Idk what’s going on with the dealership today as I see it’s temporary closed and I’ll admit I had some issues with the BMW X5 that I purchased but Eugene helped me out and fixed one of the problems free of charge however I still had to kick out money to get a severe oil leak fixed. Then I contacted them about me not receiving my title for the vehicle and now nobody is returning my calls. I’ve had the vehicle for 2 almost 3 months now.

I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews because I love it here. I bought my car here last month and I have absolutely no regrets. The prices of these cars are great compared to any other location I’ve ever been to and Eugene is excellent. My car also had a TPMS problem that I could not recalibrate on my own, but I told Eugene about it and he fixed it within a matter of minutes which is great. I would definitely recommend this place. You will not regret it!

We bought the car for our older son here. He is a student driver, so we were looking for a used car. They have nice inventory to choose from. Eugene gave us some good advice on make and model within our price range. We went with Ford Ranger. I would definitely recommend working with Eugene.

I do not recommend. I purchased a car from here a few days ago and the check engine light came on. I got it looked and and all the spark plugs are bad as well as both filters needing to be changed. And the batter cables are corroded. I contacted Eugene and he told me it is not covered under the warranty and Now I am questioning whether my vehicle has been properly inspected due to it not having a tune up. Do not purchase a vehicle from here unless you are prepared to have to put more money to get it fixed. And he also blocked me from being able to write a review on the car guru website.

I don’t know who I talked to on the phone (it was a man that had an accent) but he was extremely rude. He seemed to not want to answer any questions and wanted to hurry off the phone.

These people are not trustworthy. They will make sure the car is suitable enough to test and see but once you leave, you have issues and they will tell you it’s not their problem. Don’t spend money here. Word of advice, even with shaky credit, don’t let anyone tell you you have to settle for shady dealerships. You can find someone who can and will work with you at the legit dealerships. Speaking from experience

Purchased truck from them for my bakery like a week ago. Everything went smooth, sales person let me and my husband ride along, which is great cause we took our time , nobody rush us so we check every single thing.Easy to deal with and fast on check out, not like franchise dealerships.

Purchased a truck here for my business, very happy with it.

Sold me a Bmw X5 with a bad audio system. I was so happy with the mechanical condition of the car I neglected to check the stereo. On the way home tried to turn on the stereo with no luck. Vehicle has been at the BMW shop for almost 2 weeks as the try to figure it out. I have no stereo, satellite radio, no bluetooth and no navigation. Contacted Triumph and no help.

I called to inquire about a vehicle I was preapproved for and upon calling I was greeted in a nonchalant manner. The entire conversation was nonchalant, and they asked no questions that would make me want to continue to do business with them. I put in a request for a vehicle and no one reached out to me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them. First impressions can be your last and my first impression with them was a bad one. I guess all the other terrible reviews on this business are accurate.

Please heed the 1 star reviews for this place. Terrible customer service and no sense of responsibility for selling faulty vehicles. My family was scammed out of $5k for a car that drive ok during a test drive and shut off 2 minutes after driving off the lot! It’s disgusting that they choose to practice business in such a manner. 0 stars, if I could!

The guy pretty much sold me a car Im not supposed to drive. The check engine light is on and the low coolant light was on, the blinkers dont work correctly. Be very careful when buying from him. stay far away.

I just spotted very strange review from Gyro on Triumph Auto Group and it made me laugh. I purchased two vehicles from this dealer some time ago and referred some friends to them as well and can say only good things about this place besides these guys have extensive knowledge in automotive industry especially in European cars we had some fun talking as well they are normal people with normal attitude may be they dont kiss a... thats all. Back to review... if dealer sales vehicle for parts than there is some reason for it for example unknown mechanical condition these vehicles usually sale as is where it is so attempt to test drive does not look smart. Buy from them this review only confirms that. Thanks.

This is the worst I was ever treated. He didnt want to get away from his desk seat to let us test drive. Then we inquired about a different car and he told my daughter it had too much power for her. The car smelt like it was burning and it had problems starting, he claimed it was normal because the car was sitting. Customer service is non-existent and they are rude at best. Stay away, far away if their cars are a reflection of them, well it wasnt good to begin with. Only gave it a star because I couldnt leave it blank.

I dont normally leave reviews, but the way I was treated here was just appalling. No wonder this place has a 1.9 star average (8/8/2018). Needless to say I did not make a purchase. Long story short, the salesman, who Im assuming is the owner as well, would not let me test drive said vehicle. The vehicle was an older pickup truck he was selling as a parts car. I explained how am I supposed to buy this vehicle if I dont even know it moves? I asked if I could put it in gear and make sure it moves forward and backwards and he shut the hood, turned it off, locked the doors and walked away being very rude. I have been in the service industry almost all my life, and never have I ever experienced such a fowl manner from anyone until I came here.

I just bought a car from this place and this is the worst i have ever been treated. The car broke the day i bought it and had an oil leak, needed a new transmission, the radio didnt work, and many more things. Do not get the car protection plan that this company offers it is a total rip off and i have not received my refund yet and the owner will not answer the phone. I will have to take legal action.

Worse service, the personal is so mean. They do not like to help. I can imagine if i buy a car here and i had a problem. Dont even bother talking to this people. If i give a star thats way too much.
