Where do I start??? Amanda P. is exceptional!!! I am only with AT&T because of her cheerful no worries, Ill get it done for you quality service along with their coverage. I have called close to closing desperately needing a new phone and she not only handled it promptly, but she stayed to make sure I was up and running AND checked in with me the following day to make sure I was still happy. I drive from out of town solely to work directly with her. Amanda is an incredible asset to AT&T!

The majority of the time that you go into a phone store of any kind, you are met with a bunch of jargon that no one really understands (except for people that work there), Or you are cornered into buying the newest promotion that you don’t need. But that’s not the case here, especially with Amanda P. I came in with a laundry list of questions and concerns regarding upgrading my phone to the new iPhone 12. I was extremely skeptical. Amanda P was my service rep. From the very beginning, she was very honest and transparent with me about what to expect, she walked me through the newest features of the iPhone 12, she transferred all of my data for me, and literally was able to answer every one of my questions in detail, leaving no room for imagination or error. She was polite, welcoming, knowledgeable, and fast. Every sales rep in the communications industry needs to take lessons from Amanda P. She’s the best in the business, and you are very lucky to have her.

Well Ive been to the Cedartown store and bought a sim card and the guy was playing on his phone and would not help me with my issues but did allow me to borrow the wifi while my 55 year old butt set on the sidewalk outside to finish my set up and call support to fix my issues. Then I go to Cartersville store and the guy there talked down to me and my daughter as if we were inferior to him. But when I walked in the Turner McCall store Eunice was the perfect CSR and took care of my issues and made sure I was very accommodated in her store and even apologized for the way I was treated at the other 2 stores

Amanda in Rome was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was helped as soon as I stepped foot in the store and it took less than 10 minutes to upgrade my phone. She even offered to set it up and move all of my data over for me from my old phone. If you need quick and efficient help or service Id definitely recommend this location. 10/10

Seldom do you have a serious problem and then have it solved in a timely, efficient, and inexpensive manner. Sometimes you get one or two but seldom all three. DENISHA did that for me tonight. I had a hot spot I bought from Walmart and forget Walmart customer service, I ended up having to go to the AT&T store and Denisha proved to be an asset to your corporation, AT&T! Thank you Denisha!

JaQuan spent over an hour with me today patiently answering my questions, setting up my new phone and even noticed we were paying more than we should for our service and worked to lower the bill. I want to first thank Amanda and the managers Mo and Ashley! They made this experience so easy and simple with switching my family to att. The store was so clean and organized. Unfortunately we can’t get internet where I live but we now have that hotspot on Firstnet. That little thing is the BEST EVER!!! We were able to stream Netflix on the tv and watch movies as a family , do homework and everything. Thank you guys for everything !!

I appreciated her knowledge of products and services and taking time to set up my phones. The entire store was very friendly and made it an inviting atmosphere. The sales rep at my local store sold me an iPhone 12 pro as a new phone although there was no plastic wrap as if the box has been opened. I was also talked into adding a dummy line so that I could get a better price on my monthly bill. I feel like maybe I was taking advantage of.

Poor service. Sales person was unprofessional, started ordering the cheapest phone that they carried before showing us what was available. When questioned about it, she literally said that she assumed that we wanted the cheapest. When the order for the phone came in, my dad who is in his seventies, was just given a phone number to call to activate. The problem with this is, THE MANAGER does this after opening his old phone up and not bothering to tell him that it was still active. My dad left thinking he had no active phones. Bottom line, THE MANAGER could have activated the new phone in the store. All it would have took was 2 calls, one to me, and one to activate. Poor service from the top down at this location. I would have given 0 stars but its not allowed. I have also placed a formal complaint after the MANAGER got combative about the situation and refused to give his name.

Cardigan and Marcus at the Rome GA, AT&T store were awesome helping me with a defective Galaxy A71 phone that locked on the password screen. After calling Samsung and getting little to no help. I paid for a tech professional to try to unlock phone to no avail, in fact, I took the phone back and the tech still couldn’t get the phone unlocked! Steven Macias at customer service was also wonderful and helped me get a new phone. I lost all my vacation pics in the phone and I was very upset since I had been trying to unlock the phone for 5 days!! My heroes, AT&T came through!! Thank you so much!!

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. The staff must really hate their job because their attitude is terrible. Been in there twice and was treated disrespectful each time. The girls are extremely snobby stuck up as if they are above you and don’t have time for your questions unless they are making Commission. Today one of the employees (female) yelled at me and my 3 children from across the room embarrassing me and my family because my hands were full from just paying $3,000 for new iPhones and Holding all the boxes and couldn’t get my mask on. I’ve herd horror stories about the place but never expected it to be this bad. I will never enter that store again. Oh and don’t worry about filing a complaint because the manager maracas will pretty much blow you off. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE order online way better customer service.

DEON KNOX is very RUDE. He hung up on me and asked my nephew to leave the store. I will exhaust all resources to get to his manager or higher management. I gave ATT 25 years service and never have I been treated so rudely. I will do my best to see him get fired or written up. Do not do business with this store. ATT HAS ABSOLUTELY GONE DOWNHILL IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. I feel like he is a manager wanna be. Would rate him a 0 star if I had the option.

