This place is great. We only use them when we buy a car. We just picked up a brand new Toyota Camry and I love it (especially with all the safety features). We have purchased at least four cars and each time was a positive experience. They are both friendly and knowledgeable. Even more important ..... the cars we have purchased have ALL been extremely reliable.

Never again. Poor customer service.Scheduled appointment for 10:30 with shuttle back to work needed. Showed up 10:15. Told to wait was 15 minutes cause they just sent driver out. 30 minutes later they call and driver had made no progress. “Going to be a lot longer”Had to get an Uber. 1 hour time and $$ wasted. Never again. Going to Jim Coleman where I bought car.

This place is top notch, customer service is outstanding, the prices are extremely competitive, and the sales staff is as knowledgeable as it gets. I dont need to inform anyone about how Toyotas are the most reliable car, the best bang for your buck, that is well known by anyone who knows cars. DARCARS 355 is unbeatable. I bought a Prius from them several years ago and now a Highlander Sport edition, both are outstanding. And the follow up maintenance and customer service is also great. Can;t say enough about this dealership.

Went to buy a Sienna from them and they tried to add a $10k fee on top of MSRP. Of course they didnt mention anything about adding the 10k to the price until after we looked at the car and took it for a test ride and wasted over an hour. Avoid these scam artists at all costs. Tried to make it seem like adding 10k is t a big deal and all dealerships are doing it. You can find a Toyota dealership that doesnt charge over MSRP if you call around. I was able to find a sienna at MSRP and bought a day after visiting this stealership.

Negotiated a 2019 used car prior to seeing it due to proximity to the dealership. Sales associate said car was perfect other than a small scratch that would be fixed. I drove the 90 minute trip expecting to buy and discovered the small scratch was actually a rather large dent with a hole in the rear bumper. Not to mention there was a small dent on the trunk and tons of other scratches all over the car. Lets not fail to mention the clicking sound the car made when turning while backing up. Buyer beware of the used car side. I cant speak about the new cars sales.

Its hard to imagine having a better experience selling a used car. It takes a few minutes of paperwork, and then maybe 30 minutes to get your car inspected. The staff is very professional. The price was so competitive that one of two nearby new car dealers balked at matching it. I may have benefited from selling a 2019 Toyota Sienna with only 21k miles - an older car with higher miles might sell better on the private market - but I will always check in with carmax to get a good feel for the market.

We bought a brand new 2021 highlander and we got temporary tags and they expired and they told us that the tags take 60 days to arrive it’s been over 60 days since we bought the car and we still don’t have it and they just told us “you can’t drive the car” so how to hell do they expect us to get around with out a car that’s the reason why we bought one cause we didn’t have one, terrible customer service there only good at taking your money then after you buy the car they don’t care what happen

Do not go here if you have outside financing! The finance manager, Amin, will do everything he can to make it as difficult as possible for you to purchase without allowing him to run your credit. They allowed us to drive 3.5 hours with all the info regarding our financing already approved from our bank and then refused to accept it without running our credit. Amin was desperate to make his cut by being the one to finance us but we do not need his financing and he caused his great sales rep, Alex, to lose out on his sales commission. Disgusting, self-centered behavior by Amin.

The service at DARCARS Volvo in Rockville was fantastic. My recent visit to the Service Department was the best experience ever at a dealer. Bryan A. was a tremendous advocate who arranged to fix the issue with a minimal cost to me. My s90 experienced some difficult issues several weeks after the warranty expired. The estimated cost was over $10,000 for parts and labor. DARCARS could have easily said that I was on the hook for $10,000. However, Bryan contacted Volvo Corporate and was able to persuade them to extend their warranty to cover ALL expenses. This saved me over $10,000! Additionally, they provided me with a loaner car for the duration of the service, which was an unexpected convenience. Bryan was patient and helpful in repeatedly taking pictures of the car to support an outside warranty claim. Lastly, there was a high level of communication on the status of the repairs. Words cannot adequately express how grateful I am regarding their outstanding service.Dave D.

I cannot recommend this dealership enough! I recently bought my first car, the 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback SE, from this location. It only has 23,000 miles on it and was extremely affordable compared to similar models offered at other dealerships. My salesman, Oscar, made this process so easy and stress-free. He is honest, kind, personable, transparent, extremely knowledgable, and so easy to talk to. I was super nervous when going to buy my first car, especially after working with salesmen at other dealerships, but he couldnt have made this process smoother. Oscar was truly looking out for my best interest and I am forever grateful to have met him. He answered all of my questions with ease and was available to text or call with any questions, comments, etc. PJ, the finance manager also played a role in my positive experience. PJ is very personable, knowledgable, and broke everything down for me to understand. Unlike some other dealerships, there were no hidden fees or unexplained costs in the contract. Hello, i took some time to write a review after purchasing a car from here. The purchase experience was good and sales and financial advisor were great but one thing we weren’t informed that the car doesn’t have the second key even if it’s a new car !! We were told that the key will be available after two days after we finished the purchase process, signed the paper and ready to take the car but unfortunately 2months and half and we still didn’t get it. Always the service telling us that they are waiting for parts to arrive and we feel really disappointed because a second key is a critical point for us. I hope they will resolve this situation quickly and i will update my review accordingly.

