I called last week for my appointment to get an eyebrow wax on 4/12/21.I was recommended by my coworker to see Ashley. when I called she was the one to answer the phone and stated she could see me at 5:45 on Monday 4/12/21. I had to rush out of work to get there and the lady there said she had left for the day and she does not work on Mondays. well she scheduled it, took my phone number and name and my info was not even in the system. I was highly disappointed as I am going on a trip and needed it done. The lady there doing hair said she could do it in about 20-30 minutes but i didnt have the time to wait. I was highly irritated that I rushed all the way over there for no one to know what is going on and whoever took my information dropped the ball so I wont be going back.

Went to Pennys salon to get my hair lighten and a hair cut, the girl was nice but she did not know what she was doing Kristen should have just said she couldnt do what I wanted or that she didnt kn ok...I w how to do it instead of telling me she could and mess up my hair like she did. my husband gave her a 16$ and that was generous because my tip would be go back to cosmetology school or find a new carrier...so disappointed. I will never go back.

Horrible experience! Came in to get a simple bang which I told the girl specifically I wanted below my brow. The girl cut at my forehead in a chopping motion before calling someone else to assist. By then the damage was done. The lady at the front knew she couldnt cut my African American hair and didnt bother to ask someone who could. Should have known it would go wrong when she said to the lady at the front You want me to do it. If you cant cut or trim a bang, find another career. Not even worth 1 star.

I went in for a toner on my blonde hair and some bayalage like blending to my roots. He pushed the idea of blending using brown instead of lightening to add blonde, even though I really wanted more blonde. Okay, whatever. Then he did the brown, it is so uneven and patchy. It looks disgusting. To top it off, his toner made my hair brown/gray. My hair was blonde when I went in. I only needed some of the golden color toned out. I’m completely disgusted by what my hair looks like after coming to this salon. Will not be going back.

Went to go get my hair done while I was visiting my boyfriend in town & picked a “master” stylist for a balayage let me just tel you there’s bleeding marks all over my head & my hair is fried! I’ve never had such a bad experience at a hair salon! Do not go there!