If you are looking to upgrade your phone, or just want information, or just any other reason you may need to go to a walk in AT&T store, I suggest you go to the Turner McCall store. I live an hour away in Paulding County Georgia but have business I have to take care of in Rome, Georgia. And the staff there are so helpful and quick to take care of you, and very knowledgeable about everything. Ive been in in another store asking questions before, and the sales person has to keep asking one of the other staff about the things I was asking. And she was a long time staffer. Not new. So I wait and take my business to Rome. And I dont regret it. 5☆☆☆☆☆ all the way.

My bill increased $46 after one year, but I have a two year contract. I asked to speak to an employee Mohammed/Mo because he mentioned a year ago that he would offer a voucher/promotion code to set the price back when my contract expires. Only a year goes by and I needed the code, he said, what code? I cant help you, and I dont remember you coming in. The scammer probably works on commission.

The Rome Ga location is always so helpful, and informative. The store is well kept, and they make sure all issues or needs are resolved. A rep there by the name of Leslie is amazing! This is my first visit to this store. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake from David. He was a tremendous help and was very knowledgeable. He was very personable and took time to actually talk to me. He was thorough when explaining things and answered all the questions I had. I went in for a technical issue with my old phone and was hoping I could get someone to help me with it to make-do until I could upgrade. I was told by the online chat that I could not upgrade at this time. David helped me with the upgrade/purchase of a new phone that I am thrilled with! I also purchased a case and screen for it. He took care of everything! He installed my case and screen and even set my phone up for me! I had nothing to do but walk out and start using it! I will definitely be using this store again and I pray David will still be working there if and when I do!

I got the feeling the sales person was annoyed with me because (I’m old) I didn’t understand why my account particulars had to change to take advantage of adding a line promotion. I added a new line to my account and she seemed put out with me when I would ask questions and she had to explain more than once. The mask didn’t help, but I know the CDC recommendations.

If you got nothing else to do but be agitated go here if you need service go elsewhere. For instance, I was looking to get an upgrade went by looked a couple of phones and decided on a note. Very simple until the girl got to talking to another customer but anyways she went and got a S8 turned it on in the back of store and brought it with the box and said I was already activated and ready to use. So you see the problem, and when I told her she swapped it out but then I get my bill which has the upgrade and a 10% store restocking fee

This store sold me a refurbished phone as new. When I reported the problem they sent me a new one. And then reported my new phone stolen after I payed over $900 for it. I still 2 years later have not had my problem resolved and they claim I still owe them $1400 outstanding bill. They will not release my imei for unlock nor refund my money. So unless you wish to be robbed blind do not use this store.

The Rep that helped me, put the wrong number on the phone I was activating and caused me an entire day to rectify the situation.. was not happy. Not sure I am going to keep AT&T as my provider. Have been with Sprint since 2006 and decided to switch to AT&T but so far not sure I am happy with their service. Sprint is much more expensive but may be well worth the price. We shall see. Just saying!

Waited forty five minutes to get helped. All I wanted was to pay off my installment plan. I never received assistance but three other people who showed up arter me did. All the staff did was it and play on their phones. One even made a phone call as she walked right past me.

The representatives are very kind and courteous. However, the information I continued to receive changed every visit. The package deals changed and I was misinformed on the charges. They did their best to make up for the misinformation in store and apologized for the less than good customer service. If you want happy people, this is a good store. Be sure to double check everything and to get it in writing.

Seems to be understaffed and despite a manager walking around he helped noone but instead told them that someone would be with them in a little bit. Waited for about 15-20 minutes and finally just left, all the while watching that same manager sit over to the side messing around on his phone and helping noone. I recommend going to another location or calling customer service for anything you need. That or if I had to use this location I would just switch to a different carrier.

Extremity rude staff and not helpful! I have had multiple issues with this store and know other people that have had issues here too. They treat customers horribly because they know they are the only at&t store in Rome. Ive never had issues at any other AT&T store except this one. Id recommend going to another store or even better another carrier.

People dont realize that in spite of these employees working for AT&T, they either hustle or get in trouble. This likely will not be posted under reviews and its unfair for those taking harsh comments. Sadly, regardless of a retail store setting, each person is expected to spend a very few minutes to solve, sell, etc., before moving to the next. This is as much a production job as any piece rate position in all the plants Rime and surrounding areas once had! Please have questions and any other info youd like when entering any of these stores. I say that as a consumer only and nothing more. I have left more times than one because I needed more info, was not sure I wanted certain financial commitments as well as k owing what those were at time:(. Yes, part of that is my lack of being tech savvy along with being overwhelmed with info/costs. Please keep this in mind when giving a review on anything because all of us are not willing to spare an extra 5 minutes, even in traffic, before cutting loose on others. If we dont have at least 30 mins to 1 hour, please wait until you do. It will be much healthier for you in the long run.

