Meh. As far as dealerships go, Ive rarely seen one that was much different than any of the rest. Such is the case with Heritage Nissan in Rome. Made an appointment for 8 a.m. to have a recall repair for a very minor hood latch issue and with the recall came a free oil change. I was told when I set the appointment and upon arrival that it should not take any longer than 30-45 minutes, especially since I was in the first appointment time slot. TWO hours and some change later, I finally went looking to see what the holdup was. Of course, they said were done, just working on your paperwork now. Out of ALL of the staff I encountered, not one smiled or spoke to me, unless I spoke to them first. No one thanked me for my business or invited me back since this was my first time in. The customer waiting area was dismal. Nothing there was complimentary except water and regular coffee. I wont return unless its free warranty/recall work again.
