If you are looking for great product with great service see Beaux he will help you out and cares about his customer service. If you need to go get any do not go to Towers go to Valley View mall and ask for Beaux

For the most part this GNC is well stocked. Always greeted at entry. Wheelchair accessible. It is located in a mall. The employees are ready to help you with any questions you may have with their products. They are very knowledgeable. Their store is clean and well organized.

Shop keepers are very knowledgeable

Every time I come in here, the same manager tells me their card reader isnt working and that I have to pay cash or wait around the mall for an hour to see if they come back up. Mind you, its usually around 8:00pm when the mall is closing in an hour.. but I always end up saying Ill go to another store. He then proceeds to tell me each time that all the other stores in Roanoke are closed except for the one in Salem, and then tells me that I probably wont make it. But I always end up going to another store in Roanoke.. thats actually open. I thought this was a personal thing, but apparently he picks and chooses which items he will sell and I guess doesnt ring anybody up if he doesnt feel like it. I will never come back to this GNC again, I always have better customer service at the Towers location

Personally would never get anything from GNC but the store was clean and staff was nice to me

Try calling the GNC stores and they WILL NOT answer their phone.