BEWARE!!! If you purchase a phone in this store, THEY DO NOT NOT TELL YOU THAT MUST ADD A MONTHLY INSURANCE CHARGE @ $11.99 per month to the phone. This means if you buy a new phone on a payment plan and it costs, for example, $28.00 per month, then your additional monthly charge for the new phone will actually be $39.99 (11.99 insurance + 28.00 phone payment). This would be acceptable IF they told you BEFORE they sell you the new phone and end service on your old phone. At least if they told you before they make all the changes to your phone, then you would have the opportunity to make an informed decision. Two different salespersons told me that they dont have the option of NOT selling you the insurance. I find this to be very strange since I could have ordered the phone online from AT&T and would have had the option of selecting this insurance or not. I dont like to think people are lying to me, but this is certainly fishy and whether true or not, it stinks and does not make sense.

The employees here are very rude and unprofessional. Especially the manager! One of the female workers sold my mom a device without explaining shed be opening up an entirely new phone line. I walked in to explain the situation and the female worker went to hide in the back while the manager told me I was stupid (literally called my mom and I stupid) for not knowing what the device would do to my account. He did nothing to fix the problem and wouldnt even try!

I dont know quite where to begin. As a customer Im mad but as a husband I am furious. My wife went to your store around 12 PM on Friday to see what kind of deal we could get because we were a bit tired of straight talk. We left Verizon to save money and we were never impressed with straight talk but the price was good. My wife wanted to see if she could get something in her name so they did a credit check on her and about 30 mins later she called me excited saying we could get two new iPhones without having to put anything down. I told her that was great that I would come up there on my lunch break and pick out the color phone I wanted and we would do it! I get the the store around 1:15 PM and Colby the sales associate went through the plan and explained everything and got both of our phones. He rang them up and the computer kept saying we owed $200 down and he said it was just a glitch. His manager Dion came over and told him to start over and they both stated it was a new system and they had the same problem the night before. He showed me where is said zero down and told me they would get it fixed. My lunch break was almost over and I fold Colby before I left I would he really upset if my PREGNANT wife whom had been there for two hours at this point left empty handed after they told her she could do this. I left and my wife text me an hour after I got back to work and said they called a district manager and they said they would take care of everything for her. I was a bit upset that she was still waiting but I was glad they were going to fix their systems mistake because they had already sent screenshots to the credit company and called them. My wife then called me about 30 mins after that upset and told me that they needed an additional district managers okay and that the salesman would call us when they got it. I told her I would call because we live 45 minutes away from the store and I worked about 10 mins away. I called Dion the manager and he assured me it would be taken care of within the hour. She left the store at almost 4 PM that day, so she was there PREGNANT for four hours and left with nothing. I asked him if I could come pick the phones up and he say that was fine. I leave work at 5 PM and call the store and he said they probably wouldnt hear anything back today but Colby was coming in the next day at 9 AM and they would call us. Safe to say no one ever called us and we called the AT&T customer service line and they set us up with the exact same thing and priority shipped our phones and we will have them tomorrow. The saddest part about this is they didnt even have the decency to call us at all and still even two days later. If it wasnt for Ash at your AT&T call center we would be with a different company right now. Both guys at this store in Rome need to stand by their words and take care of their customers because we are the reason you guys have jobs. I will drive out of my way as long as those two still work at that store because of how they treated my wife. A simple phone call would have saved this entire review and I hope someone reads this and fixes their attitudes towards their jobs so no one else has to feel like my wife did.

I came into AT&T and bought me and my fiancé phones which was a Samsung 8plus and a iPhone 7plus and we didnt have them but 4 days and started having problems with the network! We bought our phones with cash meaning no contract at all so there for the phones would be unlocked but people please take CAUTION because there phones are not unlocked and you still will be on there service for 6 months then your phone will supposedly unlocked! When we tried returning the phones there policy goes if you have not had it over 14 days you can return it but we went 3 days in a row and the cooperates store at that didnt have enough money in the draw for 3 days in a row! The manager there named Deon is very very rude! Beyond rude! Please dont purchase here and try a different company I promise you will be mad! DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PHONES especially from Rome Ga! Go to T-Mobile they offer way more and 10 times better service!

I have been attempting to get AT&T to refund overcharges on my account that are the result of AT&T not cancelling my DSL account when I changed to UVerse back in March of 2015. They continued to charge me for the old account even though it was supposed to automatically closed when I changed to Uverse. I discovered this in September and contacted AT&T and was assured that a refund would be issued for the 6 payments of $110.90 per month or $660.00 for March through August. I have been in touch with AT&T every month since September and was told each time that my refund would be handles immediately. So far I have been refunded less than $200.00 and was just told today that it would be an additional 30-60 days before I would receive the rest of my refund. This due to AT&T customer service being held to a script that comes from above and NOT being empowered to solve issues that arise while dealing with customers. It is exceptionally POOR customer service.

ATT tore up our yard and broke sprinkler systems using illegal immigrant workers more than 3 weeks ago.Our yard is a mess and grass our grass is dying due to summer heat and sun.