I went to service my Toyota at this location and had a bad experience. The team was rude and unhelpful.Initially went there for an oil change and I was notified that one of my tires was damaged, I was then provided an estimate for the tire replacement that seemed high. So, I went online and found the same tire they offered for $93 (they quoted it for $142). I also found a coupon on the dealers website saying they would match the price of the competitors. When I tried to use their own coupon, the service guy started requesting information that is not available to the general public (I contacted the manufacturers sales department, who could not provide the info that they were requesting). However, I tried providing alternative information that proved that we were comparing the same product. Nonetheless, the service guy refused to acknowledge that it was the same product and suggested me to talk to the part sales department.When I went to talk to the part sales manager I was received with a similar attitude, suggesting that I was not showing the right product and that I was interpreting the ad incorrectly. He was extremely rude and said that the coupon only referred to matching other Toyota dealers, which was a lie. When I asked him to show me where the advertisement had that condition, he told me that it was not his responsibility anymore, because this was a service issue (????). We then went to the service desk so they could get their thoughts together.This whole process took a little over 35 minutes. They eventually acknowledge that the coupon was applicable and matched the price.I recommend people not to go to this place, they are overpriced, rude and unprepared.

Purchasing my car in 355 toyota is overall a good experience. The price here is very competitive and they have a large inventory so I could find the ideal model easily. In addition, I highly appreciate the salesperson, Sukhbir Singh, who is very nice to talk to and helps me get a good price. He is also very patient and managed to resolve all my difficulties and concerns as a out-of-state buyer. My wife and I bought a vehicle at Darcars 355 Toyota which was considered a total loss a year later (Feb. 2021). We went to the dealership to cancel additional coverages we added to the vehicle but were told by the General Manager that our insurance (Geico) had called to cancelled these. It did not make sense that Geico would call and cancel something they were not aware we had. So, I contacted Geico and told them about that and they denied having cancelled anything.A few days later I came and tried to speak with the General Manager again and it seemed as if he did not want to speak with us. After waiting for an hour, the GM then came out with a piece of paper saying he had cancelled the coverage and did not want to speak to us and all he did was tell us we would receive a refund without saying anything else. He did not explain why a few days earlier he said that our insurance provided had cancelled the policies.I called the dealership last week to get an update but once again the manager avoided to speak with me. I left a message with the receptionist and was told he would call me. Surprisingly, he did not call me and instead sent a message saying that they have been calling and leaving voicemails and have not been able to reach us. I called Toyota Financial Services and they told me that the dealership sent a cancellation request for one of the policies, but they did not complete it. Five months have passed, and the GM is always busy and have not taken a minute to speak with us.Out of the two policies, one was refunded to the dealership, but we never received the money from them and when we contact them, we are told we will find out where the money is but we do not receive a call back as promised. As of today, I have called time and time again and was told they would get back to me and have not!I honestly do not want to do business with Darcars in the future or with Toyota. We are being mistreated and do not understand why they would keep a refund that was due to the customer or why they do not want to speak with us!Way to go Darcars!

I bought a certified used car 6 months ago, and added the platinum warranty. I just got out from another dealership for an issue with my tire, and I was surprised to hear that my tires were over 4 years old, and not in good condition (mark of old age), while I only drive 2000 miles in 6 months. After contacting the Manager, he almost argued that I was lying, stating that the car passed the State inspection. Curious... Nobody can accept to replace 4 tires after driving 2000 miles in 6 months with Certified Used Car. My thought is that they gave me wrong information, and my mistake was to trust the sales consultant.Whatever they say to convince you to buy their car, DO NOT TRUST THEM. Just because they say Certified, it does not mean that you will not have any bad surprises. Be careful right there, inspect the car yourself and deeply.

We walked into the dealership not at all sure we would want to reserve a car, but knowing that we wanted a plug-in hybrid. The salesman who helped us, Behdad, was very creative in getting clearance to show us a vehicle that had just come in and was (unusually) not yet committed to another buyer. We loved the car, and Behdad helpfully knew the answer to all our questions about this new type of vehicle. He went to a lot of trouble to get the car prepped and the financing arranged so we were able to drive the car away just a few hours later. Very superior service, especially from Behdad..

