Buyer Beware! DOUBLE CHECK what is in your box before you take it home. We bought a table and a four chair set. The table wasnt the one we picked out AT ALL and neither were the chairs. We live an hour away so it wouldnt be an easy trip down to replace the items. The items come boxed up so you cant see it in the store.We picked a clear glass table with black chairs and were sent home with an all black table and grey chairs.I expected the pushy sales tactics from this store. So I wasnt really bothered by that - but our experience wasnt great.Before we purchased our items we were told they were in stock. After the purchase of the items the seller couldnt find them in the store and said it would take 15 minutes for another sales associate to come down to the store to locate the table and chairs.One hour later and we were still sitting there waiting for the other sales associate to come to the store.When the sales associate finally arrived to the store they had with them our items from their warehouse. They told us they grabbed us better quality chairs than the ones we picked out. That should have been my clue to check what we were purchasing.However, and now we are stuck with items we never wanted in the first place... and to top it all off the items are DAMAGED. The chair seats of small tears in the leather and the metal has dents and paint damage.Not a great experience. I understand you get what you pay for but in this instance we didnt even get that

We had a decent experience with this store, but beware, Do Not Buy the Guardian Protection Plan for your furniture, we had a few different accidents happening to the sofa, and every time they came up with another excuse saying the insurance won’t cover this or that. Really, just a waste of money, time and my nerves…

I went looking for the perfect size sectional for my living and found it right when I walked in the door... after going to 7 different stores. The ladys that help me was very personable. I GOT an amazing deal.... Saved over $700 on my couch, the ladys gave me their black Friday price a week before the deal... It worked out SO PERFECTLY... When in need of furniture I will definitely go back here

I do not recommend this store. A month ago we purchase of a sectional sofa and still have not received it. although the item should arrive in 2 weeks. The staff is irresponsible, do not answer my calls and messages.

5 Stars for this place. It was time to upgrade from our Swedish queen size bed which was wobbly and noisy. We wanted to upgrade to a king. We checked this place out and they had a king bed frame that the wife really loved. The frame was rustic wood and really heavy duty. They had me try several mattresses and we finally bought the frame and a mattress, arranged for delivery. Delivery went smooth, but we were missing a center support on the frame. They brought a support and proceeded to assemble my frame for me. It was beautiful when it was completed and I overslept for the 1st time in years. We got a good deal and excellent service.

I recently purchased a new bedroom set from Elena at Overstock Outlet in Roseville. I came in looking for a new mattress very close to closing time, Elena was very patient and accomodating, not a pushy salesperson trying to direct me to what she wanted me to buy. After bouncing around on many of their beds, even after closing time, I made a decision to come back the next day and choose the best one for me, along with a complete bedroom set. Elena was also able to accommodate a special request on my order. Their prices are very reasonable, Ill be returning to order more furniture from them. I definitely recommend them, they have a great selection of high quality beds and many catalogs to order additional pieces if you dont find what youre looking for on their showroom floor. 5 star service client service!

Initially I was impressed with their ability to find the furniture I was looking for. I went into the store on Del Paso Blvd with a friend on 3/15/2020 and was able to select a queen bed frame, dinette set, and nightstand. None of the items were in the store, but I was told they could order anything in their catalogues and they would arrive within a week. I noticed the prices were high, but with delivery and assembly and a quick turn around I figured it was worth the investment. In total I paid $1675.00 for the furniture items and the delivery/assembly.With the purchase date being 3/15/2020 the original delivery date was scheduled for 3/20/2020. I had cleared my afternoon and called the day before to make sure the delivery was still happening. I was assured everything was going as scheduled for the delivery and to expect them sometime between 3pm and 6pm. Come delivery day I wait, and no one arrives by 4pm so I call in. I am told the delivery is still happening and they should be there soon. I get a call back about 20 minutes later and am informed that my items never arrived from whoever the store ordered them from. Understandably I was upset and I was informed that due to the slowdown of businesses in every sector there was a delay in deliveries. I pointed out to the manager that they could have communicated that rather than having me wait and initiate communication. I was told the delivery would have to wait until the following week, on 3/27/2019.Come delivery day #2 I call in and I am informed that once again the items I ordered were not delivered and at this point I inquire about a refund. I am informed that there are no refunds, and any returned items have a 33% restocking fee. I remind them that this is the second delivery attempt and I still did not have my items, and was discouraged by their lack of communication, having spent another few hours waiting for a delivery that did not happen. I was told they had been in touch with their supplier and would go and pick up my items directly to speed up the process. A third delivery date was scheduled for 4/1/2020.On 4/1/2020 I was expecting delivery between 3pm and 6pm and I waited the entire afternoon, only to receive a call at 9:30pm from someone who identified themselves as the delivery manager, stating he had been called in to help with the deliveries. I informed him of the time and said that it was far to late in the day for a delivery because I had to work a night shift at 10pm. He said he understood and the following day they would follow up with me.Today is 4/2/2020 and I was informed the delivery would take place around 4pm. At 530pm they arrived, and I finally received part of my order. They were able to assemble the queen bed frame and I am very satisfied with it. They also did a great job assembling the dinette set. However, the nightstand I paid $275 for arrived broken. The nightstand had mirrors lining the drawer and sides and there were cracks all over the front of it, so I refused delivery and contacted the store manager. The manager asked to be texted a picture of the nightstand and I informed his delivery guys. I also let him know that they had told me they could deliver another one the following day, and the manager told me that they would have to order another one and delivery the following day was not possible.Given my experience with them so far and the issues with delivery I am no longer interested in doing business with them and essentially stated that I would gladly pay the %33 restocking fee for the nightstand (approximately $75) to never have to deal with them again. The manager started lecturing me on how I was lucky they did the delivery and assembly for such a low price and that I was actually getting a deal and at this point I lost it and started punctuating my sentences with F bombs. I looked into contacting the Department of Consumer Affairs, and If I do not hear from this guy tomorrow I will lodge a complaint, as they are at this point in breach of contract and have not provided the merchandise or services that I paid for in full.

I would highly recommend the store! I am in love with this new sofa & bed 🥰! Bed is Gorgeous and the sofa has supple, genuine, top quality leather from Germany! I am definitely in the market for new mattresses and I know where to go bc they have a variety of styles and grade. Was looking for the mattress and a bedroom set and got it at furniture store Overstock Outlet US. Beautyrest black is the most comfortable mattress I have ever had in my life. Bedroom set is made of solid wood and at a fraction of the price . Great customer service not pushy sales people. Just helped me through out the whole shopping experience.Highly recommend.

This is definitely the place to go if you want to buy furniture. My wife and I were interested in Ashley Furniture bedroom pieces and we found some online at this place. when we first got there, we where worried because they are small and they had a lot of clearance stuff but Natalia helped us and she was so nice and tried so hard to find exactly what we needed. It turned out we had to order it out of the catalog but it came just like she promised and they were fantastic when they came out and set it up perfectly. We will definitely be back. I got my couch there, they were a great help and even worked a deal with me. They were supper friendly and even delivered our couch on a Sunday. I have told many of my friends who have been looking for stuff to go there first, I know that`s the first place I`ll start looking. They also were the cheapest and willing to beat any deal I had been offered on similar stuff.
