It was all great when I bought my car, but the muffler rusted straight through a month and a half later and they told me it was my fault and that I hit something. Because thats how rust works.

Inquired about one of their cars and was answered within a couple hours, set a time to go look and was greeted as soon as i arrived and allowed to take my time no pressure to buy. Bought my car and they moved quickly to get me in my vehicle and on the road. Have had my van for about a month and its running great. Thank you for excellent service! DO NOT BUY! My daughter saved all her hard earned money and we were referred to this place and she bought a 2008 Altima. She was so happy!! Right away it was driving bad, and turns out it needs a transmission. The repair shop already tried to replace it with 2 used transmissions, to save us money, but it didnt work. Now we must get a brand new one, and the dealership will not pay for it! We can not afford it, she spend all her money to buy the car, and Ive been laid off due to COVID. Obviously the problem was there before we purchased the car and they should fix it! This has been a terrible headache and experience for us. The car has been in shop around 45 days! she only drove it very briefly! Do not waste your money at this shop!

Came to this place to buy a car with cash on hand, first at all, these cars looks they have been there for months or years? Without maintenance, they are very old and dirty. We walked the place for more than 30 min nobody showed up to spoke us, and we didn’t walked in the office since COVID 19 safe distance. Recently purchased an older Camry model for a fair price. Both the on-lot and office customer service was very good. I felt a good level of trust with the owners. I purchased a car in May. The whole process was great and I though I got an amazing deal.The check engine light came on the day after I bought it.The battery had to be replaced. (Not a big deal but just the start of bigger issues)The check engine light came on within a week.In June the starter had to be replaced.In August the clutch had to be replaced.Its currently in the shop getting a new transmission.There is no warranty so be prepared for the possibility of getting stuck with a lemon.I would have been better off paying a little more for a car upfront. My great deal is a money pit.

This dealership has nice older cars at very reasonable prices. The owner has 30 years experience as a mechanic, buys cars, services them, and sells them for right around bluebook value. The service was excellent; he spent three hours with me and my daughter buying her first car on a Sunday. The one we chose was in good shape, but had a couple minor issues, which he has gladly fixed. It also had most of the previous owners repair records with it, which we really appreciate it. The owner is a knowledgeable mechanic with great integrity, so I highly recommend this place!

I would like to share my experience with Six and below. I did a lot of research and I finally came across this website Six and Below. The prices were just what I was looking for at Six and Below so traveled an hour from Baltimore to Rockville just to look around. When I arrived at Six and Below I was greeted not approached but greeted and introduced to Elias. Elias was very helpful and knowledgeable about cars. I was asked, not told, what I was looking for and was offered to test drive a few cars before making a decision, no pressure at all. Elias was very easy to talk to which put me and my family at ease. I test drove several cars and finally I came across a Honda Accord which I test drove and loved it but as with any used car there were issues, Elias explained to me that the car has not been inspected yet but once it goes through inspection he is responsible for making sure what need to be done to pass inspection he will make sure it gets done, its not my problem but his problem. Within four days my car was ready to take home and everything was in working condition, I am very satisfied and would and have been recommending Six and Below to any and everybody. Well this is an update to my first post... that I loved the deal and car that I bought from six and below... well, just a few months later and the car is completely worthless and according to the car dealer, the car has obvious indications that it was junk for a long time... long before I bought it, because of the extensive, damage and evidence of previous work done on the car. It goes to show that carfax is not a good substitute over the eyes of a trustworthy mechanic. The Six and Below sales manager promised that the car was fine. I guess fine meant that is was actually trash. Six and Below will never see me again and I hope that you make a smart decision in dealing with them. Now, I am out of $3,500 and still need a car. In my opinion, this place is not trustworthy. When you buy a car as is, you expect that you may need to do some work but you dont expect the car to need approximately $6,000-$8,000 of work three months after the purchase. They should be ashamed... but of course, I doubt it. A word to the wise... because obviously, this purchase wasnt.

I got so many discount and 2 times change oil free. The owner was very friendly and I had the good service.

