They did a good job, but it took an extremely long time to get an oil change. There was no one in front of me for an oil change. I waited for over an hour before it was finished. The manager did give me a &5.00 credit for having to wait.

Tom provided great, prompt service, and cost way less than the dealership estimated for the same service (starter replacement). Plus he actually provided a diagnosis, which Honda said they would only do for $200. My car has been running great for the past week now. Im satisfied.

I like my experience here. I brought my car in early and I got a diagnosis before noon same day letting me know what is needed. I did a general check on the car so online they give you a run down of suggestions on what may be needed and what is working fine, and give you some notes with it.Everything was fixed up in a timely manner that could be, but a part had to be ordered in which made it longer. Other than that the service was great. I liked the integration of technology to make things smoother, and they contacted me with updates letting me know what was going on.

About a year ago, took a chance by taking my car to this place. Was skeptical; but after the exceptional service- my family will not go anywhere else!! They told me upfront exactly what to expect, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. They were right on!!

Just disappointed, wife took her car in for a synthetic oil change and and state inspection and they charged $18.00 from what the receipt says is for Full Synthetic Oil change, top off fluids and check tire pressure. I called and the tech Tony stated that the $18 extra dollars was for Labor Charges. It was not stated upfront and it was not charged in the past. Since when are there Labor Charges for an oil change, which is not stated on the receipt. Just so disappointed, not the service, but the $18 dollar charge on top of the inspection and the price of oil, the filter, and the deposal fee. If the charge was for the topping off fluids and tire pressure check, which is what the receipt says, they could have kept that

I have used Parkway for previous oil changes & theyve been fine. They dont take appointments for that service, which is acceptable. However, I called to set an appointment for an AC issue & they wouldnt set a day/time-- I was told to come in on Monday (today) about 8 a.m. I arrived this morning & was told they were too busy & had already turned away many people-- come back on Wednesday. I asked to make an appointment for then, but they wouldnt set a time. There are too many other well-reviewed garages to tolerate such poor customer service.I will not waste my time with this business again!

Took my car here based on reviews and they did not disappoint! My turbo oil hose busted and leaked all the oil out. Joe searched and found my part and got it delivered asap. I feel like Joe and the crew here went above and beyond keeping me informed as well as providing an ETA for my car completion. I will definitely consider Parkway for future repairs.

Ive been going to Parkway since 2017. Even though I moved half an hour away in 2018 I continued to drive out there. New owner awhile back and I still go. Today may have changed that. I was just getting an oil change but they sent me recommended services like coolant change, air filter and brake fluid. So I asked about going ahead and doing it. They said, people need a day off. They dont bring in enough technicians on Saturdays to actually help their customers. They were turning away numerous people for inspections while I was there.

They always take care of my car needs and never overcharge! They are very friendly and communicate anything and everything to you before working on the vehicle.

Customer service here is was terrible. I pulled up, had my window down. Two guys were standing around, looked at me, knew I was waiting, and didn’t even acknowledge me, like “hey we will get you checked in inside” nothing. Which ok, maybe it’s not that kind of place... so I went in. There was a man helping a customer in front of me, the customer gives him the keys, then then man gets on a phone call. The customer runs back in because he forgot his house key and says “hey can I get my house key, not noticing the man on the phone.” So the man yells at the customer “IM ON THE PHONE!” Super disrespectful. I see there are a lot of good reviews, but customer service and showing respect to people is important to me and this place didn’t have it today!

Your website CLEARLY says you work on mufflers and exhaust systems. I dropped my car off at the night drop off because i believed it- so now i had no vehicle- and they call me late the next day saying they dont do exhaust repair and recommended a muffler shop instead.

If youre only going for a check engine light, go to AutoZone or Oriellys. Its free. And if its a minor issue you can hold off on getting it taken care of.They called and told me what the code was and the recommended services that I would be needing. One of the recommended services they completed 2 months ago. I was told I could pay for it again if I wanted too...I knew all of the issues that they recommended because they told me about them two months ago. All I needed was the scan to know what the code is. Didnt need an inspection. So I paid $116 for them to tell me what the code was, that they couldnt do the work and for information that they told me two months ago.On a positive note, the work they did two months ago was good and the prices fair.

Went in for a state inspection, they took my car in right away & I was out within 15 minutes. Not to say they werent busy because they were & they seem to have a lot of repeat customers. Both guys working in the showroom were very attentive & nice. While I was there a customer was receiving a repair estimate over the phone for their car that was left to be checked out. The customer said, yes do it, no questions asked. I dont know how much the repairs totalled, but after one of the employees hung up the phone with the customer, both gentlemen working both agreed to give them a cost break for the repairs. The customer was not haggling on the price, but these guys stepped up & acknowledged $$$ is $$$. They really do care about people here, they wont rip you off with unnecessary repairs, what more could you ask for?!

Excellent customer service!!Stopped in to see if they could do a quick oil change for me before I had to get home for dinner. They got me in right away, did my oil change quickly and at a reasonable cost.When I got home, I realized a pair of sunglasses were missing from my glove box and I replied to the text from the store to inquire if they had found them in their shop. The glove box had to be removed to replace the cabin air filter and I figured they fell out during that process... and I couldnt find them in my car. I received two phone calls from the shop, assuring me they were looking for my shades, checking shop cameras to see if they fell out of the car, and also talked me through removing the glove box drawer to look behind it for the shades.I found them and called them back to let them know they were recovered and to thank them for exceptional customer service.Will be returning for future service needs for sure!

