We purchased two vehicles through your dealership and have experienced multiple bad experiences. Two of them most recently and detrimental to our financial standing and could have been extremely dangerous to our lives. Our 2013 GMC Terrain was serviced for oil change and was to have its oil change due at 103,000 miles which it had just reached but instead stopped running with no warning such as an oil light or any other warning and your service dept. says there was no oil and the engine is gone . Seems to me since this car ran fine before the oil change that the oil change wasnt performed or done incorrectly. Also our 2012 Hyundai Sonata was recently at your service dept. for its yearly inspection which was passed but was notified that the steering knuckle needed to be changed but that your dept could not do it and it needed to be done at Hyundai dealer. As the car got worse we made an appt at a local Hyundai dealer where after looking at the car it was determined that not just the steering knuckle was bad but that the tie rods , rotors and brakes and other miscellaneous repairs need to be done , this is just about 6 weeks since your service dept passed this car for inspection. In total the cost of repairs were over $4,000.00 so we traded it in on the spot for a new vehicle because repairs were more than the car was worth. I think your sales people are phenomenal , but your service dept is the worse I have ever experienced in my whole life. We will not purchase any more vehicles from your dealership not because of your sales people but because of your service dept.

I went to browse the available inventory. As I bought my previous vehicle from Davidsons. I found one I liked and sat down with Tim to discuss purchasing. I had a payment amount in mind, which I thought was acceptable, and they were able to finance within the range. The Team I worked with was very friendly and courteous. Tim is always great. Tom found me a great rate on my loan. Overall, this was a great experience, and my first brand new vehicle!

I had an exceptional experience at Davidson, driving home a 2015 Jeep Compass today. For the right car at a fair price with excellent customer service, this was even worth the drive out from Syracuse. The highlight of my experience was without a doubt working with my salesperson Gabby. Gabby made the process which I expected to be so stressful into something fun. She had the knowledge to answer all my questions and was completely honest and transparent throughout. I definitely suggest shopping at Davidson, and highly recommend requesting Gabby when youre there!

The staff here at Davidsons are very professional and do a Great Job. I was not happy with the out come of the diagnosis. I feel that a transmission should last much longer than 113,000 miles, if not abused. Very disappointed, and ended up trading in at a large loss.

Not happy, I was given a phone number by Otto Cadillac to call. When I called she told me that she will make the arrangements to get my car towed and that yes I was covered from bumper to bumper And would only have to pay a deductible. I received a call from Davidson Cadillac and was told no it’s not covered and yes it’s going to cost me $525 to get it repaired. They also said no they would not bring my car back I will have to find my own way there. I called Otto and told them what was going on and As they were also telling me that my car was warranted from bumper to bumper but they refused to even contact Davidson to see why I was being charged so much. I always dealt with Lacy Ford from Catskill in the past and never have I experienced such rudeness and disrespect I should’ve stayed with them. When I was able to finally get to the dealership the man behind the counter told me what do you expect not everything is covered.

To owner: Theresa Andrus set up appointment so its under her name thats why it differs.I sent my impala there to get a brake bleed. I had no brakes at all when I brought it there. When I got ut back I had very little brakes. They said they didnt know why it had little brakes they wanted more money to look into it. Bleeding brakes is bleeding brakes JUST GET THE AIR OUT! I should of had firm brake. I tried bleeding them again myself and now back to no brakes at all. 125 bucks down the drain.

Just Awesome! Didnt even buy the vehicle there and called to have a noise checked out. It turns out I needed new rotors and brakes for the front of my truck. They got me in the next day and had the vehicle done in 3 hours at no cost to me! Everything was covered under warranty. This was the first experience I have had with a dealership in a long time where I was treated professionalism and honesty! Would highly recommend!

Took our 2018 Chevrolet Traverse in to be serviced. They diagnosed the issue (covered under powertrain warranty) and held the car for 2 days while fixing. Being a military member, we PCS’d a week or so after the work was done. After some signs we took the car back into a Chevy dealer in our new town and they found: (1) missing engine bolts, (2) improper bolt sizes used, (3) severe oil leak. Davidson Chevrolet did correctly diagnose the problem, however, they failed to fix the issue and made matters worse. Missing bolts? Wrong sizes used? Thanks. Please double check your technicians work when dealing with problems as severe as this one was.

I walked in to Davidsons and Gabby Reinhardt came up and talked to me. I informed her I was shopping around and looking at a few different vehicles and wasnt ready to make a decision yet. She was very kind, considerate, helpful and provided me with the information I was looking for. I live in Oneida NY and went to two of the local dealerships afterwards to compare prices. The Chevy dealer talked to me and gave a range of prices I could expect but I could tell they were not that interested as the dealership never gave me a price for my trade in. I went to the Chrysler/Dodge dealership as I had a Dodge to trade in and because I informed them I was shopping around they refused to give me a price but told me to come back when I was ready. I informed them I would never be back and then I complained to upper management about my treatment. I get a new car about every two years and have bought my last twelve vehicles from the prior owners of these dealerships.When I returned to Davidson again Gabby was more than helpful when I asked questions and for additional quotes on vehicles. I ended up not going elsewhere to see if I could get a better price because I appreciate what Gabby did for me and the deal Davidson was able to make with me. I cant say enough good things about Gabby as she took care of everything. Thank you Gabby

I bought a car from Davidsons Chevrolet of Rome several years ago. I told the sales rep that the absolute maximum monthly payment I could take on was $300. When I went to pick up my new car after work, the first thing the salesmen did was open my trunk and then stare at me. There was nothing in the trunk. I was later told by a friend he was looking for garbage. He took the plates off my old car and we went inside. He told me the payment was $360. I was too exhausted at that point, being 8 months pregnant, to argue and took the car. Ive since found out from a friend that that is a sales tactic, to go over the amount people say they can afford at the last minute. I will never buy another car from Davidson.

Took my daughter suv in for service. She was told it was going to cost $741.00 to fix went to get it it cost $917.00 funny part a took my car in about 7 to 8 month ago and they told me the same price then they messed up my car and told me it was going to cost over $2000.00 to fix that never happen. Because the mechanic messed it up. So anyway they have this thing they say I tried to call you BS . No missed calls on my phone.so anyway they are a bunch of thieves labor was more then parts and parts are double the cost. Stay away not worth the stress they put you through. Dont give two smacks about the customer.i could say more but not worth it stay away

Service department was very good. Sales department not so much, they wouldnt give me a loaner, claimed they couldnt so I had to go 4 days without a vehicle. So on a $38,000 truck I was stranded on a holiday weekend because my issue arose after service department hours and on a weekend. Since only the service department could give me a loaner vehicle and they did after the 4 day holiday weekend, Id only recommend the service department, Sales department is Not cool. They are the reason I bought my truck from another dealership to begin with, wouldnt give me a deal on the truck I wanted and now this treatment. Are you all one dealership or not?

Cant say enough good things about the experience I had with Davidson Chevrolet. Bought a used Ford F-150. I found several things wrong with the truck post sale. The service department was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed to my complete satisfaction. They provided a vehicle while mine was in for repairs. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and they provide complimentary coffee for customers while they wait. I want to give a special shout out to Dave (a Ford guy) the Service Adviser that I dealt with. His knowledge of Fords was invaluable in my situation. Our salesman Tim Wilson was great as well. All in all an A++ experience. Very refreshing these days when customer service seems to be more and more a thing of the past. Thanks!!!

Drove 3 hours to pickup a new car, to be told apparently we sold it yesterday. Called early in the morning to verify it was there and was told the call center said my wife was interested in a sedan, which was a lie verified by the email.
