Our visit was pretty nice. The place was clean inside and out, the people were nice and polite. Our salesman, Greg, was really nice. He had a great attitude and tried to help us. The selection of used cars was not that great. We stayed 6 hours trying to make a deal. The bank approved our loan for more than double what we planned to pay monthly. We finally left without a car.

They gave me great deal on the truck. So I bought it. But only 3 stars because they gave me hard sell tactics on financing and I got 100% better rate through my credit union.

They sold me my 2015 Mazda 3 in a blizzard and salesman remembered me when we boughtthe 2018 model for my niece, since it had the auto breaking standard, offered an extended warranty for 7 years/70,000. Thought I would never use it. It just saved my 6 year/30,000 car over $3,000 due to a sensor issue that requires BOTH back sensors to be replaced even though only one is causing trouble. Each one is $1,500... not including the labor or loaner. Glad I did it! Gustavo, in service department, is awesome and very easy to work with. He is what customer service should look like everywhere.

I had a service advisor that left the company and I was paired up with Nick Vasquez. He has a friendly and welcoming demeanor every time I come in. Keeps me informed of the progress of my vehicles and he will try his best to accommodate needs, when he can. He really works for the customers. I definitely recommend this service department and Nick for your vehicles needs!

Almost a year ago we got a 2018 CX-9 here. We really like it. Today we came back for the 1st oil change I wasnt happy. I called the evening before to make sure that who ever brings the car will get a ride to work. Guess what it didnt happen. And this is not what I have been told the day before. I like business with integrity, honesty, and great customer service. Unfortunately today wasnt the case.

Stay away from this dealership. I went there to buy a truck and never coming back, the salesman over priced the truck, the online price was $28000 but he told me that the price was $33000 big mistake because I did my research before a went there and when I confronted him about the price difference he told me that the lower price was for people with really good credit. So in other words if you have low credit you have to pay more lol. That was the stupidest thing I ever heard in my life or maybe he thought that I was stupid enough to believe that BS.Anyway Im glad I got out of there on time. Thanks to your salesman I went to easterns dealership to buy my truck, better price, better truck and less miles.

I never feel like they are being honest with me... they tell me how much the service will be and then the bill is anywhere from $100-$500 more...without any explanation. And to top it off...the employees have been rude and condescending. Not what I get at the dealership service center for our other car. I dont have the energy to deal with this place anymore. Moving on...and trading in the VW for another Honda.

Visited this dealership to check what options and vehicles were available for someone with less than perfect credit. It’s been almost a week and they have yet to secure financing to purchase a vehicle.

Went to get my chevy cruze 2011 checked out due to leaking coolant (wanted to see if it was the extended warranty part that was leaking). They checked that and also slapped on a multi-point inspection that was not specified when checking in. To have them do the diagnostic and the multi-point inspection it cost $162. They came back to tell me that it wasnt the warrant part but the replacement of the part in question would be $380 and that my front brakes had 2mm left and needed to be replaced and with resurfaced rotors, a brake fluid flush, and cleaning the r rear brakes Id end up paying about $1k all in.I decided to take my car to white flint auto since I really only wanted to check if the warranty part was broken. I paid $280 for the replacement of the part in question and they told me the thinnest of all the brakes was 6mm and my rear brakes had 90% of their life and didnt need any adjustment/cleaning. Glad I dodged that bullet and will not be coming here again.Also, at Ourisman, one of the salesman from the sales side of the house was going around introducing himself and asking questions about peoples cars to see if they would be interested in purchasing or seeing a car. A+ for effort, but really turned me off as I was clearly trying to work (he even started off the convo with that).TLDR: Was quoted a much higher price (expected) and also that front brake pads were dangerously thin (2mm), but turns out they were at the very least only 6mm or at about 30%.

Great service, courteous and professional staff. Waiting area with free Wi-Fi, lounge and quiet room for getting some work done while waiting for your ride. Free coffee and snacks help as well.I switched my dealership for servicing my VW. No longer dealing with check engine lights after picking up a car from oil change. Or not being able to shut the door after car was serviced for routine stuff. But thats another review for that particular dealer and the reason why I started going Ourisman VW in Rockville.

I am always disappointed when I come to them. The last time I went their garage door was down so I parked outside and walked in to check in. At first I couldnt find anyone to help me then one of the guys comes up to me and tells me to go bring my car in to the garage because it is cold out and he didnt want to go outside. Good customer service would be him going outside so the customer doesnt get cold. Then after the oil change they parked my car outside in the cold, instead of bringing it into their loop garage, which is separate from the garage they use to work on your vehicle. They have signs everywhere saying free carwash with oil change. I have yet to get a carwash it seems to either not exist or be broken depending on who you talk to. Also when I was checking in I asked several questions about what my car needed. The agent kept telling me he wasnt assigned to my account so he didnt know but my actual agent would. When I asked my actual agent he just kept telling me the work they did was on the receipt and refused to answer any questions I had.
