I was mind blown with the kindness and love I was shown at this location. I happened to break a screen on my IPhone 6 pluss and dont get me wrong that phone was ruined. When I arrive I meet a very good friend of mine from school who now apperantly work in that store. You just need to visit it for yourself to understand what I am talking about !! If I could 10 stars I would! I called about 10 electronic repair businesses in Sacramento, and none could repair my flash drive, except one who gave me a bunch of bs about how complicated it was. Mohammeds sure hands and his keen eyes and knowledge of all things electronic got it working again and transferred the data onto a new drive for me. He has the mind of an engineer just by self-learning and his passion to learn and to help people. I was truly blessed to meet him.

They also sold me just the part, but made sure I was comfortable istalling it and offered help if needed.When I was in the store, I also noticed a certificate of course completion for board-level microsoldering repairs. This is not an easily obtained skill.If you are looking for a gadget repair shop, this is the place to go. They will take care of you and treat you like they would treat family.

Mohammed did a great job getting me to come into the door when he noticed I stopped by to look at his business. I had intentions of going to buy a new phone at a cell phone provider near him. I explained my issues to him and he speedily repaired my damaged charging port, that I didn’t realize was the cause of my problems. He was transparent about the whole process, and even allowed me to see him repair the phone. I knew immediately that this was an honest individual. He answered all my questions and made me feel like my business mattered to him. Overall, my experience is 10/10! If I ever need repair services, he’s the only person I’m going to from now on!

This cell-phone and other-device repair shop is my first choice for needed work. When my phone needed a replacement for a severely cracked screen, the proprietor not only estimated the cost to replace the screen, but confirmed the need for a new battery.After getting another quote at another shop, I went back to Fix My Gadget because of the thorough inspection and repair. I was pleased with the results, and would go back again for future repairs.Just a note to reach this shop, it is located in a mall across an access hallway for Winco Foods supermarket at Watt Avenue, south of El Camino Avenue. On occasion, the roll-up doors from this hallway to the mall are not opened until 9:00am or later. My advice would be to phone the shop before coming, early in the morning. By the way, the closing hours each day are 8:00p or later.

It was my first time visiting this shop and I had a great experience. Even though I didn’t have an appointment (Because of the pandemic the owner is only allowed to see customers by appointment only. And I was unaware that I needed an appointment.) the owner took the time to fix the broken glass on my iPhone XS Max. I can’t say enough about how nice the owner is and how fast he worked. He made sure to take the time give me the original glass from the Apple factory for my camera. And he also gave me a discount on the service as well.I will be coming back if I need his services again and I will be recommending him to family and friends!
