Helpful and friendly employees. My mother Came in with a broken phone and they had a early upgrade promotion for her.Also sold her a case to prevent it from happening again.A lot of great accessories here.

THIS POST IT ABOUT METRO IN A WHOLE. THEY HAVE POOR SERVICE AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO RESITE A SCRIP OVER AND OVER. MISCOMMUNICATION ON AGENTS GIVING WRONG INFORMATION. WENT TO TMOBILE INSTEAD

The manager is a absolute professional. He was easy to chat with, he was friendly with my kids (and they were acting a mess that day). I‘d recommend this place to any real ones in the 540

Corey, is the best!!!!I just loaded an update to my phone...and hold on, it wiped my phone the entire phone all apps all contacts ( everything) like it did a master reset...it wiped the phone clean and Corry saved the day it got it back to where it was before the update thank you Corry....I WILL (NEVER) update my phone from metro ever again

I bought my phone here and a few months later I bought a case and a screen protector, they were installed by the store. A week later the screen protector is coming loose around the edges, this would not happen if it was properly installed or the product was not defective. I went back to the store to see what they could do about it. They told me they could sell me a new cover for 1/2 price but thats all they would do. I will be switching carriers soon.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Went to the store 3653 williamson rd rke va 24012 and it was the worst experience of my life he gave my son the wrong case for his iphone 11 (i went their the first time without my sons phone just the case (cause i had just got off of work) But he knew my son had the iphone 11 cause we paid for it at that store but picked it up from another store plus i had the receipt and he refused to do anything saying it was the right case and that he couldnt return or exchange cause it was open but that was the case that he showed my son and said it would fit then he made me go all the way home to get the phone so i bought my son and the phone with me the second time then he switches the story and says that someone had switched out the case so how was that our fault i ending up getting cussed out and Threatened by the employees mom who doesnt even work there just happened to be there metro is the most unprofessional people it it took police officers for him to give my son the right case for his phone we just spent 740 dollars the least they could have done was fix the problem the first time i came i have never been treated or disrespected in my life i pay 90 a month for metro and I will be taking my business else where if i could give them a zero i would HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Black lady in there is very rude to customers that are metro customers for a long time and gives MetroPCS a bad name. She doesnt know what customers service is!

Very very rude customer service representative the lady literally told me that I cannot bring my phone to metro and have to buy one of their phones. She had a very mean attitude...I will never come to this metro location again..

They will not help me , there service is not that good , they have been hacking my phone , I got the proof , and the IP address, they treat me like Im a dog , I got a Lk 7 phone all it does is echos and I can not do anything about it I went to the store and got another one it was there in 3 days the first phone I got on January 9th, was messing up , now this phone is doing the same thing i called metro PCs on 3-25-17 and she would not help me meisha I think thats her name , she later the phone down to help another person she did not want to help me , so she was telling the other guy up there did he wanna take my call and noone would talk or help me out!! And also I went up there to have the ads on my phone removed she promised me she would take them off from the computer, so I trusted that and left , so I will be taking my money to a different company and I would not recommend this service to anyone I know!! People tried to tell me to not go to metro PCs, but I guess I learned the hard way!! And I just think its wrong that no one will help me!! And also they keep hacking into my account , I got the dates the times and the IP addresses from were there hacking into my phone!! But this is just my opinion, she coned me into getting this phone , after I wanted the S5 , she kept telling me this Lk 7 phone was the best one they had!! She even said well thats the phone I got , so I took her word for it and paid $140 dollars for a phone that is no good , the phone is still brand new plastic is still on it , and they lied to me , about upgrading this phone , in March when I got it then when I went and paid my phone bill on March 9th she said I gotta wait to April , thats not right at all , but I will be calling someone that can help me or Ill just take my business somewhere else , and I will never recommend any of my peoples are friends to ever go to metro pcs, everybody tried to tell me that yalls service was no good , but I didnt listen to them , I went an found out on my own , that the service is crap!!! I will be calling corporate , on all these young people not wanting to help me!!! I give yall one star , if I could I would rate it at a zero , but thats what I feel about metro pcs!!!