Ive gotten my oil changed here and had them check my brakes and motor mount and the service was great. Joe listened to my concerns and answered my questions without making me feel ignorant or like I was wasting his time, which is an issue Ive had at other shops. Naturally when a sweet smell was coming from my heater vents and steam was coming from under the hood I went straight to Joe and Parkway Car Care. It was a Saturday and busy so with the shorter hours I figured I might have to wait until Monday to hear back. However Joe told me they were going to try to get my van looked before the day was done and they held to that. I got a call and Joe explained what was happening and what needed to be done to fix it along with explaining some other fixes they recommended doing while they were on there. He really put my mind at ease. Parkway Car Care is amazing and I will continue to bring my vehicle here for all its needs. Ill also recommend them to my friends.

Always do a great job at a fair price! I typically bring my own oil and filter in and they change it for $20 (approx). Josh seems to work on my vehicles when I come in a he is very professional and customer service is thru the roof!

Where to begin; This will be two part review:Part 1 - Website:In looking for a facility to perform our State Safety Inspections, I came across Parkway Car Care. Looking at the reviews I saw that they had very little negative and an outstanding number of 5 star reviews. I figured Lets go with them and try them outUsing their website to get pricing and schedule the service was a real challenge, It was easy to navigate but I had issues with their automated chat service. While im not against those in particular the one they used on their site was quite frustrating to use and almost made me want to patronize their business for my cars.However I decided to listen to the reviews on google and give them a shot anyway.Part 2 - Actual Service:I am very glad I went with Parkway. The price for the service I had done was reasonable (state inspection, Oil Change, Tire rotation) and I was in-and-out in just over an hour for two cars. They didnt try to sell me anything and they didnt come to me with a list of problems for either car. I was very grateful for that.What they did provide me was true and honest car care. I was given a list of things to look out for in both cars, They were up front with their pricing, and they were cognizant of the fact that we had a 19 month old with us and they wanted to help him be happier.Based on todays experience I would recommend them for your car needs and look forward to going back to them for service.

I come outside to my tire leaking and not very familiar with Rockwall. I found Parkway Car Care in the nick of time and they not only got me in immediately they only charged me for 1 of the 2 patches needed. Christian was a great help and saved me from being stuck out in the rain. 10/10 would recommend.

Great service. Oil change prices are good. Maintenance is great. I recommend going to parkway car care instead compared to normal oil lube shops that only do oil youll end up saving money their. Oil lube shops like valvoline or kwik kar youll get ripped off.

Told them the problem, they got it fixed in about 2 1/2 hours.They also, took me back home and picked me up when the work was completed.I would highly recommend them!!!

Talk about integrity and honesty, this place has it. I went to get and oil change and a tire rotation. The oil change was done, but the tire rotation was explained to me and showed that it would have not been in my best interest to do so because my back brakes, shocks and tires were not in good shape, and by rotating the tires it would mess up my front. So they didnt recommend doing it. Ive had numerous negative experiences with car repair shops taking advantage of females and their lack of knowledge about automobiles, if this would have been all about the money, they would have done the rotation just to charge me. I was very thankful for their honesty. That, goes a long way these days. I saw several customers that came in and they way they treated them. They also have very fair prices. I will surely use them from now on and recommend anyone that wants good, honest service to use their services.

Took me right in! What would have took 2 hours, took 1. They were honest and affordable. Very friendly and professional. Clean waiting room. Took the time to personly show me the problem when my car was taken apart. They have a long time loyal customer after today! Such a blessing! I would give them more stars if possible.

Took my truck in because by all indications I had a bad alternator. When I left it I was looking at about $600. Joe called and said he also had the same truck and I didn’t need anything fixed as it was performing as it should. Some shops would have made a repair and charged me but not these guys! Very honest with integrity. Great place and if needed I’ll use them again.

We were in a major bind when our a/c suddenly died just as the weekend was upon us and the heat wave was hitting. We only had one day (Saturday) that we could be w/o the car before heading back to Abilene on Sunday. I was pretty happy. Price for alignment was good. My only concern would be the alignment guy didn’t realize that on some Toyota’s the camber runs in the negative range by default. Was trying to tell me that I needed a kit and my struts were bent... in reality on a Sienna, that’s how it’s supposed to be. It eats tires, but that’s the breaks. Negative Camber helps with the vehicles stability. That’s how Toyota explained it to me. Hence why it’s not adjustable. All in all, good experience tho.

Christian was very thorough in explaining the work needed to be done as well as the additional work recommended so I could make an informed decision. I found the turn around time for repairs was excellent and costs are reasonable.

I needed an annual inspection. My normal place was closed due to remodeling. Parkway handle my inspection quickly on a busy Saturday morning. Kudos, Parkway.

Parkway is my go to place for all work done on my car. Today it is just an inspection. But they have done work on my brakes and diagnosed and fixed a stalling problem. What I like is they are incredibly honest. They have not added on needless repairs. I know cause they have told me when something is not wrong or needed. Also they take my extended warranty coverage and deal directly with the extended warranty company!!
