Sales person was great, answered all my questions and provided me with different options for financing if I need too. Deliver on the other hand was not so smooth. Delivery was expected to be on a Tuesday with no ETA. No phone call the day before. On Tuesday got at phone call at 8:30am while driving my son to school stating delivery is on the way with be there within 15 mins. Not cool guys

Second time we bought furniture from Romeo and Juliet. Both times were great experiences. They have great prices and delivered first thing Monday (bought our couch and love seat Saturday). All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We are very happy with this company and will definitely return for future purchases and recommend others as well.

I searched for the perfect accent chair for 8 months! All stores were either too expensive or simply had nothing to match my decor. Drove past R&J Roseville and THERE IT WAS! Super comfortable and very affordable! Gary was FANTASTIC!!! Not pushy, beyond professional and knowledgeable! He made it easy and a great experience! I highly recommend R &J for that special something youre looking for!

My delivery was on time , as they. said it would be as well as Mr Jackson. , to meet the truck to set up my. dining room set . Love my set . I have alway shopped. Its been hard to find things. But this my neighborhood store. I have made 3 purchases so far. I like the vibe. I can look as long as I wish without feeling forced to buy. . I like this store. Just glad I didnt have to go to Gardner White.

I had a great experience with my delivery from Romeo and Juliet. The black guy was nice and professional.

Was very impressed with the sales person however when my table arrived delivered by them it had scratches when I took it out of the box! The Roseville store was great however the man who called me back about refused to replace the table told me $100 warranty would not cover it! He said a tech would call me to schedule to repair it, so I am stuck with a brand new table with scratches!!!! Worst customer service ever!!! Manager called me a liar about scratches on the table!!!’ Very disappointing and dissatisfied!!!!

My experience thus far has been incredible, though I havent been in yet, or even spoken with them. After reading ALL the reviews, I cant fathom why anyone would put a 3 or 4 star review up if all their needs were satiated and the staff did all they could to ensure a quality product and superior shopping experience. Im going in tomorrow to checkout trundle and bunk beds for my daughters, and Im actually excited to meet both the owner and the incredulous staff that have been raved about through reviews on various platforms. So yeah... Heres a 5 star to balance out the people with unrealistic expectations, and limited ability for appreciation. Thanks in advance, and I hope this at least offsets some of the bad apples.

I went to the Romeo&Juliet store in Roseville, MI a total of three times. Each visit all the sales persons were very helpful and tentative. They joked with me on each of my visits cause I couldnt decide but their patience was impeccable.. On my third visit I was determined to make a purchase and I did just that and I was very pleased with my choice and all the help. Thanks guys

We visited the store today to see what they had. It was so dark inside the store that we originally thought they were closed. We were the only two customers at the time and although there were about 6 middle aged men clustered together, the one that walked over to greet us was chewing and spitting food out of his mouth while he spoke. I didn’t really see any exceptional prices for what they were offering. They may have some good financing, but we didn’t actually buy anything so I can’t speak on that.

Stopped in to purchase rollaway bed. Was pleased with purchase. Talked with Gary and met owner, Romeo. Very accommodating. Only suggestion: they need to stay open after 7 pm @ least one evening a week for those who work late. They could open @ 11 and close @ 8 or 9 on Thursdays 🙂👍

Worked with Bill mainly. Even met the owner though. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Will go back for more and I would recommend to others.

Came into the store looking for a mattress and box spring. The store had a large selection of mattress to choose from, which is always helpful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be a repeat customer.

Very disappointed!! Its the holiday season I decided to stop by and shop for deals for my 5 year old daughter. After shopping for a while I found her a recliner chair that stole my heart and satisfied my shoppers ambition only to get to check out and feel disappointed and disrespected. The cashier wouldnt honor the price posted and when I said Im leaving because of the misunderstanding there was no intervention. Just like they lost a potential loyal customer was let go.

We have just recently spent thousands in new furniture. Every time we have tried to go to this store to look at what they have available, they are closed! Even during the regular hours of business, they say they are going to be open! Oh well!...I guess they dont want to make money!
