a day, and if it hadnt worked they wouldnt have charged me. They were super nice and the work was top notch!

Was sold fake Apple AirPods 2 for $100, being told that they were real. Went to return them and was told that they would accept the return, but would only get store credit. I asked if they were fake when I was trying to return, but they insisted it was real. Quite disappointing since its the holidays, and these were meant as gifts. I didnt make a big deal since I charged this on my credit card and could dispute. So make sure you do the same if you plan on dealing with what looked like a family-owned tech repair shop.FYI, I own a set of authentic AirPods 2 myself and I was able to tell they were fake from the following:1) Build quality of the buds were noticeably lesser than real ones2) Serial number of the charging case did not match the serial number listed on the box3) The design of the box was different and had misspellings

I just got my phone fix . They charge me less than the mall and they used original parts ,they are very professional , they fix my phone in 20 minutes I highly recommend this people ,they are amazing, good prices and excellent services, pretty clean store ,nice customer service those girls are pretty nice and kind .

Very helpful. They did a great job and fixed my cracked screen for a galaxy 8 plus. They speak spanish and english. This Place is clean and they have a seating area.

Very Bad service and they sell stolen and claimed phones . 10 months ago I bought 2 iPhone XS Max for 2400 $ from them with boxes and everything original And one of them iPhone got blacklisted 3 days after purchasing They made me come back for 2 weeks straight just to get my money back And the 2nd phone I was using just found out is not paid off to the career it’s from so I cant switch to different career . Won’t suggest anyone to Deal with them .Sad

Took my phone in there it was just blinking and the guy asked me to leave it and come back, came back in a few hours like the paper asked me to! And the phone had not even been touched! It was a Friday so I had to leave the phone over the weekend. Went back to get the phone Monday and it wasn’t coming on at all. The guy couldn’t speak English! I was mad so I walked out the store. Now I have someone else looking at the phone who informed me that the phone was opened and glued back down which will cost me 275 to get fixed! Don’t let them ruin your phone.

Me and my friend had gone in there asking about a screen repair for my galaxy s9. It was on October 5, 2019, at 10:35am. I had called earlier that week and was given a price of $165 to just have the glass replaced. We went in there, and the two that were there started talking to each other in Spanish (assuming we didnt understand them) saying how I must have talked to someone else but since he wasnt there lets see what we can take him for and then tried charging $200. These people are extremely dishonest and I will tell anyone looking for a cell phone repair why this place is the worst.

This used to be a really good atore excellent service.... but now i regret it, took my brother iphone to get screen replace and he had problems with touch screen, then took sons ipad and same it was hard to press on the screen and it had full protection and the screen broke so fast its so thin & cheap! took my phone recently and had a screen protector and the case and the protector didnt brake the actual screen did... and its super thin and cheap ugh.... never going back 🤬😡 they are even more rude...
