Very professional and good taking care of your phones.

Replaced the battery in my iPhone 7 Plus. Asked them to check the speakers for the ear piece, and the one on the bottom. The ear piece speaker you could hardly hear anything, and the bottom speaker was not that loud. He checked them, and cleaned both of them. They sound like new, and he did not charge me to do this. Great service, great price. Thank you.

I dropped my S10 and cracked the digitizer....oh no! Thought I would try replacing it so I ordered one of the internet. I missed my phone so much I didnt want to hate myself if I messed up and had to reorder the part which wasnt cheap. The nice guy at this phone repair booth fixed me rt up in about 30 minutes or less! I called ahead because I was price checking and reading reviews (thanks Google!) before I went. So the price was worth it to let someone else with experience take the worry away. I would definitely return for any other cell tech needs.

My screen started glitching after a couple months. They have a 30 day warranty. It randomly goes to a white screen and i cant use it for a while. It also sometimes starts blinking and moving around. My face id also no longer works, something that is apparently common if you dont get your screen replaced by apple. Dont waste your money. They “repaired” my iphone x screen after i shattered it

Went to this location because it had such great reviews to get screen fixes. When I got my screen fixed the screen work perfectly fine it looked brand new it looked great it was working great I also bought a screen protector which they installed for me mind you they installed it incorrectly all four corners of the screen protector were lifted and they were not flush against the screen. Only a couple weeks later my phone slid off my desk not even a 2 foot drop and the screen itself cracked again in the exact same place but the screen protector was intact. I called about a warranty and the warranty only covers defective screens that aren’t cracked. I BOUGHT A SCREEN PROTECTOR THAT WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY SO HOW IS THAT A “WARRANTY”!?!?

This place is awesome they did a awesome job on a phone that I thought couldn’t be fixed cheaper than anywhere and didn’t take much time at all! Highly recommended! Plus while you get your phone fixed you can shop

I had 2 screens replaced at a great price. However, the screens were not of good quality at all. The touch was not good nor was the colors of the screen.They broke the proximity censor on one of the phones. They told me I could bring it in and they would fix it. They put an aftermarket sensor in it and it seemed to work. Then realized it was no where near as sensitive as the OEM. If you made a phone call, you would constantly hit buttons with your face. I called them and they told me to bring it back again. When I got there they put another in. No change. They said it was the best they could do. He actually said it was almost as good as it was before so it should be fine. Then got mad at me because I was not happy that they broke my phone and said it was good enough. He even threatened not to fix my phone at all because I was making him angry because I cannot agree to an almost fixed phone.I’m not saying they were totally “bad”, because they were very quick to break and fix my phone.He finally found a used one and put it in mine to fix it.Just go to Batteries plus and pay $5 more for a much better product and better customer service.The warranty is 6 months with Batteries Plus and only 30 days with Shatter.

My experience was getting resolved in a semi professional way until I met the owner. I went to have my iPhone battery replaced. The sales associate only had one battery left. It was extremely bowed and very noticeable. I asked her if If was suppose to be that way. She replied with the answer “no”. She proceeded to take out my old battery. She then followed it up with “if this battery gives you any problems bring it back with the note that I give you and we’ll exchange it out for another battery when we get a shipment in on Wednesday.” As the sales associate struggled with installing the battery slightly, the battery was finally in. I went about my way. I called the next morning to let them know that the battery that they gave me was not holding a charge properly. They assured me that they would have more batteries and to come back on Wednesday. After I made the phone call to them I plugged in my earbuds to make some calls as usual. There was nothing but static. I tested two other sets of headphones. Nothing. Coincidentally my headphone port is damaged. I had never had a single issue with my headphone port until my phone was worked on. When I went back to pick up my battery I told them about the issue. The owner immediately became defensive and started telling me that I was calling him a liar. I was stating the obvious. My headphone jack worked perfectly fine before they made the repair to my phone and now it’s not. The owner then began giving me pointless scenarios such as “It’s just like a car! When you put it in the shop to be worked on sometimes other problems occur!” He then proceeded to tell me that my port was loose and was not from their doing. He said if I wanted it fixed that he would charge me X amount of dollars. After paying him $63 to install a damaged battery and take time from work to go back so that they could swap it out for a good battery. I tuned out the thought of giving him any more money. The owner was immediately on defense and immediately began to accuse me of calling him a liar because I didn’t believe that they could not have damaged my earphone jack. I explained to him that my headphone jack was working perfectly fine before the repair. He didn’t want to hear it. The sales associate was very professional. The owner handled himself poorly. I will never give this company my business again.
