I was greeted with a huge smile by Ellis. Down to earth , let me look test drive and I was sold. I can get a Jeep anywhere, but the service and his personality is what sold us. I was in my Wrangler in less than 48 hours!! I highly recommend to stop here first.

You can always get your friends and family to write you a good reviews but you also quick to find out how accurate those reviews are when you try to do business with them……I have had the worst experience at this place, sales man or manager was very tricky and dishonest, I even offered them their own quote and asking and he kept playing games and manipulating numbers to get more…I do not recommend this place, very dishonest business practices……they will run a hard credit check and then they will manipulate the numbers and change the deal and of course multiple credit inquiry will affect your score…DONT TRUST OR BELIEVE MORGAN.

Just bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado, overall my experience was amazing, Jerry and Ellis helped me every step of the way, from contacting me within the hour of showing online interest to getting exactly what I wanted and making the process quick and easy, it is rare these days to go buy a vehicle and feel like the process was stress free, they were helpful in all aspects. I went to them and within hours I had the truck in my driveway. I felt like they really cared and I would definetly go to them again and I recommend Uvannis to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Buyer beware.I was told the vehicle I bought had not been in an accident; it was. I have permanent “Chassis Stability” issues. I was also told it had new brakes; I had to have new brakes put on within 2 weeks. I was also told my vehicle had features and benefits that it did not have. That’s on me; I should have known that Morgan was lying, or had no idea what he was talking about.When I questioned Morgan about this, his response was “we have a lot of cars on the lot, I can’t be expected to know everything about each one”. Really?? That’s your job.When I spoke to Gary Uvanni about this, he said, “my salesman sometimes lies”. Seriously?I could go on and on.Before you buy, be sure to check the car facts. Also, check to see how many cases Uvanni Motors has been involved with the Attorney Generals office. You’d be surprised.If they want to dispute this, I have all the dated documentation and am happy to post.I do not recommend anyone buying from these people.

ILLEGAL SALES TACTICS - BAIT AND SWITCH - DO NOT TRUST MORGANFound the truck on wanted on the Uvanni website. Called on Monday night at 5pm and made an appointment with Morgan for a test drive the following day at 5pmhh. During our phone conversation I informed him I would be driving in from out of town, roughly 110 miles. I also informed him that I was pre-approved for financing through my credit union and that I would bring a check from them to pay for the truck in full after a test drive. When I arrived at the scheduled time I was informed by Morgan that the truck I wanted had been sold that morning. (An out of state buyer had called and wired them a deposit) When I asked him why he didnt call me knowing I was driving almost two hours to buy the same truck, he just shrugged. I asked him why the truck in question was still listed for sale on the website, he said he did not know. He then proceeded to try to sell me a truck that had 40k more miles on it, without the options I wanted, for almost the same price as the truck I wanted. Classic bait and switch. Shady and ILLEGAL in New York State. I informed them I would not do business with people who lie to me and try to play me for a fool. I left without making a purchase. I will never go back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. My sister recently purchased a Dodge Ram, diesel from these people. She had money down prior to purchasing. They knew the date she would have money, she constantly stayed in contact with them. She called them after faxing her insurance cards and told them the exact date she would have the check. She brought them a check and they told her it would be ready by that Thursday, Friday the latest. She apparently needed to sign paperwork before she was issued plates and they didn’t bother doing that when she brought them the check. She drove roughly an hour just to give them money. She then drove down the day they said she could take it home just to sign paperwork. She called that Thursday and they told her she then could take it home Monday. Monday came, still no plates and poor communication. Finally Tuesday they said by 1pm it’s all ready to go. I personally drove her out there. We arrived there at 1pm to be told the woman from their dealership went back to Oneida because she didn’t get the right plates. He said roughly an hour wait, no big deal. Around 40 minutes later, we were pulling out to go to the gas station and the woman who was supposed to be getting her plates.. whipped into the dealership driving a dealership truck, took the turn so wide she was in our lane and almost hit us head on. I had to slam on my breaks so hard, to avoid being hit. We then turned back into the dealership, spoke to the boss. The lady did give us an apology but we were told this wasn’t the first time she has done something like this and nothing was done Nor did she have my sisters plates. No explanation as to why. He then gave my sister dealership plates till hers were ready, she had waited long enough. My sister went to get in and she noticed the button that moves the seat was still not fixed, so my sister couldn’t move her seat up. They told her when she test drove it, it would be fixed by the time she drove it home. She brought it to his attention, he said their mechanics must not have ordered the part for it. My sister drove her truck home and everything was okay. They got her plates 2 days later. She has had it for about a week and now there is something wrong with the motor. She has to take it to a trust worthy diesel mechanic to see exactly how much more money she has to put into this truck shortly after buying it. Our dad was a mechanic, so my sister knows her trucks.. how to drive them and how take care of them. This shouldn’t be happening so shortly after buying it. This was my sisters FIRST dealership buy and a very bad experience. They took advantage and they didn’t hold up to their word. I don’t know how many trips she wasted In Hopes to pick up her truck when they obviously didn’t have it ready. Mind you she has tried MULTIPLE times to contact them during business hours to discuss why she’s having issues already and she hasn’t gotten a hold of anyone.. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Bought a dodge from them and the warranty and brought it back cause the drivers side window wouldnt go up or down. They said they would order the part and when they did it was the wrong one so they ordered one from dodge and were told that we had to pay a$50 copay for them to put it in and that its in the warranty. We are on a fixed buget and cant get the money up for the car and she was supposed to call when the part came in and havent heard anything

