Selling an inferior product and then proceeds to not stand behind it. New screen was installed but it was so cheap and thin it started to crack the first day, even with their tempered glass screen protector and a case installed. Stay far away from these people if you want to have a quality item installed.

Brought a clear phone case for my note 20 5g and a button broke off case within a weeks time. Tried to get a replacement but they said unfortunately they dont have warranties on their clear phone cases. I would not recommend ever buying any of their products because they are of very low quality but they charge premium prices. You are better off going somewhere like 5 below for phone accessories.

Super chill people here, got my iPhone screen replaced, now while the proximity sensor didn’t work, they -did- take their time to reset the phone, replace that part for me, and try some witchcraft to get it to work but sadly could not, told me to give it a couple days just to see if maybe it’ll start working on its own, and if not they’ll /continue/ to help me. These guys rock, they care about you, and wether your stuff works or not after doing with business with them, and that’s rad 😎Edit: Went back two days later as advised, and they took the time to run further test, and couldn’t get the proximity sensor to work.. so to add to their utter coolness, they applied an entirely new screen again just to get this issue resolved and now everything works 100%. Seriously awesome thank you ❤️

I have an iPhone 11 that is ‘ supposedly‘ water resistant. That is a lie.. I had got rained on on vacation & my phone didn’t get noticeably wet enough to do damage. My cameras were fogging up & sometimes my cameras wouldn’t even work and it was doing things on its own. She took it apart there was more water than I could’ve imagined. It’s still doing some weird things like cutting my sound on and off so I’m sure I’ll eventually have to replace the strip that was mentioned but she was a lot more willing to help than apple was! I love the apple phones but hate the apple company. I always have a GREAT experience here!!! 20/10 always!

2 months ago, my phone cracked and the back camera wouldn’t take any pictures. They fixed the problem in less than 2 hours! I definitely recommend going here for your phone repairs!

Ally’s customer service was phenomenal. It only took here 20 minutes to replace my front screen. Will definitely be back to this store if I ever have to get my phone screen fixed again. I recommend this location for all phone repairs.

Didn’t put the glue on correctly and the screen keep coming off now my camera and home button don’t work. Nice people but don’t really recommend.

Such a quick and easy fix!!! Went to CPR the worker was outside smoking a cigarette went to head back in and got out my car for her to come out and say they were closed!! Gadget really saved my day with the last minute repair!!!

My family only uses this store when we need phone repairs. We’ve tried so many different places, and this place has had the most reliable and consistent service, so today I drove 40 minutes to get my screen fixed, just because it’s worth it. Friendly staff too. Highly recommend!

Went to get a cellphone battery none in stock but could order and basically have over night but problem it was a weekend so it would be a couple days to get there. That day came no battery try the next no battery so it rocked on for a few days like this battery finally got there on Friday. Just over 30 but for the hassle and it not being there she gave me a phone cord that was 15 in the store so my actual price was about 15 bucks. There good people here if it dont come in in a reasonable amount of time she will accommodate least she did me and I will continue to shop there when the need arises.

As I was walking out of Berry Mall, I noticed that Gadgets does repairs. After I told Siera what was going on with my phone, she took the time to examine the problem. She was then able to fix it which, made me extremely happy. The price that I was told was cheaper than the one at a cell phone repair place. Kudos to Siera and Gadgets of Rome. Will start shopping there from now on

Came in to get a new screen protector earlier and not even 3hrs later it was cracked at the top left corner...came back in and it was replaced free of charge...love this place...best place in Rome have been coming here for yrs for cases and covers, me and my whole family...highly recomend!!!
