In the span of one week I found myself requiring their services twice for two different birthday parties.Both times I worked with separate individuals who were able to understand and create my ideas after having an over the phone conversation. First off There was no communication only automated responses. Then the tank never showed up after we were charged and received an email saying the tank would be delivered at noon. The inability to respond to any message promptly or at all and inability to deliver the product is 100% a reason to never use Balloon Creations by Carolyn.

These guys did such a great job and really went above and beyond for my order! They included all the little details I asked for (including hiding a Swiss flag balloon in the arrangement 😆) and Even delivered it at a specific time, so I was FaceTiming with my sister and could watch her receive it!I was so happy with how simple and easy the whole process was, and how friendly and accommodating the staff was, especially since I was ordering from half the world away and could only communicate over email.

I ordered a Happy 59th Birthday balloon bouquet. It arrived and they texted me that it was at the front door. When I opened the door the number was 50 instead of 59. I texted them and within the hour they came back with the correct number and regathered the bouquet. It lasted over a month!!! Fantastic way to let someone know you care about them.

Carolyn’s balloon creations are very cool and my kids always love getting balloons. Some of the balloons are Mylar so I can refill them at the nearby Safeway store.

We used Creations by Carolyn in May 2020. Right in the middle of the pandemic. This was an amazing experience for my 11 year old son! He was so sad he wasn’t able to have a party or friends over. I found Carolyns site when we were staying in Roseville.I have to say I ordered the Zoo Creation! This giant box wrapped like a birthday present was waiting for him when we arrived!
