I came into the store with little expectations of actually buying a mattress today. Matt won me over with his knowledge of the mattresses. He showed what an incredible sleep experience I will now have the pleasure of on a nightly basis. This is the best customer service experience I have had in quite some time.

After a very stressful and unhelpful customer service experience throughout the delivery of my mattress, I was ready to drop mattress firm all together. I never got a confirmation email when I ordered the mattress, the delivery time was changed, and the customer service agent was unhelpful. After all that, the wrong mattress was delivered.After attempting to reach out to customer service to no avail, I threw one last Hail Mary and called a local mattress firm store. Although it was not his job, Salesperson Reese helped me get the right mattress and facilitated the process to have it delivered to the address I will be moving to. Reese was responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful. He got stuff done and for that I am very thankful. I would recommend avoiding the online service and going straight to the local stores. Thank you again Reese, this guy deserves a raise!!

Matthew bell and Bennet were such a dynamic duo. I actually had a sensational experience trying out all their pillows. I noticed other customers needed help and helped them with ease as well... which gave me even MORE time to try the pillows.... all leading to finding the perfect pillows for my needs. The staff in the store were knowledgeable and helpful. No real gripes about them. However, I was given a very specific date that my delivery would be made and was called only the day before to be told it would be another 10 days late after I had already taken time from my business to be available for delivery since they won’t give you any kind of time frame. So I sucked it up and waited for the second delivery date to come around and as you might suspect, they never came that day either. This time the didn’t even call. Just stood me up. That’s 2 days of work I missed waiting for these clowns. I have requested a refund. Let’s hope that my money at least eventually arrives.

As a first time buyer I must say I was really uninformed about how much a mattress can really affect your day to day life. I feel like I was treated fairly and wasn’t immediately thrown towards the most expensive mattress on the floor. He was able to help me with financing along with was able to get me some amazing discounts to help me find the right bed.

Sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. We believe he pointed us in the right direction as far as the product we purchased. The delivery people were nice and capable. They had us quickly set up. We asked them to move our old mattress to a different room instead of having them cart it away. They were very accommodating. The mattress protector was not included so I called and picked up one from the store. Afterward we reviewed the bill and saw a charge for $129 for platinum service which neither I nor my wife remember hearing about. Instead we do remember zero delivery fee. This feels like a switch and bait. I know after watching the delivery people that I could not have set it up on my own. However, this fee should have been discussed with us beforehand.

I had a great experience. I was greeted at the door by friendly staff, which felt good. Turns out the guy was very knowledgeable and he was able to help me find what I wanted, even tho I wasnt sure going in. LolThe whole thing was quick and easy and before I knew it I was out the door, with a smile on my face. Thank you Mattress Firm.

Very pleased with the service we received from Japheth. We took our sweet time over 3 or 4 visits to make up our mind. Japheth was very patient and not pushy, letting us try basically every mattress in the store. I really appreciated not facing a hard sales push. We finally settled on the Purple 3 and we wont have to wait long for delivery.

After sleeping in a waterbed since 1980, today I purchased a Stearns & Foster Tempur Pedic bed. My salesman Matt Bell was considerable and knowledgeable, never pushed the sale, and was never condescending when my questions were scattered. Great store! I had a wonderful experience. I was helped by Japaeth D. (which Im pretty sure I spelled wrong, will correct as soon as I know.) This guy was welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. He answered every question I had and was extremely helpful, doing his best to make sure I was making a well-informed decision in what pillow I was going to buy. He was the same person who was working the first and only other time Ive ever stepped foot in a mattress firm. He saw the mattress to my sons father, who by the way is very happy with his purchase. And although I will be returning my pillow and exchanging it, he is willing to work with me. This is my go-to guy going forward. He sold me my mattress at an amazing price. He was SUPER kind and honest about not making me upgrade for no reason AND he was not overbearing/ pushy with statistics. He gave me all the space I needed to try the mattresses for as long as I wanted (which was an embarrassingly long amount of time) and followed up with AMAZING advice. Matress Firm corporate.... Not to be super picky but I paid for the company to set up the adjustable bed and deliver the mattress. First they moved the placement of my area rug and I have since had to get help moving it back. Next the remote was tangled under the bed I had to crawl under to get it out. Finally I just noticed a screw has fallen off the base of the bedNo clue where it came from. I guess I will have to get back on the floor to see if I can replace. Nope not again will I pay so much for screw ups.

I shopped with Evan and was given fantastic service and am very happy with my purchase. However, the delivery team is the reason for the two stars. Upon delivery, one of the men was very flirty with me and asked me, do you live here alone? and where is your boyfriend? Not only that, but he commented on how nice my home was. This is beyond inappropriate and not something you ask women when you are in their home. I called the store and talked to Evan. He handled it well, sincerely apologized, and called the manager of the delivery team immediately. The manager wasnt great either. Though he apologized, he belittled me by using my 715 area code to assume I wasnt from the city and that I was not used to this kind of conversation. Ive lived in Minneapolis for over ten years and just happen to have kept my same phone number. The delivery drivers need a course in what is appropriate conversation with female clients an the managers shouldnt assume naivety due to area code or gender. I shouldnt have to deal with this kind of sexist behavior in 2020. Awful experience.

Very good and efficient. Was told I would receive a payment request via phone or email, but never did so that is troubling at this point. Hopefully it wont interfere with my delivery.

After several months of complaining about my sagging mattress no response. Sent pictures worked on this for months . Finally Bennett and Japheth at Roseville store joined my daughter who took over my claim ticket got my bed replaced . There wonderful went above and beyond the claims department was terrible . No one should take 16 months to get a replacement bed after paying 388 In a warranty the claims department ignored me didn’t care that’s when Bennett and Japheth took over and out a fire under the claims department butt. So if you need help speak to Bennett and Japheth. The claims department needs help

The sales person, Evan was very helpful and they had an affordable selection of matresses. There was a factory delay in my mattress delivery twice, but they upgraded me to an available mattress to get it to me by the second delivery date. Best buying experience thanks to Bennett! Didn’t know much about mattresses before we came in, but Bennett laid it all out easily. He gave us plenty of space to test our snooze comfort levels on multiple options and was beyond knowledge on all the stuff and fluff you’d ever want to know about mattresses. We bought a bed on Black Friday. We were acknowledged as we walked in. The store is quite large and well laid out. They still gave full attention the customers they were working with. They did this with each customer they worked with. They gave full attention to the customer every customer they they were with. It was incredible to the see the rapport they had with the customers. From time to time, they did acknowledge that we were there. When it was our turn, they gave us the same attention. The sales person was not pushy, answered our questions, and as he saw what our tastes were guided us to those type of beds. The salesman did do some up-selling but that was very subtle and it was on accessories that we could afford and would benefit us. We ended up getting a great bed for a great price. They also told us if there were any difficulties with the bed to call them. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and they worked as a team not as competitors which is not often seen with those in a commission setting. They have been quite busy so it will be a few days before they bed will be delivered and they will take the old one.

Evan was so considerate in helping us buy our first mattress. He was very respectful of our budget and gave us time to try out each mattress by ourselves. Definitely recommend this Mattress Firm location!