No where to test drive over 50mph but current car was a deathtrap and didnt think there would be problems. And they would have it inspected.Driving the car home, once over 60mph a vibration began. Less than 24 hours later, the check engine light came on. Taking it to a REAL mechanic, it had bent rims, needed wheel bearings and a catalytic converter and various valves at a cost of another $2100+. Now, the AC isnt working and Im now in the hole for over $5000 for a 17 year old vehicle. If a dealer doesnt offer a warranty, but only an inspection, you should look elsewhere. Total buyers remorse.UPDATE 8/31/18-- Just had to drop another $1,600 for a power steering pump and intake solenoid abs tune-up. Check engine light has come on a total of 4 different times. Almost $7,000 for a POS car thats worth maybe $900. This fraud of a business should be exterminated.

Six and Below provided great service and I got a great car at an affordable price. Eli did all the MVA paperwork for me, including temporary registration, tags, tax. He kept in touch with me when my permanent tags were ready and even put them on for me. Seamless. I just bought a 2005 Jetta from Six and Below, this is my second car that Ive bought. One for me and one for my daughter. Both cars are very reliable and the price is the best that I could find in this area.

I bought a 2006 Hyundai Sonata for $6,000 from this dealership about a year ago. The owner, Eli, is great when it comes to customer service, but I was sold a worthless car. 3 days after I bought it, the check engine light came on. In the past year, I’ve needed to get a new alternator (my car completely shut down as I was driving on the road), new brake line(my brakes got spongy and again stopped working as I was driving), catalytic converter completely replaced, 2 tires changed, window regulator replaced, both visors, etc. It’s costs me THOUSANDS to fix and replace these problems. Some fixes were small, but most were huge almost life-threatening issues. It’s cost me almost the same amount I paid for the entire car in repairs, and I still have new leaks I need to fix. Good service & selection, but the cars are lemons.

I had been looking for a g35 for a while last year and he had a cheap quality one for an unbeatable price. Yes there were somethings that needed fixing here and there but nothing major and its been a year. Plus peoples jaw drop when I tell them the price.I would highly recommend this place to someone looking to get a first car or someone who doesnt want payments. Youll also find a low priced car that doesnt have the uncertainty and B.S. that an auction has.Ive looked at a variety of places in laurel beltsville and silver spring and other low priced lots had terrible quality cars that were more expensive.He goes the extra step and has a mechanic go through the car inside and out to fix any major problems. He did mention small damages/parts on my car that needed to be fixed too so I knew every detail about the car before I even signed for the sale.He also makes it an easy process with the paperwork having everything ready in one sitting. Would recommend to anyone looking for a thats under 6k.

1 year ago, I purchased a 2009 NIssan Altima, had 109,000 miles on it and I have been totally satisfied since and no regrets. No the car wasnt perfect but for the price, its a gem and no major issues. The car is used almost everyday for 7 months now to make deliveries for DoorDash. The owner Elias sold us a 1999 Camry for $4000+. We drove it for approximately for one week and while we were driving it, it blew up. The car literally started smoking and the hood started flaming while I was driving 40 miles per hour down Bradley blvd. We pulled over and the fire trucks came put the fire out, flooded the car, destroyed everything in the car and important documents. We called Elias to ask for a refund since we thought it had a 30 day warranty. He has not called us back.If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is huge liability and we could have been killed. I would never recommend this dealer ever to anyone!!!!

I have a delivery company and I buy all my cars from here. Best HONEST dealerships around.

Im so glad this company came up for me to review. My daughter was buying her 1st car & wouldnt listen to my advice on where to buy a car.We came here to this place.This place had cars here that looked not well maintained.The cars were old & over priced.My daughter brought a car from here & rt after buying the car a week later the check engine light came on. The manager gus told her he would fix it. He just reset the light.The car had a rough idle, gus said he would fix it. He didnt.My daughter had this car for about 2 months before she got stuck on the beltway. When I came to help her I noticed the oil had leaked out the car.Had the car towed home, then back to this shop. Was told the engine needed replacing.It would cost $1,500. My daughter paid $3,500 for the car.She took a loss & sold the car for parts.I myself wouldnt have bought a car there to begin with.Now my daughter knows.My advice : If your looking for a car, plz go somewhere else.Or atleast bring a mechanic with you.These are junk cars that they are selling.Your going to waste your money here.Go to Carmax,Youll thank me later...
