I ordered a birthday bouquet for my daughter with balloons. I spent $100 so I expected to get what was pictured. The picture on the left is what I ordered and the picture on the right is what was delivered. The flowers were entirely different and there are NO roses. The only thing the same were the orange lilies which look old. The flowers used look like filler flowers. NO ONE answers the phone when you call. There is NO hope of a refund at this point. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

This is the greatest flower shop in town, offering a large variety of fresh and seasonal flowers. People that work there clearly like their jobs and have been really helpful in assisting me in selecting the ideal flowers and arranging for them to be delivered. Everything is excellent, including the people and services. I wholeheartedly suggest this floral store to everyone.

Unsatisfied with service provided if possible I would give them 0 stars. Ordered @ 8am follow-up on order @ 9:30am to inquire the delivery time and the person who answered was very rude and only stated that delivery would be made any time before 5pm.Bouquet was not received until 8:29pm. And it was not what I ordered.I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ANY POTENCIAL BUYERS TO PURCHASE ELSEWHERE!!

The flowers I got in the store were beautiful but no one was wearing masks in that store and I just did not feel comfortable or welcomed in that store like it was just weird being in there. It was a bit hard communicating with a staff member because she had a soft low voice and I’m not dissing about her voice but it was just hard to listen or talk to her, I had to ask her to repeat at least two to three times. I just wished she would have spoken a little louder.

Dont waste your time coming here. They dont honor their own online prices. Added an extra $15 just because they feel like it. Not a good way to do business.

This place is discussing the own wanted me to pay cash so I paid everything in cash the flowers total over $1500 I upgraded all the flowers and size to be big when it was delivered all ribbons were all mistaken size of the flowers arrangement was all small I total got ripped off I call the own and she told me that is all she has and it’s her only size what a lying owner. Keep up your false lying promises your business will soon shut down. if anyone Is going to use this place I suggest you use a credit card so if promises isn’t being kept as said you can get your refund.

We are loyal customer of theirs, sadly we are very disappointed when we got received the flowers it was not what we and Vanessa discussed upon, Vanessa basically lied to us during a very difficult time in our family. When I went in to make the purchase Vanessa has a small heart display and I told her that I DID NOT want that size, she told me that there is a bigger size with wood backing and that was what I placed but when we received the heart at our moms service it was the small one that she had it display, we called her and she said that, the small size is the only size she offers. Very disappointed.

I received flowers from a friend from out of town after my surgery and they were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! They made my day!! Thank You!!

This was not a satisfactory experience at all. Difficulties in communicddtion with the owner.She consistently argued with me until IPointed out to her what she was doing. I received a peace lily to which, I understand cats are allergic.Replacement took 3 or four days.Delivery of flowers to other family members with banging and rattling the door. Flowers were not great.Replacement plants for me have died.

Placed an order over a month ago online. They called me a couple hours after to tell me they were cancelling it due to the home being outside of their delivery area. I live in Pennsylvania and am unaware of the area but was ordering for a friends birthday. When I put her address in this place was suggested so I went with it. However they have yet to return my money for the order. I have called at least once a week since and never get an answer.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on a Saturday. Same day delivery. Got an email confirmation. It never showed. They were closed Sunday. I called Monday and the woman that answered assured me it would be sent out. It’s now Monday night and they are closed and still no delivery. I’ll be asking for a refund tomorrow morning.

U say u pay 100.00 a day for delivery.now u take 20.00 u didnt say I had to pay for gas.i think u should pay for gas.delivery cost more than 20.00 Roseville to elk Grove and u pay under table

Dear friends ordered us a center piece of flowers from The Flower Shop. It is the most beautiful flower arrangement that I have ever received. It was made up of roses, carnations, lilies, static, little white flowers and greenery. They had it delivered before Christmas and it is still beautiful. I would recommend this florist to anyone.

I was traveling and out of town when I needed flowers sent for a funeral. I tried the flower shop and they were very, very easy to deal with and very efficient. They not only sent me a copy of my receipt but a picture of the bouquet that they made. Very satisfied and happy. Highly recommend them