When we bought our truck we were pleased with it. After driving it for 1 hour it was leaking gas took it back they fixed the sending unit then other lights came on and they fixed that and then after that was when it became a problem. Nobody should have to wait as long as we did and be lied to. We got Very poor customer service was told my warranty covered everything and does not and they do not honor their 90 day warranty either. We bought our truck in March and did not honor that either. We stood there 20 minutes this morning to drop it off and 30 minutes to pick it up before we were waited on. Dont buy from them...

If I could give 0 I would this place is horrible Ellis is a terrible salesmen, flat out told me while looking at a truck they would just get eBay parts to fix it, never answer the phone or any calls back, and the owner even told me they get their parts from eBay I would never get anything serviced or buy from them had no respect for the pandemic of COVID and not a single employee had a mask on at all.

I cant possibly give this place too many negative stars.They are Complete LIARS ,there isnt enough room to put down what my wife and i have been through with this place since we purchased the vehicle June 6th. Drove the vehicle for a week, and had to get the State Police involved to get it back today July 15th!!!Weve caught them in lie after lie after lie plus we caught them joy riding around in our vehicle after telling us we couldnt take it because it was unsafe.another good one is we bought and paid for and have a receipt for a rust inhibitor that they never installed and refused to give it to us.Theres also a missing lug nut from each wheel they refused to give us. Too much more to list. Run for the hills !!!!

I purchased my 2014 Forester from these guys in 2017. I’ve put about 40,000 miles on it due to my long work commute. The vehicle has been very good to me, but I needed to replace 3 wheel bearings in the past few months but didn’t pay a penny due to the warranty that came with the car. I highly recommend these guys.

The vehicle purchase went smooth. It was the after that I am still waiting for. The detail person was to order touch-up paint. Even took a picture of the data plate. Am still waiting 5-6 months later for the paint. Would be good to touch up the chips, etc., prior to winter. So not sure about service after the sale at this point.

Bought a car from here a year ago in April. Took the car back twice just after buying it for brakes. Few months after that the battery was completely dead. Now after only one year I just had to put almost $600.00 into it for a ball joint and rear toe link. I am a disabled person, don’t drive this car much, haven’t even put 1000 miles on it yet, was told by my shop where I take it this stuff was bad when I bought the car. They do Not go through those cars before you drive off the lot after buying from them. They are the worst car place I have ever gone to. Would Not advice anyone to but a car from them!

My daughter bought a car from here last October. She was called three times that her plates were ready, only were they really ready on the third time. Her driving to Rome, wasting gas and them not being ready the first two times. Morgan promising a free oil change for her inconvenience, which was never received. Her car was filthy and seats really stained. They sold her this car in this way. I bought a car from them, Morgan was the salesman once again. I drove my car home after only hours of buying it. That night I went somewhere, it was raining. Turned my wipers on, they were so ripped up I couldn’t see a thing. The next morning I went down there, asked if this car had been gone through before me getting it. Of course I was told yes. They did get me new wipers. After that I had problems with my brakes twice. They did fix them. After only having my car for almost six months the battery went in it. I am on a fixed income, telling Morgan this at the time of purchasing this vehicle. Explaining to him that I had been putting money into my old vehicle left and right, that I needed something newer and reliable that I was not fixing all the time. Kelley did get me a battery, that they paid half for, with me paying the other half. When I went to pick up the battery, Morgan was very nice and polite while I was in the building. When I came out to get in my car, Morgan was standing in wait of me right by my car. He then was rude and disrespectful to me. I was told by many people after my daughter and I purchased our vehicles that they are not gone through before someone buys them. After the shape of my daughters car and the things wrong with my car, I know for a fact this is true.