I purchased my car couple months ago and i got a temporary tag. 3 weeks ago, i called to see if my permanent tag has arrived since i have not received any calls from them. I was informed that my tag was not there. I raised my concern about not receiving my tag on time. I was informed by the front desk that they would be able to give me an extension. Today, i called at 9am informing them that my tag will expire today and what is the next step. The front desk again told me that they will send the message to the manager in charge of the extension and they will call me by the end of the day to pick up my tag. Coming 5:45pm no calls. I called them telling them that i am leaving my office and have not received any calls-what seems to be the problem? The front desk told me that my tag is expiring on the 24th and not today. I told the front desk that i am in my car and my tag is showing todays date. My next question was: why have i not received any calls throughout the day about my tag. The front desk could not explained, did not see any request sent to the department and told me that it was ok to drive with an expired tag. I know that Governor Hogan approved the law about the tag during COVID 19. However, the front desk and the management should listen to their clients concerns. The front desk was not helpful at all and i knew that it was a dead end. I requested to be transferred to the manager because her responses and her incorrect information were getting to me. I was on hold for about 5mn to be transferred to the manager. The Manager, Albert Tchu, informed me that they dont grant any extension and that i have to drive like that until they receive my tag. I told him that i dont feel comfortable driving like that and specially if i have been told at multiple occasions that an extension would be granted. He did not show any type of concerns to me just wanted his way by quoting the law and not willing to offer any extensions. I told him that it is not true because i have been informed that an extension would be granted. He did not care and was not willing to offer any other options. At that time , i got frustrated and drove to their office. I requested to speak with him again. They called him and he waited quick a few times to come, specially that he was across me ( which means that he saw me and i saw him). Finally he came and i introduced again myself. I even informed him that his subordinates and co-workers are telling me that an extension can be given. He still stayed to his point that no extension can be done. Few minutes later, he changed his word telling me that the department who deals with that are closed and nothing can be done. One of my friends was talking to him, he spoke with him and walked away without finishing the conversation with me to help a potential buyer. I even asked for his business card and he did not even acknowledge my request.It is one thing to follow the law and another thing not to be fair across the board. An extension can be done but he did not want to do it.I am very disappointed with his manner, attitude, and very poor customer service. In fact, the customer service received was poor and it made me feel that they are all there for the sale, and the commission. I know about the law from Governor Hogan but you should also listen to your clients concerns as well and be fair to all instead of being forthcoming with wrong information.

I decided to call them back to hear my options. I bought several cars from Darcar and 355 like (2) Sienna, 4Runner, RAV4, Lexus 350, but I felt the dealership manupulated my buying. The two dealers are the same owner from Iran. The last time I bought it was RAV4 and should get my $1500 cash back, but somehow the dealer played with me and asked me to sign that money to the dealer. They said thing that made you believe the money belong to them. This week I went to see a second RAV4, but they seems not interest with my buying. Well, I will go to Fitgerald Toyota and the price with the same car $4000 difference. Fitgerald listed $29K and 355 listed at 32K and has a hand written with additional $500 for processing fee so it displays $33K for the same car. Im going to buy from Fitgerald since the dealer seems to have a good price. It is my first time with Fitgerald. So, be careful with 355 and Darcar, Folks. $500 processing fee is too much. Dealer got pay for destination or Freight fee already from manufacturer and they charges customer again. Plus, all the cars stocked in their parking lot are paid by manufacturer too.

Great experience at this service center. I knew something was up with my Toyota Prius battery but wasnt getting an error message. The service agent I worked with -- Brendan Bart -- made sure it was okay with me to have the car examined, knowing I would still have to pay for a diagnostic eval even if nothing came up. Toyota typically doesnt assess a vehicle without a warning message. To make it more worth my time and money, he offered to include a safety inspection along with the diagnostic eval. Brendan was excellent at communicating with me throughout the process. Kept me informed in a timely manner and provided realistic expectations. Good competitive prices.

Oh my God, this place is very organized. We went to many Toyota Dealers and the reason we left was because they weren’t organized, Too few choices, and pressure buys. This place is different. They don’t size you up, they’re there for you to get the car of your dreams. Period! The cars are organized according to the model you’re Trying to buy. And everyone is kind especially Mr. Alemohammad perhaps the kindest and the best person I could ever have bought my first new car from. They had all the cars you can think of but everyone knows that the Lunar rock color for the RAV 4 is sold out in all the dealerships, they worked to make sure i get it. And Mr. Alemohammad drove with me to the other dealership to pick it up. He helped me set the whole vehicle up, from putting the plates up in the rain. He filled my gas and washed the car. I showed up to service with no appointment on a Saturday 2 hours before closing and he was able to fit me in the second I pulled in and got me in and out in 15 mins! This Toyota dealership has good number of cars and they offer best price in the market. Our Sales rep Sukhi ( Sukhbir Singh) helped us to select the car first and we went for a test drive for 10-15 mins, while test driving, Sukhi explained all new features of the car and helped me to execute some of the new features. Later we had great experience with finance team at the dealership. I give Sukhi and the 355 Toyota 5 Star.

Be warned with financing deals or offers here........never transparent and you will never be able to reach anyone thereafter.My wife and I traded in two cars in January this year, one paid off immediately and the second financed. When we were ready to payoff, we noticed unauthorized costs added. These could not be removed until last month (July) after several frustrating efforts. The outstanding cost still remains inexplicably high.We wont return here.
