A bit pricey. They put a different Oil dipstick in my car mine was yellow. Otherwise fast service.

I really like this location. They move people through pretty quickly, they ask before they change something out and let you know what the cost will be before you agree. I never feel like they are trying to pressure me into services I dont need.

Very timely and professional. Courteous and they had a specialist mechanic on site (Saturday am) for a concern I had with my oil pan. Turned out not to be a problem at all.

Claimed my halogen headlight was out and wanted to replace for $99… but my halos work perfect and still do. Thankfully the labors have great work ethic. But I no longer trust vehicle inspection. Because if I didn’t walk out to double check the headlights myself I would have then bought the bulb and wasted $99+… thanks for the oil change.

Service was quick, even faster than expected when i arrived at Jiffy Lube.owever, when the service was completed i was informed of what was completed. The service technician did not go over the top off practice and i was not informed of the mileage sticker. After paying i just went to my car and left. This isn’t Jiffy Lubes normal practice.

All they had to do is shut my hood and check me out. After waiting for my oil change, around 30 minutes, he says just adding a quart of antifreeze and your on your way. The guy putting in the antifreeze walks out to check in a cute girl. This is unexceptionable. Next time Ill go somewhere else.

Ive always been impressed by how this sop conducts its it services. Very professional. As a retired Army senior noncommissioned officer who inspected motor vehicle maintenance facilities, I know how professional this shop is.

I have been going here for years. The service is come way down very recently. It used to be great.I got there and was finally greeted and went inside. After about 10 minutes I went outside to talk on the phone. Well I was on the phone I saw them move my car back and put other cars in front of me for the first bay. I thought that was odd because I was the only car at one point in time when I pulled up. So why would they move my car and put someone else in front of me, it’s beyond me?At that point I went in my car and just left.

In an out really quick. Need to bring back the free vacuuming for the cars . The old school way which got the. Business to where it is today

Had to get an oil change for my Ford Fiesta St because I drove my car from North Carolina back to California. I usually have all my maintenance done at FireStone in North Carolina but seeing most of the reviews here in Sacramento it wasn’t so good. Saw some good reviews from Jiffy Lube so I had to pull up. Got there and got out of my car and was asked what kind of services was needed today. I answer the questions and said it my first time here. Went to the monitor and provided my general information and reviewed what was all going to be done to my car today by the mechanic. they did the oil change along with cleaning the windows and putting air in my tires as a courtesy. They saw an issue with my engine air filter and asked if I wanted It replace. I said yes and had that replace as well with the oil change. Paid my fee at the end and to say for my first time here. Loved the professional and excellent service. I will be back again next time for more services.

Had to get an oil change. Perfect service. I also just purchased my car and did not have the tools to replace my license plate and they did that for me. I really appreciate that, they didnt have to do it. plus they cleaned the windows and added the reminder on the windshield and put air in the tires. it was a perfect visit on the first of January. I appreciate all they do and will be back soon for more services.

Got in and out quick. Came for an oil change and filters. They also top off your fluids for you if you come back between oil changes 🤙🏾

I know I got there at a slow period on the day after Thanksgiving but this Jiffy Lube only spent 15 minutes working on my car and it was great since I had expected to spend 2 hours there waiting.I had even explained to them I had my check engine light on and what the error code was and asked them to check on my radiator hoses and caps - they did so and told me about an issue with one hose I had which I will be getting fixed.Got my windows washed, wipers replaced, new air filter, oil changed, and tire pressure checked all for a little over 100 after tax.

As usual the drew was great! They took care of my oil change, air filter & turn light very quickly. They also notified me a tune up was due, and got that completed quickly! This is why I have used them for probably 20 years!

Florin rd and 29th street very respectful fast and professional. They dont make you feel like your getting ripped off. They do great job. Affordable as well.

They are amazing. I had ash on my car and I looked over and they were wiping it off. I called them prior and they were straight to the point but kind. When I got there, they were efficient and made sure I understood the reason why some things cost the way it was and they did the power steering oil for free. I recommend coming here. This is the only place I go to change my oil. Everyone there is friendly, down to earth and genuine.

Went there for the first time today (8/28/20) and was very impressed with the attentive customer service. Oil change is about $80 but went online and found a $15 coupon on their website. The oil change includes topping off fluids and cleaning windows. I will be back with my other cars.

Tried to charge $120 for an oil change... because european. Tried to rip off my GF...Edit: Ive changed my review due to staff addressing this as well as the owners response. However, Im still not sure there was any mal intent on their behalf. Shop with caution ladies.

Great service! I dont normally recommend JiffyLubes or spots like it due to the lack of quality control... but this particular location was perfect! Quick, careful, and great priced service, they not only told us one of our light bulbs was out but filled up our coolant, replaced the bulb, andddd spot cleaned our windows til they shined ! . Just came from this location this morning. (8/18/16) took my car in to get it diagnosed because the check engine light came on. The staff was very friendly and polite. Offered me something to drink and showed me to the wait room while they diagnosed my car. Turns out my spark plugs needed to be replaced. They explained to me the whole process how they came up with the codes. They did it at no charge. The guy who performed my diagnosis was R.Espinoza. I dont really know his name..thats the name on my invoice. The staff was very professional. I will be back for service in the future. Keep up the good work, guys!!

Great place to get your oil changed and tires rotated as well as other quick tune-ups. Very professional service and they thoroughly check your entire car. The times to go where you can expect very little wait are mondays thru thursdays. I went on a friday afternoon around 2 pm and there was very little wait, but earlier on fridays it is very busy (around a 45 minute wait to an hour)

I fell out of my car onto scorching hot pavement and all the staff did was stare at me. This happened a few weeks ago. I needed my AC looked at and came in, but my joints make it hard for me to walk sometimes. So, when I fell, I was in too much pain to say anything.