I began looking after submitting a pre-approval on Capital Ones Auto Navigator. It then showed me all the cars with dealers that they worked with. I found the car and saved it to my favorites, and I kept going back to it to look. Being that I just went through and finalized a bankruptcy in October of last year, I was trying not to get my hopes up. I finally contacted Uvanni Motors this past week on Thursday 4/16. I submitted my actual application with them and sent pictures via text of my vehicle I was looking to trade in. Because of the COVID-1 pandemic, everything was handled remotely. I made an appointment for Saturday 4/19, test drove the car and fell in love. The interest rate that Ellis was able to secure for me was so much better than I could have hoped for. He was flexible as we had a couple of hiccups along the way, but I could not be more pleased with the vehicle and the customer service that Ellis gave me. 11/10 stars, definitely recommend!!

This was originally an awesome review. However, due to poor follow through after our purchase I reduced the rating. Be sure to read paperwork thoroughly especially the warranty. I have never seen someone drag on paperwork and end up failing miserably to the point the warranty company took over and sent me the documentation that was already signed at Uvanni in order for me to cancel my warranty within the first 30 days. I have yet to hear if the money will be sent to my lien holder. Morgan and service Department was great. Finance department is a joke! Hopefully the money is returned soon or I will have to continue to ensure our needs are met. Buyer beware.

Just bought the truck that Ive always wanted. Ellis, the sales manager had it ready when I pulled in for a test drive. The truck was as clean as the pictures! I brought my Pilot in on trade and we both walked away with a fair deal. The major selling point (other than a beautiful truck) was the lifetime powertrain warranty. Dont know of too many dealers that offer that.If youre looking for a low pressure transaction and want a nice vehicle I would definitely recommend Uvannis.

I was promised a second key before I purchased my car. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would follow through. I called many times, I stopped in to speak in person. Left message upon message. Never got back to me. Sees me walk in the building and runs and hides in an office claiming he has a meeting. So disappointed. If you buy a car from them make sure you get EVERYTHING you need BEFORE you sign any papers or hand over money! I WANTED TO GIVE A GREAT REVIEW BUT YOU LET ME DOWN HARD. And don’t respond telling me to call and talk because you will never call back.

Sold me a truck that was rusted but they bondo then painted over it. Rusted through after a month. Refused to pay for anything to get it fixed. Worst vehicle Ive ever bought. Had a dodge for 5 years before my new dodge. Never had an issue, now I have nothing but issues. Personally I reccomend Victory right next door. They offered to sell me a newer truck for the same I payed for mine. This guy sold me a lemon

Often ignored despite many, many, many phone calls - poor customer service after purchase despite numerous attempts to rectify situation. Car wouldnt restart day of purchase and made multiple phone calls, never got a response even when we return the next week to have license plate holder installed.

Easy to deal with. Gary, Morgan and Ellis got me into the 2016 Sentra SR on a Saturday so thst I could drive it to Tulsa OK to a daughters graduation. Same day purchase, off to Tulsa and back. Averaged 37.6 miles per gallon. Although the trip put us over the 3000 mile general warranty, they took it in after the trip, checked it out and tightened up a shield under the car. No charge. Couldnt be more pleased with the vehicle and service. I recommend Uvanni Motors.

The communication in Uvanni’s is slim to none I’ve called in multiple times to check in on my vehicle and was told a few different times they were getting to it soon this was on Friday when someone there (didnt get their name) told me it would be finished the same day it arrived , With the hopes of them keeping their word I called back and someone said the mechanic should be finishing up soon I was happy with what I was told and asked them to call me when I could come pick my vehicle up . A few hours later and still no call and they are about to be closed for the day so I call them back again and they tell me they will have to yet again have to get back to me I tell them I’ve called a few times and want an update on my car and they assure me this time I’ll be called rite back . Well needless to say I never got One phone call back .. Now it being Monday 3 long days later when someone originally told me it would of been done I call them in the morning and they said I’d have to wait and ask Taylor that she would be the one who knew more about the status of my car . I again called back after 3 hours to give them time to try and finish what should be a quick job just an alternator change in a Buick 2011 Lucerne it’s rite up front on top of the engine so a very quick job to an average mechanic , Finally a call back just for them to tell me that they just now called the insurance company to order the part .. I’m beyond frustrated with the results of their work quality they should have called Friday and had the part there today now I have to wait yet ANOTHER day ....And to top off my luck their loaner car is already out is use . Not sure How I should go about everything that has happened just wanted to say I’m frustrated , pissed , annoyed and aggravated just to say the least
